Can't sync iPhone to my mac. Strange error message.

I just tried to sync my iPhone to my mac, and got the following error message:
"iTunes could not sync contacts to the iPhone "MyiPhone" because the iPhone disconnected."
First of all... my iPhone did not disconnect, I am looking at it under "devices" in iTunes and iPhoto right now.
My operating system, iTunes, and iPhone all have their software completely up to date.
I notice that this happens just after iPhoto opens... I have no idea what the problem is. My only idea is that maybe it is the USB cable I'm using. But this is the first time this has happened, and the iPhone didn't show any signs of disconnecting.
Anyone know what is going on and what I should do???

I just read a message from someone with the same problem (posted after I posted my message) and someone resolved the issue...
For anyone else wondering... it was apparently a corrupted file. In iTunes click on your iPhone, then the Info tab, scroll down and click the replace contact info tab, and it should solve the problem.

Mavericks syncs Calendar via iCloud.
Make sure you have the same iCloud account set up on your mac and your iPhone.
In System Preferences > iCloud, make sure the Calendars checkbox is checked.
In System Preferences > Internet Accounts, iCloud should be an account in the box on the left, and Calendars should be checked in the box on the right. If you have other calendars, for example, from work, make sure those are enabled too.
Check the same settings on your iPhone: in Settings > iCloud, make sure the same iCloud account info is present and that the Calendars slider is on. in Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars, make sure the iCloud account is present, and that the Calendars slider is on.

You need to buy and install a Mac OS X 10.6 DVD; once it's installed, run the Software Update pane of System Preferences twice.
There is no other way to sync it, but content can be downloaded directly from the iTunes Store servers; for non-purchased music, this requires signing up for iTunes Match, which costs more than the DVD.

Syncing iphone with windows 7 contacts - error message outlook.pst not foun

I have set set up ITunes to sync my Iphone GS with Windows Contacts. When I sync I get an error message :
The file c:\Program Files\Common Files\System\Mapi\1033\Outlook.pst could not be found
Sometimes the error message comes up 2 or 3 times.
Secondly, my Iphone is syncing with something because an old version of my windows address book is now on my iphone. Of course if I add a new contact to Windows Contacts, it does not appear on my iphone.
I dont have Outlook installed on my PC. It was removed, but I guess I do have an old outlook.pst file from my old times with Windows XP.
So how does Itunes manage the sync and how can I stop it syncing with my old address book and use Windows Contacts? I have tried resetting my sync history but it did not work.
I am running Windows7 (upgrade from Vista).

I am also having issues with syncing my Iphone 3GS with the latest version on Itunes. I have for a long while now been doing just great. My contacts, phone numbers, emails have all synced very nicely, no problems. As soon as I downloaded the new Itunes 9.1 I can no longer sync contacts, and calendars, as usual.
I tried several things that were suggested to me in the troubleshooting but nothing has helped. It usually tells me that my computer is not set up for syncing, and after arranging that it still doesn't work. As well, it says it cannot find the requested services.
Please help.
I am running windows 7, and have been for a while, it's not windows 7, it's the new Itunes upgrade.

Can't Open Fireworks CS4 in Mac. Error Message

Hello,
I have had CS4 for 2 years almost and recently Fireworks won't open. When I click on the icon, I get this error message (below). I have updated by my Mac OS and Adobe updates with no success. I thought about uninstalling and reinstalling Fireworks, but it says I would need to deactivate my serial number from within Fireworks. Since I can't open Fireworks, I can't deactivate it - so presumably I wouldn't be able to reinstall it.
All my other Adobe products are working fine - it's just this one.
I operate Mac 10.6.7
Any suggestions? I'm not a graphic designer, so if you're able to assist, pretend you're explaining to an 8 year-old! :-)

Recently upgraded PC with latest edition of iTunes (1/30/2014), afterwards, received this error message while attempting to sync iphone with PC: Unable to load, resource not found, SyncUICoreLocalized.dll

THIS HAS EVERY APPEARANCE OF A SOFTWARE GLITCH BY APPLE ... So first suggestion is NOT to begin reinstalling various software but to await some answer & fix from Apple. Too many have same problem on various systems, in my view (I am not an Apple rep but have certainly faced many glitches over the years).
PS - LOTS of Apple software problems these days, including many people having their Contacts shredded. What's going on with Apple?

Warning that it can't sync but it does and then error message

I've tried syncing my phone about 20 times and it seems to sync but at the end of every sync it says "error 13019 and can't sync" but it does upload new photos, songs, etc. I've restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled itunes and the same thing. Anyone else having this issu?? Any suggestions??

Can't sync Iphone on my mac

Ok, so I activated my phone on my roommates PC, because I didn't realize that I had to have tiger installed on my MAc, which I do now. I don't know if this is the cause my problem, but my iphone will not sync with my G5 (power PC) at all. When I try to connect the iphone to the machine, iphoto opens, but that is all. In itunes, the option to sync ipod is greyed out.
Any suggestions outside of doing a factory reset?

IPhone keeps freezing up, strange error messages

I bought my iPhone on the day it came out in 2007, and it has worked great over the past two years. Recently, however, the phone seems to freeze up and I have to restart it multiple times in order for it to work again. This usually happens when I open an App or use Safari, but it does also happen sometimes when using the iPod or the phone. It does this faithfully AT LEAST once a day. Also, when I restart it (usually a couple times, but could sometimes take a dozen or more restarts) a weird message comes up with all this computer coding and a strange message at the bottom, saying "Panic: We are hanging in there...."
Does anyone know what this means? How can I fix this? Is it just time to get a new phone?

I would get a new phone. I'm sick of the Iphone, mine keeps freezing all day long. If I make a call, send a text, click the home button--it will freeze and go to black. I'm fed up with it, many of my colleagues are chucking their iphones for the same reason! If you decide to keep it, good luck! The phone shouldn't cost so much and have a 2 year life span....it's ridiculous!

If it is actually an exchange calendar, and it's not linked to a specific user, it should be possible to simply add the exchange account to each device in question and have that exchange account only sync the calendar. Then every user has access to the same calendar and can add/edit entries to the calendar as needed.
The same would apply if it were a Google calendar added via Exchange.
If the calendar is not actually on Exchange, but rather added from an outside source, it will depend on that outside source where the calendar originates.
