Can't sign Software License Agreement

I had an iPod nano and now I got a new iPod Touch. I connected it to my computer and I got to the Software License Agreement, but I can't scroll over and click 'continue'. I can check the little box saying I agree and all that, but I can't click continue. I can also click cancel and save and I have tried both, and nothing works. I also tried 'restore down' to make the screen smaller to see if a sideways scroll bar popped up, but it doesn't. What do I do to make it scroll over???

Hey there,
Try this:
Select the "start" menu at the bottom of your computer and click on "control panel".
Go to "appearance and themes"
You then want to select "change the screen resolution".
Move the cursor from "less" toward "more"
Then go back into the iTunes account until you see "Continue" on the far right of the license agreement screen. Hope this helps.

  • Can't "OK"  Software License Agreement

    Stupid Question or Stupid problem
I can't click the "OK" (or yes) button to agree to the itunes Software License Agreement after v8 install.
I've shrunk the screen size to I can pull down the agreement box in the bottom right corner (to make it longer), but it won't let me pull it down. It just gives me the no no clicking sound. I can't see the box to even click it.
So can't get into itunes. Any suggestions??

Open the Control Panel, click on Displays, and set the monitor's resolution to at least 1024 by 768; if you're using a Mac, click on System Preferences in the Dock and open Displays from there.

  • Software Licensing Agreement

Hi - when I go to download Adobe Reader it says "By clicking the Download Now button, you acknowledge you have read and agree to the Software Licensing Agreement." but when I go to view the Software Licensing Agreement it's in PDF format - how do I view it before installing the PDF reader?
    -- Chris.

You can view the Software Licensing Agreement with a other PDF reader, like GhostView.

  • How can I accept the Software License Agreement?

I have a Mac. I have had CS5 Design Premium Teacher and Student Edition for the last four years. A few weeks ago, I could no longer open up my product. Instead, a Software License Agreement popped up with the Adobe Application Manager. After I click "Accept", my program does not open. The Software License Agreement reappears. This continued to happen. I knew I had another download available, so I uninstalled Design Premium, and reinstalled it using my product key. However, even with the new install the problem persists. Adobe Online Support say they cannot help me with my issue and I should turn to the online forum. How can I fix this issue and open up my product? I need to use my programs!

Can't really visualise this. Can you post a screen shot of the message (but not if there are any personal details on screen)?

  • Just reinstalled - can't get past iTunes Software License Agreement

    Hello,
I just reinstalled iTunes for Windows after receiving my iPod back from customer service. Well now that I have run iPod update and installed iTunes again, every time I try to open iTunes the iTunes Software License Agreement flashes for a second, but then disappears, without even giving me a chance to click 'Agree' at the bottom of the user agreement. Also, Quicktunes (which I also reinstalled) only opens for a second as well, immediately closing after about a half a second.
I have read some of the other posts on this board and yes, I do have Norton AntiVirus 2005. I have tried a) disabling Auto-Protect, b) manually excluding c:/programfiles/itunes, and c) checking my Windows firewall, which is disabled.
    What else can I do?
Thanks in advance for reading this and for any advice you might able to give me...
    Kid

Turn OFF norton totally and completely and try launching iTunes. If iTunes launches, then you know its Norton as the culprit. If that still does not work, we have ruled out that step.
You may wanna try MSCONFIG to see what is interferring with the launch of iTunes,

  • I can't get past the Software License Agreement in itunes

Whenever I connect my ipod to itunes all I get is the 'Software License Agreement' come up. Even though I've clicked the "I have read & agree to the license software agreement" & then saved it in 'My Documents' it never gets past this stage. Is this some kind of fault?
I can "drop & drag" music from itunes in to my ipod but I cannot see what's loaded on to it from itunes. I can also safely "eject" it from itunes. Attempting to reset my ipod doesn't appear to help either.

    Right click on the desktop.
    Select Properties.
    Click the Settings tab.
    Drag the slider to 1024x768.

  • How can I turn of the Software-License Agreement for my Users

    Hallo,
I am owner of CLP-License for 44 Users of my Company.
I Have installed an registered every Client-Installation in my Domain (WINDOWS 7 Professional 64 bit) - Thats OK (it,s my Job)
After Restart the PC, Logoff/Logon of different Users, they must confirm the Software-License-Agreement ...?
How can I Turn off this Funktion ?
(Sorry for the Capitals - it is german-like :-))

    (Thanks for your answers)

    Hi,
the answer was usefull for my thinking, but it doesn't fix my issue.
My Adobe Acrobat Version is DC (Standard/Professional):
I've found this key in my registry HKLM:
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\2015\AdobeViewer]
    "EULAAcceptedForBrowser"=dword:00000001
    "Launched"=dword:00000001
These Data are fix after restarting and logon. But it doesn't help. A few seconds after starting DC Pro and opening a document the EULA will prompt.
Where can I fix the acception of EULA for all my licensed Client and Users (without admin-rights for HKLM) ?
    Thanks for your answer
    Kindly regards

  • ITunes error pop up box and software license agreement - can't launch iTunes

Cannot get iTunes to launch. Pop up box with Display Setting error and a iTunes software license agreement I cannot accept or decline. Anyone seen anything like this?

Download and install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility from Microsoft:
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301
Now run the utility ("Start > All programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries, and click "Remove".
Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC, and try installing iTunes again. Does the install go through this time?

  • Can't get past the iPod Software License Agreement

So here's my problem. My iPod is connected to my laptop, and it says iPod under the tab labeled 'Devices'. When I click on iPod, it goes to the Software License Agreement. I've agreed to it several times, but no software setup ever follows it. HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!

The software setup is complete when the license agreement appears; except for the process of updating or restoring the iPod's firmware, nothing is required that isn't part of iTunes or the OS.

  • Can't get past "ipod software license agreement"

trying to sync a new ipod nano to my old account, old ipod was stolen so I replaced it with new nano. Itunes recognizes my new ipod nano but won't get past the "ipod software license agreement" Any ideas?

After nearly going insane this morning (I am in the same situation after some cretin stole my little boy's iPod and I had to fork out for a new one - thank you to whoever stole it....) I just finally found the answer to this elsewhere on this forum (hooray!).
The problem for me was that the "Continue" button wasn't appearing after I checked the "I agree" button on the license agreement. I had to go into the Control panel of my computer, then display, then clicked on the settings tab. I then changed my screen resolution bar from the far left (800x600) to the middle (960x600) which made the display smaller and therefore the Continue button then display on the page. Hope this works for you too!

  • Problems accepting software license agreement in Adobe Download Assistant

I have tried everything suggested, but every time Adobe Download Assistant opens the only option I have is to read the terms of the software license agreement.  Every other option is voided(doesn't respond) I can not minimize, quit, accept, sign in, or click help,  and the only way I can close the window is with CONTROL-ALT-DELETE.  Is there something in the Software License Agreement that I'm supposed to check off? I haven't been able to find anything of the sort and I need these programs for school projects.  I have access to adobe products at school but unfortunately don't have the time to drive back and forth between school, home, and work...

Branched this out to a new discussion.  Since you mentioned Control-Alt-Delete I am assuming you are using some form of Windows on your computer?  If this is the case please go to Start>Control Panel>Display.  Once there what is your Set Custom Text Size (DPI) set too?  Can you try setting it to 100%?

  • STLPort4 Software License agreement

We are looking to use STLport4 for Solaris and (according to Legal) need to go through the Open Source Software process since there appears to be no fee & no signed license agreement.
The Sun Studio 11 Runtime Libraries Readme lists the conditions for reproducing and distributing portions of the Runtime. libstlport.so.1 is listed in the section titled C++ for Solaris SPARC and Solaris x86 Platform Editions:
    http://developers.sun.com/sunstudio/documentation/ss11/mr/READMEs/runtime.libraries.html
However, they also reference a Software License Agreement on this page.
We would like to read the correct agreement for STLport.
    We found this:
    http://developers.sun.com/sunstudio/documentation/ss11/mr/READMEs/THIRDPARTYLICENSEREADME.html
Is this it? If not can someone point me to a copy?
    Thanks

The Software License Agreement (SLA) is the license for the product. You should be able to find it in the LEGAL directory in the installed product. Here's a link to the Sun Studio 11 Software License Agreement as well:
    https://cds.sun.com/is-bin/INTERSHOP.enfinity/WFS/CDS-CDS_Developer-Site/en_US/-/USD/ViewLicense-Start?LicenseUUID=0TLACUFBYoIAAAEYO5o5AXiO&ProductUUID=lAHACUFB31QAAAEYgUI5AXrt&cnum=&evsref=&sln=
The Runtime Libraries Readme provides expands on those rights with specific components, including stlport libraries:
    http://developers.sun.com/sunstudio/documentation/ss11/mr/READMEs/runtime.libraries.html
The Third Party License License Readme contains notices and additional terms and conditions for licensed 3rd party software components included in Sun Studio 11 (including stlport):

  • Application Manger Software License Agreement for Acrobat Pro won't let me choose "Accept."

Just purchased the 12 month subscription to Creative Cloud and got most all programs I wanted installed, including Acrobat Pro. However, when attempting to open a PDF file an Application Manager window pops up with "CS6 Creative Cloud Membership" in the title and "Adobe Software License Agreement" in the header.
There is no other text in said window besides the options "Quit" and "Accept" in the lower right corner; below the Adobe logo in the upper left corner there is a drop menu triangle that opens an empty drop box.
The system we are using is a refurbished iMac 27" running OS x 10.6.8 Snow Leopard. Please advise; this is very frustrating.

Fix described here: http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/known-issues-acrobat-xi-reader.html (see Blank EULA screen)
"Blank EULA screen. Problem: Mac OS only. On launch, a blank EULA screen appears, which cannot be accepted, and Acrobat does not run. This problem can appear if you have any products installed from CCM or from Creative Suite, and you tried installing Acrobat XI from a different source.
Workaround: Launch any other product which is part of the CCM or Creative suite. Then, deactivate it by choosing Help > Deactivate. Quit the application. Then, launch Acrobat and accept the EULA. Then, for the CCM subscription product, launch it and select License This Software to enable the CCM product again. If a CS application, launch it and reactivate it. [3338419]"
