Can't Stay Activated - Cloud Subscription

I have the CS 6 subscription. Using PremPro, AE, SpeedGrade, Audition, PS. I also have CS 5.5 apps installed on the same machine.
Problem: I have to active my subscription every day.
For some reason my computer does not stay activated.
I contacted Adobe technical support. They walked me through changing the permissions in one of the directories involved in the activation process. However, this did not fix the issue. I still have to re-activate manually every day.
***Side note in case someone is experiencing the same issue****
One day I couldn't open up PPro CS6 projects that contained AVCHD timelines. Supposedly the timeline presets couldn't be found. I had been using CS 6 for about a week or so up to that point. Turns out PPro considers itself a trial version everyday (and therefore doesn't let you use AVCHD timelines), until I activate again. But there was no way for me to manually force activation again. By accident I discovered that when I open up After Effects CS6, and wait a few seconds, an activation window opens up and ask me to activate again using my Adobe ID. I have to do this EVERY DAY before I can use any CS 6 apps.

I'm on Windows 7 Pro, 64 bit.

I had a similar situation. I found it happened for me whenever I opened a CS5 product.
I eventually removed CS5, but as often happens, this messed up the CS6 install.
A reinstall and reactivation of CS6 after CS5 was removed corrected the issue for me.

I have been trying to purchase a Creative Cloud subscription for the last few days and it does not work. I've tried different browsers, different devices and even calling adobe sales and it still doesn't work.

Yes, I used this card to buy my Adobe Master Collection 5.5 earlier this year, and use it regularly for debit and credit transactions. I purchased and downloaded an e-book yesterday on this card.
I also borrowed a friends card to make the purchase, as suggested by an Adobe rep. The card was from a different lending institution, and that Creative Cloud transaction was never completed by Adobe either.
I've called my bank on two occasions. On the first call the reps told me they saw eight attempts made last month. About 4 of those were my tries, and another 4 attempts were made by an Adobe rep while I was on the phone with them. My bank rep could see that there were eight $1.00 "holds" that went through via Adobe's purchasing system, but it appears that the system never made the second attept to finalize the purchase. I attempted several more times with no success. I called my bank again to see if there were any blocks or security holds on my account, and was assured me that none existed, and that the transactions were ready for clearance on my banks end.

Can I purchase Creative Cloud subscriptions for longer than one year at a time?

I work in the design department of a large business, currently using Creative Suite 6 (Design Standard edition, which includes PS and AI).
I'd like to get the some of the new CC features, but my manager won't commit to a turnkey month-to-month or even annual rental of Creative Cloud apps (it's a pain for our department's purchaser to have to do orders more than once a year). That said, if they could take care of, say, two years at once, I might get the software. Is this an option? I'm one of only a few folks who use Adobe software (it's not a design business; we're just part of a small design department, and all software purchases need to go through this person, after which they're reimbursed). I'm not interested in any of the extra storage or central administration options that come with the higher priced business subscription.

Can't understand Creative Cloud subscription

I can't understand what subscribing for Creative Cloud means, and it's very hard to find the answers on the Adobe website.
(1) What does the "requires annual commitment" option mean? Does it mean that I have to pay that monthly price for at least one year? If it does means that, am I free to cancel at any time after that year is up?
(2) Is the price on offer (£8.78 including VAT in the UK) just a special offer starter price or is that the ongoing level of pricing and for how long? If the price is likely to go up in time, is that likely to be more or less in line with general price inflation, or am I going to be stung after some initial period with a massive price increase? If I felt that I could no longer afford the subscription would I then be left with PSD files etc that I could no longer access?

Yes you can install the software on MAC and PC both, with creative cloud subscription you will get 2 activation and work simultaneously on both the machines.

JMS subscription stays active after the Flex client exits

Folks,
I have BlazeDS deployed in Tomcat 6.0.18. My Flex UI application
subscribes to a JMS Topic in GlassFish.
My problem is that the JMS subscription stays active after the
Flex client exits.
Can I add code to handle this scenario? Shouldn't BlazeDS pick this up
automatically when the TCP connection closes?

Hi, I am going to be subscribing to Creative Cloud but can I use that subscription on more than one device?
I sometimes use my desktop, sometimes my laptop or tablet etc. Will my Cloud subscription allow my to use the software on all my devices?
Or is it a single device use only?

A Cloud subscription allows you to have two working installations at a time. You can sign out and sign in to enable other devices but the limit of two remains in force. Whether or not you can install on all devices depends on whether or not the devices meets the system requirements for the software.

If you are a Creative Cloud for Team user then you can simply remove the user from Admin console and invite another to be the team member. If it is Creative Cloud individual subscription then I am sorry to say but you cannot transfer the account to another.

How many PCs can I use with one Creative Cloud subscription? For example I currently use Lightroom on a home PC with 2 large screens, but use a laptop or iPad when travelling. Does one monthly subscription cover all 3 or do I need 3 separate subscriptions ?

Active creative cloud subscription but still showing trial?

I currently have an active Creative Cloud subscription for Photoshop. I recently just wiped my PC (Windows 8.1 - custom build), and upon redownloading photoshop, it's asking for a serial number upon Photoshop launch when I use my log-in. I've followed all directions:
- Changing directions to English International
- Logging out/in
- Etc. (from the list of usual culprits)
... but nothing seems to be working. Any ideas?
