Can't start x, parsing error

I execute the startx (or xinit) command as non-root user but something's wrong.
Here's /var/log/Xorg.0.log and /etc/X11/xorg.conf

With an error like "This section must have an Identifier line." it seems like you need a line
Identifier "foobar"
or something like that.
Try something like this:

Can't start CRS -- giving error about OCR device but ....?? Please help.

I am running CentOS 4.5 64-bit with kernel 2.6.9-55.EL on 2 AMD64 single CPU machines. Installed Oracle Clusterware 10.2.0.1 on both of these (pushing from node1). Then created RAC database using ASM. Everything worked fine & CRS/RAC were up (on both) for sometime. Then I stopped the resources & CRS/RAC. But, after sometime I can't start CRS on any of these! Getting error message (in /tmp/crsctl.pid):
OCR initialization failed accessing OCR device: PROC-26: Error while accessing the physical storage.
But I can see the FireWire drive/RAW partitions using "fdisk -l" and the permission/ownership are correct on the OCR/Voting Disk RAW partitions.
I also don't see any socket opened under /var/tmp/.oracle!
The is no other message in any other error/log file.
What is this & how to solve?

Pls refer to the following solution:
1. Please check the rights and owners of the ocr devices
2. Check if the ocrconfig_loc is pointing to the correct ocr in /var/opt/oracle/ocr.loc.
The ocrconfig_loc parameter specifies the location of the Oracle Cluster
Registry (OCR) used by the CSS daemon. The path up to the cdata directory is the Oracle home directory where the CSS daemon is running.
3. Reconfiguring Oracle Cluster Synchronization Services
a. $/u01/app/oracle/product/10G/bin/localconfig delete

i don't see any problem with your manifest.
try saving your fla and the published files to a new directory and see if the error resolves.

Check for Java schema user (Default SAPSR3DB) in dba_users table if the account is open or not? It should be open.
If yes check the JAVA users "J2EE_ADMIN", "J2EE_GUEST" and "SAPJSF" in usr02. They should be open.
Try it again and if again fail thry to send the current Java log.

Can't start Mini SAP: error "MSG_SERVER died"

I have succesfully installed Mini SAP version 4.6D. When I try to start it, I get error messages "MSG_SERVER died" and later "DISPATCHER died". I can't figure out what could be wrong. Please help!
Below is a detailed command-prompt and SLOG00 file content. Although the content of the SLOG00 file is to me completely unreadable, maybe it means something to someone. Or, is there any log viewer for this?

After installing iCS 2.1, iCS 2.1p1, and iCS 2.1p3, a user will receive the
following error message when trying to start the server:

Fatal error: Cannot connect to user group ldap server.

In addition, the Directory Server access logs will contain the following
entry:

In the server.conf file,
check the local.enduseradmindn
parameter. The parameter
should appear as follows:

Can't start Daemon Manager service on CSM 3.1

Hello dear experts!
After i've installed CSM 3.1 on customer server i found that CSM Daemon Manager service can't start. Next error log appears in MS Event Viewer:
"Faulting application dmgtd.exe, version 1.0.0.1, faulting module dmgtd.exe, version 1.0.0.1, fault address 0x00011f96."
After these i tried to start this service manually, but i got next error:
"Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion"
I did software installation remotely using Microsoft Terminal connection to server.
I have exactly the same problem with Cisco LMS 2.6 which i've installed on another server. Daemon Manager can't start there too.
Could you give me advices what i need to do?

I tried to reboot server and wait for Windows to load services much times, but it did not help my any way. I found error reason: Daemon Manager couldn't start because there was no swap space on my server. I checked syslog file and found the alert. After i tuned swap settings this service started. But there is one interesting fact during CSM and LMS installation: though swap space setting on my server was as "No paging file", but CSM (LMS) installer shows me that i have sufficient swap space. So always check log files (C:\Program Files\CSCOpx\log) if you can't start your CSM or LMS.

8.1.7 management server can't start

I tried to delete a DB service with oradim (W2K SP4, Oracle 8.1.7.0.0). Since then the management server can not start, with Windows error message Error 1075: The dependency service does not exist or has been marked for deletion. In services/properties/dependencies there are no dependency services anymore. Thanks for help.

MDX Parser Error in Data Mining

Hello Colleagues,
I have created the Application Process Designer(APD) for ABC analysis. Here APD is saved and activated successfully. Now while executing, it fills the data to datatarget, but giving error "Error occurred in starting the PARSER.Error opening in RFC connection. Syntax error in MDX statement".
In help, it says go to SM59 and test the connection of MDX parser. Now there testing is failing, but What I need to do to correct the connection?

The same TCP/IP connection (with similar properties in working in other BW system). But giving error in the system where I am trying to write some MDX statement (TR MDXTEST). It goes to debug mode as soon as MDX statement is executed in MDXTEST.

Your RFCDestination is not correct. Please check it in SM59.
The program specified there may not be on the app server. Have you verified this already?

Have you tried Windows Update in the Control Panel?
Many times it will find the newest supported drivers for Hardware.
Just be sure to install everything not just the Important ones.
Let us know if this helps.

I installed Oracle9.0.2 on debain 3.0_r1 and selected software only option to install.
After installation finished, I try to start OEM, but it failed and also can not start dbca.

I have install flash builder 4 beta 2 + blazeds 4.00.7548. While try to connect to data service and face a problem.
When i use a beta 1 that no such probem. please help.

Hello All!
I'm just getting started with Flash Builder 4 and BlazeDS and I'm having this same issue. I have installed the FlashBuilder 4 beta 2 Build 253292, and Blaze 4 ( blazeds-turnkey-4.0.0.14341 ). I have also installed the livecycle_dataservices3_modelerplugin_100509. Upon clicking Data-Connect to data/service and then Blazeds, I can see my DAO object listed. However, if I select it I receive the dreaded error. Now if I code in the remote object manually, in the .mxml file and run it, all works just fine. It's only while trying to use the object within Flashbuilder that I have the problem. I see lots of ideas kicked around for this, and it seems that various solutions have worked for different users. Can somebody put together a 'cookbook' of just exactly how to set things up to make this work?
