Can't sync outlook contacts

I can't get Outlook 2010 contacts, calendar or nots to sync to my ipad. Internet favorites are ok. ITunes adding is ok. Tried reseting history. No joy.

Nobody on this discussion list offered any suggestions to me. After wasting a full day troubleshooting, I finally figured out that the contacts were not syncing because my Outlook had more than one user profile. After I went to Windows control panel and deleted the extra email user, voila, sync. Others must have had this problem before me. Apple: can't you put this info someplace for people to find (more easily than searching through hundreds of postings)?

Yes if the work account is an exchange account. Just go to Settings>Mail, Calenter... and add the work mail account and after setting it up, there should be sliders for mail, contacts and calender syncing.
To sync the iPod with iCal, just check the box/add the appropriate information on the Info pane for the iPod in iTunes (iPod must be connected to the computer).

When syncing my iPhone 4s, syncing goes on for hours without completing.
Nothing new except iTunes 11.2.2.3 and maybe a couple of contacts.

It doesn't work in this context because that is how most or many employers want it - just like many employers don't allow their employees to access a company Exchange account with an email client on a personal computer at home.
You might be able to extract the contacts from your iPhone's backup for import into the Windows Contacts app. Here is one 3Rd party utility that provides for extracting select data from your iPhone's backup on your computer's hard drive.

I might suggest you send links to download the attachments via DropBox or other similar source rather than include in an email.

Have you looked at adding the attachements at the end of the message. Under Edit in the Mail Menu bar select Attachments.
Attachment Tamer might be worth a look but attachements are always going to be in the body part of the message.

Usually, where there are issues like that, it has to do with incompatible programs that may be loaded at system startup. So, in System Preferences, look at your login ID, and login items, and see if any programs listed there should be updated to run with Snow Leopard. While in System Preferences, look at the bottom of the window where you may find some programs listed also. Check them too.

No. Version 2007 is the minimum, running on top of Vista SP2 or Windows7.

Sync your iPad with computer iTunes.
Note: your contacts should be in computer Outlook (Windows) or Contacts (Mac) application.
If you have iCloud configured in iPhone, do the same for iPad.
Setttings > iCloud >
     Account: your Apple ID
     Contacts: ON
     Documents & Data: ON

I have a question about email. I have several thousand emails in 10 or so days. How can I select multiple emails for deletion in stead of one at a time? How do I designate emails from a given sender as junk or block certain senders?

I'd suggest converting your old videos to one of those formats
handbrake is a free program which does this for you
itunes used to be able to too when I right clicked incompatible media but don't see the option any more
or maybe it only show when one right click incompatible media and currently my lib don't have any
about the music then it's odd what formats are they?
if they are acc protected have you tried to remove the DRM this can be don using itunes as

Can't sync Outlook 2007 Calendar on iPhone 3G, iOS 4, iTunes 9.2, WindowsXP

I did upgrade my iPhone 3G to iOS 4.0 and iTunes to 9.2. Now I can’t sync Outlook 2007 calendar. Contacts and notes are ok.
I did try to sync on Windows XP SP3 and Vista SP2. I was unable to sync calendar on both computers.
I had this problem before with iTunes 9x. I was able to fix it creating a new PST file and copying all folders to this new file.
Now with iOS 4.x and iTunes 9.2 it doesn’t work. I did uninstall iTunes, clear the Windows registry, and delete all Apple folders. I also downloaded again iTunes and install it from zero. It didn’t work at all.
I also uncheck, check, recheck the Advanced options in iTunes to delete, doesn’t synchronize calendars, and contacts on iPhone… nothing works.
What else can I do to fix this pain? Any suggestion?

Same problem here. Just bought an iPhone 3GS, downloaded iTunes 9.2 and it crashes my Outlook 2007. Outlook simply stops responding, and I have to kill it. Won't even start in Safe Mode. I have to restart the computer to revive it. Next time I start iTunes -- CRASH!

I believe you have right - the Add-in is the problem. Right now, my Outlook 2010 do NOT have the iCloud add-in. You mention something about downloading it - where can I find it ?? I have tested to uninstall and install again, nothing changes my syncing with Outlook 2010 after the initial setup has been done with iCloud.....

You can use Outlook or Windows Address Book. You can not sync contacts to/from Outlook Express.

I have the same problem. But I've tried your recommendation but the wireless synchronization setting is actually set as "unavailable", and does not let me change it.

This syncronization used to work fine but it stop working without any reason. I can synchronize anything but my contacts from Outlook (the mail keeps syncronized automatically wireless).
