Can't subscribe to Creative Cloud

I've been trying to subscribe to Creative Cloud for the last couple of days as my 30 day trial comes to an end today. For some strange reason I cannot check the box to agree with the T&C's, and clicking on the "Accept Terms & Conditions" does not result in anything.
I've tried clicking every link on the page and nothing will allow me to move past this step. I'm based in Malaysia if that makes any difference. Any help would be much appreciated.
Bryan

Hi, I'm an Italian student and I need Creative Cloud for just a month.
    What have I to do?
    Thank

    Hi Sabino,
The trial version of the software is good for 30 days. So you can simply install the Creative Cloud and use any software for a month.
If you have purchased a subscription and need to cancel it, please refer the KB : http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/cancel-membership-subscription.html

  • Can I subscribe to Creative Cloud for a few months and then cancel?

I was wanting to subscribe for only a few months while I am in school. I was looking to pay month-to-month. Can I do this? If so, do I have to pay any cancellation fees?

Cancel your membership or subscription | Creative Cloud
I think this is the link for that? Thank you for your answer!

  • Can I subscribe to Creative Cloud monthly, and still work with my Photoshop on my computer OFFline??

Hi, I just got a new iMac, and was wondering if I should put my current PS CS5 from my macbook pro onto it, or should I just go with the monthly subscription? My issue is that I work with no internet a lot, and am worried that will be a problem. And if it is better for me to just keep my CS5, how do I get that onto my new iMac now that there are no disc drives to install? Thank you in advance.

You can use prepaid 1 year Creative Cloud plan software offline as long as your computer is connected to the 'net every 99 days or less.

Sign in to your Adobe account online thru the main Adobe site and check to see the status of your subscription(s).  It should list any you have or had.

This has nothing to do with CC or any of that. You have insufficient user privileges to write files locally on your computer or a technical issue gets in teh way. Since you have not provided any system info or otehr details, we cannot tell you more than that.

  • I recently subscribed to creative cloud but I need Adobe Prem CS6 rather than Adobe Prem Pro CC, can

    Hi,
i recently subscribed to Creative Cloud, in the main to access Premiere Pro. I am studying film and vidoe and the uni teaches Prem CS6 not CC, can I get the earlier version on this subscription and if so how?

This is about Encore... but to install EncoreCS6 you actually install PProCS6
CS6 is the final Encore http://www.adobe.com/products/encore/faq.html

You may also buy PProCS6 as a standalone program, without the cloud

  • Can I use my Creative cloud subscription on multiple devices?

Hi, I am going to be subscribing to Creative Cloud but can I use that subscription on more than one device?
I sometimes use my desktop, sometimes my laptop or tablet etc.  Will my Cloud subscription allow my to use the software on all my devices?
Or is it a single device use only?
    Many thanks,
    Peter.

A Cloud subscription allows you to have two working installations at a time.  You can sign out and sign in to enable other devices but the limit of two remains in force.  Whether or not you can install on all devices depends on whether or not the devices meets the system requirements for the software.

  • By subscribing to Creative Cloud(Photoshop and Lightroom), does it come with more than one license, and is it possible to install it on both Windows and Apple(if it comes with two licenses)? Thank you.

By subscribing to Creative Cloud(Photoshop and Lightroom), does it come with more than one license, and if it does, is it possible to install on both Windows and Apple's OX? Thanks.

A Cloud subscription provides for installing working installations on two machines.  You can have mixed operating systems (both Windows and Apple's OX).

  • I subscribed to Creative Cloud, but it's telling me I'm in Tryout mode

I just subscribed to Creative Cloud. I downloaded a bunch of apps. Tried them all out. All was well.
But then I opened After Effects CS6 and it was telling me that I was in a Trial mode. Huh??
I then opened Adobe Illustrator CS6 and it's the same thing. What's going on?
The only thing I can think of is: I logged into my office computer (I did this at home so far) and downloaded from there as well.
Is it because I was signed in on my work machine that now my home machine is suddenly in trial mode?
I didn't have any of the applications opened in more than one place.
    What's going on?

    I think I have found a solution.
Resetting the HOST file with this applescript:
display dialog "Warning!! You are about to change your HOSTS file back to factory default. Click OK if you want to proceed and click Cancel if you want to abort now."
if (button returned of the result) as text is "OK" then
      do shell script "echo \"##
    # Host Database
    # localhost is used to configure the loopback interface
    # when the system is booting.  Do not change this entry.
    127.0.0.1          localhost
    255.255.255.255          broadcasthost
    ::1             localhost
    fe80::1%lo0          localhost\" > /etc/hosts" with administrator privileges
    else
      quit
    end if
    Worked for me!
