Can't sync Outlook Calendar

My e-mail works just fine, but my calendar doesn't sync. When I go to the menu in the e-mail application on my phone, and go to preferences, under AutoSync, the only option I have is "Sync: Mail" and I think it's supposed to have checkboxes for contacts and calendar as well.  But, mine doesn't give me the choices.  When I connect my Centro to my computer, it performs a HotSync, but the only thing that shows up on my PalmDesktop is photos off of my phone.  I've checked the settings and it should be syncing my calendar and memos and whatnot from Outlook!  Help?
Thanks

This was the sync that didn't sync my calendar. I did this one after removing my PalmDesktop from my computer and rebooting, then re-installing. My calendar still wouldn't sync so I posted on this forum. Then I went to bed, re-synced this morning and it worked. The working sync is shown at the very bottom of the page. Any idea why it suddenly worked?

  • Can iCloud sync Outlook calendar between 2 PC?

Can iCloud sync Outlook calendar between 2 PC?

Yes per http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4946 setup iCloud on all devices under the same account and backup to the cloud. If its two iPhones, are they both one owner? If not,it's best to not setup iCloud on a device that is not the same owner.

  • How can I sync Outlook Calendars on 2 PCs with my iPhone?

I have a PC at work and a PC at home ... both have MS Outlook 2007 running on them; I have an iPhone 3GS
I want to be able to sync the calendar from BOTH my PCs on to the iPhone and (therefore) with each other. However, I get a message on the second PC that I can't do this as it is only possible to sync calendars (and contacts by the way) with one PC. Is there any solution to this?
My music is happily synced only with my home PC - fully understand the issues that mean you can only sync those libraries with one PC.

    Hi,
you don't need MobileMe or anything fancy. I personally sync my Outlook calendar and my Outlook address book with three computers (two at the office and one at home)and besides I run Office 2003 on one, Office 2007 on the other and Office 2010 on the third, so it can't get more complicated than that, but it works 100%.
First sync Outlook with iTunes on one computer, having done that when you try to sync it to another machine, iTunes will recognize that it is synced with another computer and ask you if you want to merge the data, say yes, That's all there is to it.
It does not work for music as you rightly say but as far as Calendars and Contacts are concerned it's flawless and transparent.
If you hit a snag talk back to me.
    Cheers.

  • Can't sync Outlook calendar  because iTunes says all apps will be deleted

When I try to set up iTunes to sync my Outlook calendar I am getting a dialogue box that says my apps will be deleted if I continue. Can anyone help please? The same thing happens if I want to sync a folder with photos too.

Thanks, but it only connects to 1 PC. When I launch iTunes and my iPad is connected, it says it is syncing/ backing up.
The dialog box I am getting when trying to configure it to syc my outlook calendar says: "Are you sure you want to remove 26 Apps from the iPad? This will delete these apps and their data from the iPad"
Perhaps this does not matter, if they can be restored easily? Can I do this?

  • Can't Sync Outlook Calendar with Q10? Is this true

Is it actually true that you can't sync your outlook calendar with your Blackberry Q10?  If it is Blackberry should be ashamed of themselves.  I paid good money for this phone and just assumed it would do the basics that a business phone should do.

If you want the simple wired USB sync, see my link above to last week's updated download of the Link software.
Meanwhile, you're butting into another user's thread who has different needs. He doesn't want the wired sync.
But that's your solution, update your Link.

  • Can't sync Outlook calendar to my iPhone 4

Stopped being able to sync my Outlook calendar when I switched from an iPhone 3 to 4

I experienced the nearly same issue, except I am using Outlook 2013. What remedied this in my case was to uncheck the "Sync Calendars with Outlook" box and then sync. After syncing, I rechecked the sync box, but selected a specific calendar to sync with and then I sync'd again. Finally, I then set the setting back to All Calendars and did a final sync and now it's working again.

  • Can't Sync Outlook Calendar to iPod Since Downloading 7.0.2

I am unable to sync my Outlook calendar to my iPod since I downloaded iTunes7. The new version wiped out my calendar on the iPod. The help screens on the Apple website only show iTunes5 set-up which don't match the iTune7 screen. Any suggestions?
    Note: My Contacts are ok.

I am having the exact same issue. Please let me know if you have found a resolution to this issue.

How can i sync my calendar in Outlook 2007 with iTunes 11.1.3.8 WITHOUT using iCloud?

your link shows how to sync, i know how to do that.
i specifically wanted to sync my outlook calendar with my phone, not my outlook calendar with icloud calendar.
apparently you have to go into setup on phone and tell phone not to sync calendars with icloud so you can get choice to sync phone via itunes.
    thanks anyways for trying.

I think (and I'll double check) only the BBLink events will sync on a wired USB sync. I'm fairly certain of that.
You'll need to use your calendar syncing via an EAS email account (outlook.com, for instance, is free) to sync wirelessly. It works great. I use it and was a former tied to the USB sync guy as well... and I thought I was gonna die a painful death without it. I found more freedom this way.
This explains the process. But I don't think you'll get BBM Groups to sync.

  • Can't sync Outlook 2007 Calendar on iPhone 3G, iOS 4, iTunes 9.2, WindowsXP

I did upgrade my iPhone 3G to iOS 4.0 and iTunes to 9.2. Now I can’t sync Outlook 2007 calendar. Contacts and notes are ok.
I did try to sync on Windows XP SP3 and Vista SP2. I was unable to sync calendar on both computers.
I had this problem before with iTunes 9x. I was able to fix it creating a new PST file and copying all folders to this new file.
Now with iOS 4.x and iTunes 9.2 it doesn’t work. I did uninstall iTunes, clear the Windows registry, and delete all Apple folders. I also downloaded again iTunes and install it from zero. It didn’t work at all.
I also uncheck, check, recheck the Advanced options in iTunes to delete, doesn’t synchronize calendars, and contacts on iPhone… nothing works.
What else can I do to fix this pain? Any suggestion?
    Daniel

Same problem here. Just bought an iPhone 3GS, downloaded iTunes 9.2 and it crashes my Outlook 2007. Outlook simply stops responding, and I have to kill it. Won't even start in Safe Mode. I have to restart the computer to revive it. Next time I start iTunes -- CRASH!
I bought the iPhone because I wanted to sych my emails, calendars and notes. Do I have to return the iPhone now?

  • Help! - Can't sinc Outlook Calendar after upgrading to Desktop Mgr 4.7

My 8830 World Edition was syncing perfectly to Outlook Calendar 2007 while I was using Desktop Manager 4.2.2.14 on my Vista laptop. However, I downloaded the current version of Desktop Manager, 4.7, and now can not sync to calendar. Now when I try to sync (either using bluetooth or usb) all seems to be going well until it gets to "Processing Device Calendar". I then get an error that that says that DM has stopped working and that Windows will close the program. Even after the program closes, the screen on my 8830 still shows that it is connected to Desktop. The only way I get control of my phone again is to go into Windows Taks Manager, under Processes, and manually end RIMDeviceManager.exe .
Any thoughts on how to solve this problem?

Thanks. I finally uninstalled 4.7 completely from my computer and then downloaded it again. It also updated the software on the 8830 (version 4.5.0.135) This time it did worked. I am now able to sync sucessfully. That's the good news.
The bad news, however, is that I have lost the ability to connect to various sites via the Blackberry launcher links that I had on my phone (ESPN, NBC Sports, CNN and Fox Business).  The browser connects fine to the internet so I used that to access ESPN. From there I redownloaded the app for direct connection but it still doesn't work. ugh!
