Can't sync my iphone with iTunes after update

I'm cant sync my iphone4 iOS 7 with my iTunes because it requires iTunes 11.1 or better. I have an MacBook model a1181, my iTunes Version is 10.6.3. I not going to update my laptop just to sync my iphone. Does anyone have a solution? Or I'm i S.O.L?

it sees you're phone you can copy from phone to mac it says that you could copy from mac to phone but i dont understand how!! maybe you do!
I've also managed to instal Starcraft Brodwar when all sayed it is imposible with my Powerbook g4 1,67ghz PPC,2gb ram !

What's the full error message that you are getting (and is this on your computer or phone ?), and are you using a PC or a Mac - and is your computer's operating system and iTunes up-to-date ?

Hi - my computer crashed and I had to reinstall iTunes. I used a program and recovered all of my music and apps from my iPhone 4S and then added a few new music files. I'd like to sync my phone with iTunes to get these new music files on it (they are from a CD, not an iTunes purchase). I'm afraid that when I sync, it will erase all of my pictures since there aren't any pictures on iTunes. How can I be sure this won't happen? I want to use iTunes for syncing and back up but I'm scared to, because it might erase everything. I have already checked off the "do not automatically sync." But once I press that sync button, what might happen to my pictures?

What photos? If they are in your phone's camera Roll transfer then to the computer by
iOS: Importing personal photos and videos from iOS devices to your computer
If they were synced to the hone from the computer then you need a third-party program like PhoneView.

I don't think it was an update of windows because mine stopped working without updates in between, after I updated to 8.1 was fine, and after I updated the BIOS and some drivers it was fine, I can't find the problem...

Waiting for items to copy generally means there's some corrupted file that's gumming up the works. Often if you be patient and just let it sit and let iTunes do its thing, often it resolves itself.
I had an issue with the music on my iPod. It took me about half an hour waiting and it resolved itself.
Or you can try to sync your photos and books a few at a time and see if you can find the file that there's an issue with.

You need to do as provided. If no change after restoring as a new iPhone or not from the backup, the iPhone has a hardware problem.

And this didn't happen by syncing only. This means you transferred the backup for another iPhone or you restored the iPhone with iTunes. It is not possible for everything to be lost by syncing alone. All iTunes content on your iPhone can be lost but not any photos in the Camera Roll and the same for contacts unless you synced contacts with an empty address book application on your computer.

1) authorize iTunes on the new machine for your iTunes store account(s)
2) connect your device and right-click or control-click it in the iTunes Source list, then choose transfer purchases from the shortcut menu that appears.
3) sync the device
iTunes will wipe the iPhone but, since you transferred your purchases in the previous step, your content will be in your library and you can re-populate the iPhone with it.
