Can't sign up online to BT

Hi everyone....need some help please!
I have an old 5 digit 'phone number which BT online won't recognise as most are 6 digits nowdays!... I therefore can't sign up to an online account with them.
Also, I pay my monthly bills by direct debit and have asked them if I can change the date the payments are taken on by 4 days...they say this can't be changed...surely not!!  All other companies have had no problems in doing this for me.

    The Apple ID that is installed on my computer is no longer the email address that I use for my Apple ID, and the email account itself has been deleted so I cannot sign into it to change the settings. My current Apple ID works online on apple.com but I want to put it on my computer, except I can't sign out of the old nonexistent ID without it telling me that it is going to delete my documents, and I can't sign in to change the settings to remove them from iCloud so they don't get deleted. How do I tell which documents are even on iCloud so I can try to change my Apple ID and actually use iCloud without deleting my documents?

    Look inside your ~/Library/Mobile Documents/ folder.  (Open Finder, from the Go menu select "Go to Folder", paste ~/Library/Mobile Documents/ in to the box and click Go.)  In Mavericks, Pages documents, for example, will be in ~/Library/Mobile Documents/com~apple~Pages/Documents.
    Save these documents in a folder on your desktop before deleting the account if you want to keep copies.

    I can't sign in to ebay from my main computer; I can get to the main ebay website (www.ebay.com) and I can get to sign-in page, but when I enter my user ID and password, ebay displays an error page and returns immediately

    Tools>Internet Options>Security tab, click "Reset all zones to default"
    Trusted Sites icon, 'Sites' button... remove Ebay from your Trusted Sites list..... websites work just as well in the (default) Internet Zone.
    Create separate windows accounts for each user that shares your computer, so that nothing is changed on your windows account without your knowledge.
    For the best security open Ebay with InPrivate browsing.
    Ebay won't login properly if you have their site in the Trusted Sites list in IE because there is a security setting to prevent navigation to zones of lower integrity.... Ebay use a sub-domain to validate your credentials and have a number of different global
    websites with different domains.
    For consumer help with IE select the Help>Online Support menu from IE and follow the links for your windows and IE versions.

    I just renewed my ExportPDF subscription, but I can't sign in to Export PDF online (it keeps taking me to the "subscribe" screen) and when I try to convert from within Acrobat, it says the trial period has expired, please subscribe.

    If you are using Acrobat you can try the suggestions mentioned above.
    Are you using the Create PDF service from within Reader to create pdf?
    If yes then please check if you are able to login to: https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf  with your Adobe ID and able to convert the document to pdf.
    If yes then within Reader you can try the following:
    Choose Edit > Preferences (Win)
    Click 'Online Services' or 'Adobe Online Services' on the left-hand side
    Sign out of your Adobe ID and sign back in.

    I encountered the same problem when I purchased a used iPad for my elderly father and couldn't set it up for him. I called Apple Support...
    Apple support could NOT help me. I was told there is no way to circumvent the 3 icloud setup limit on iOS devices at their end. I was told to use a different mac or iOS device that hadn't met the 3 x limit.
    So, using MY iPad I tried to do that. At first I went to Settings/iCloud. But that is your PRIMARY iCloud account    (and this was MY iPad and I didn't want to screw up my own settings!) which you don't want to trash.
    After some online research (iMore to be exact) I discovered you can setup a secondary iCloud account using:
    Settings/Mail,Contact,Calendars --> Add Acount... -->iCloud --> Get A Free AppleID --> Birthday Q then Security Question - then Name - then Get a free iCloud email address....
    After you get to the new iCloud settings page at the end of the signup process - I deselected all the tabs which made the new account "inactive" on my iPad.
    Next I went to the used iPad that had the initial problems, and tapped on Settings/iCloud. I signed in with the iCloud account that was newly created and was able to then get an iCloud account to work!
    I left the new iCloud account showing on my own iPad (under Mail,Contacts,Calendars) as it is inactive. I am not sure what would happen if I deleted it - it may stop working on my father's iPad then.

    If you enabled the "Find My iPhone" feature prior to the device being lost, go to iCloud.com, sign in and select the locate option.
    If you did not enable the feature prior to the device being lost then you are basically out of luck.

    Hi all,
    I can't sign in to VS Express 2013 to update my trial license.
    The problem seems to be that when I try to sign in there opens a striped down IE window with an error message that it can't connect to the internet so I can't login to my outlook account. In our company the IE is currently blocked due to security issues
    when trying to access the internet.
    Is there a way to update the trial license via firefox or any other kind of workaround?

    If you cannot open that window, we could not control this and you should consult with your company for
    security issues about IE.
    If you can open, and cannot access the internet when you click the "Obtain a registration key online", you can copy the link in the firefox, then  login to your outlook account and obtain the product key.
    Or you can locate product key follow up the link:

    Then register the licence offline.

    I can't sign into creative cloud desktop connection. Every time I try on my computer it comes up with - you have been signed out? Please sign in - It never signs in. I can sign in perfectly online but not on my computer desktop version. I have uninstalled and reinstalled app but hasn't worked.

    I happend to have the same problem... I can sign in online but my destop version does not do anything! And if I startup one of my applications it asks me to sign in (for a trail version). If I do so I get this message....

    I can't sign n. it keeps saying server error.

    If I skip the step, then try downloading from AppStore, it comes back,  This Apple ID has not yet been used in the iTunes Store. Click OK, it asks to Review, reads T &amp; Cs again, then it quits. Repeat ad infinitum
    I have done a factory reset on the IPad, still can't communicate with the server when I try signing in.
    I can sign in online and update settings, no effect.

    over last week issues signing in now
    can't get back online ... what the heck is going on?

    Ug. I'm in the same boat: I'm unavailable, and can't change my status. I can't even see my list of buddies, the window is gone, and I can select that from the menus. I'd toggle the preferences for my accounts, but, alas, the preferences menu item is also greyed out.
    The only piece of UI that shows is the "Messages" window for sending a new message.
    Does anyone have a suggestion about how to get out of this situation, short of uninstaling?
