Can't stand it anymore, app transferring so internet data consuming!?

I just wanna say WHAT THE F when I saw I've used 4 Gigabytes internet data after doing these:
1. RESTORING MY F-ING IPOD
2. INSTALLING INFINITY BLADE II AND SOME OTHER APPS
3. SYNCED 2Gs OF SONGS
I've only got 60Gs of data a month, and apple just took like 4Gs, that's a lotttt!!!
I've already disabled iCloud and the other stuff that requires internet access.
But I dunno how to disable this sucky thing, can anyone tell me how? :S

- Restoring requires that the computer have the latest update file. That is about 700 MB. If you restore again before the next update you will not have to redownload the update again.
- Infinity Blade II is 940 MB
- Other apps will also use data for download. I do not know if the apps also use data for playing them.
The usage sounds normal. Just do not purchase that many apps and othr things.

Why can't I disable certain apps from using cellular data?

I can't seem to turn off the ability for certain apps to use my cellular in the "Cellular" menu. I would usually to go Settings>Cellular and begin turning on/off app from using cellular. But now, I can't turn them off. I would switch them off and turn off cellular, then I would turn the "cellular" option on and the same apps would have their switches on instead of off. They would switch on automatically without my consent.
Before you say that maybe I have "allow changes" or "don't allow changes" on the cellular data use. Even if I had one or the other, the manual changes gets ignored.
I have to have the "cellular restriction use" to allow changes to try to turn off the individual apps that have cellular data on. But the second I leave the sub menu or turn off and then on the cellular data, those same individual apps switch on by them selves.
What am I missing? What is the new changes that isn't allowing me to decided which apps can use cellular data and which can't?
My only guess is that it's a problem based on 7.0.4. I never had this problem before. Sometimes though, I would have "Don't Allow Changes" locked on cellular usage, but some how manage to have the ability to turn them on and off where I shoulded. They should be "greyed" out.

Yes. But you may still be able to download compatible versions. You will have to download the App to iTunes on a computer or another device that does support the App using the same Apple Id you have on your iPad. With that done you can follow these instructions from your iPad to get a compatible version:

Ugh, I can't stand this anymore =(

About a year ago I purchaused a WRT45GX Router with SRX and a matching adapter for my computer downstairs. For the first 3 months or so it worked fine with no problems at all. From time to time it would randomly drop out but that would only happen in strange sprees then after reinstalling the router would be fine for a good few weeks or another month or so. Since getting it I have also got an Xbox Live adaptor and a matching laptop card.
In the past...3-4 months however I have been having some major problems that have my literally almost tearing my hair out at this point. Recently, it has been randomly dropping out for anywhere from a minute to 10 mins and I have to tinker with it sometimes to get it to come back up. Or what's worse it randomly drops to insane amounts of lantacity (almost like using dial up) again sometimes short bursts of it or like right now it's been going on and off for the past 2 hours for about a half hour each time.
Your first answer would probably be "Well, it's probably your ISP" but I'm sure it's not, as my first test when it is down or slow I always wire my main computer to the modem direct and it works 100% fine. I'm pretty sure it has something to do with IPs...just a guess. For a time I thought it was the cables, but after spending $40 on new ones I saw no difference.
If anyone knows what is going on or better yet a way I can fix it please help me out =(

Neighbors? You run an open access point without any security and the default SSID. Maybe your neighbor also bought a linksys router running it in the same configuration and your network cards change their connection occasionally as the two routers create a roaming network. However, as the internet IP address is different on each router it simply a mess.

The stains on my white MacBook are embarrassing. I've tried the different cleaning products, but a residual stain remains. Is there another option, like an adhesive cover or something else?

I've been using white notebooks for the last 30 months and I know how you feel. It's terrible to see our shiny machines with those horrible dirty stains on. I also have tried lots of cleaning products unsuccessfully until I tried a very homemade solution.
I simply got a white, PVC-free, vinyl eraser by Faber-Castell and rubbed it on the stains and... guess what? They were gone. The eraser simply wipes the stains away and, in no way, damages the surface of your machine. You just have to use some piece of cloth to prevent the residues of the eraser from getting under your keys.
What I do every 15 days is this: I "erase" the stains and later, use a soft cloth with a little bit of iKlear to polish the surfaces I erased.
I've been doing this for 2 years now and I'm pretty satisfied with the look of my machines. No scratches, no discolored areas, no stains.
I know this is very homemade and that you probably won't find other people recommending this, but it has in fact worked for me.

Can I open creative cloud app without an internet connection ?

I Need to get work edits made to Photoshop and illustrator documents and they won't open as my internet connection is down all day today. Is there a workaround ?

No. Your Creative Cloud desktop applications (such as Photoshop and Illustrator) are installed directly on your computer, so you won’t need an ongoing Internet connection to use them on a daily basis.
An internet connection is required the first time you install and license your desktop apps, but you can use the apps in offline mode with a valid software license.
The desktop apps will attempt to validate your software licenses every 30 days, but for annual members, you can use the apps for up to 99 days in offline mode.
Month-to-month members can use the software for up to 30 days in offline mode.

How can I tell if an app needs the Internet to run?

While I understand that I need to be connected to the Internet to download apps, I am wondering if there is a way to deterine if I need to be connected when I use the app before I go to the trouble of downloading it. If there something that I should look for in the requirements sections? Or, is there a filter setting that I could use to just look at apps that work independently from the Internet?

Some apps will run fine unconnected, but try to check in to keep stats and whatever if there is a connection. Not to mention the wonderful in app purchase opportunity. So it will be hard to get a straight answer.
When you are looking at an app, think about what it does. Does it seem like it would need a connection? Like a streaming app? Or is it a drawing program, that obviously does not.

Settings>WiFi>Off...then Settings>General>Network>Cellular Data>Off...then start launching your apps, those that require a data connection either won't work or will generate an error message. You could also accomplish the same thing by putting your phone in Airplane Mode.

Try restoring the backup again. Your apps and other purchased media should have been restored from your backup if they were on your old phone when you backed it up.

Not sure what to do here, I can't download anymore apps. I have filled up all 11 pages. On the iPod I can stack apps into their own sections but I can't do that on the iPad. What can I do without deleting apps.

Just in case, connect your iPad to your computer, launch iTunes. Select the Summary tab.
You can see available storage space at the bottom of that window.
