Can't Sync since iOS 4.3.1

Hi-
Since I updated my iOS to 4.3.1, my iTouch won't sync. The iTouch is recognized by Windows, but just to be sure, I have followed all the instructions of reconnecting the device. I have reset the device (and lost all my music and videos from the iTouch in the process). I've followed all instructions I could find.
In iTunes, my device is recognized, and I can choose to sync it. However, when I click "sync," it says "preparing sync (step 1 of 1)" - my iTouch does show the sync screen as well - and then within three second (literally), it says "finishing sync." Nothing has been moved to my iTouch, and when you look at the libraries on the iTouch, it's empty.
I'm going crazy at work. Please help me fix my iTouch so it syncs with iOS 4.3.1.

You can share a library with as many devices as you want but they cannot have seperate subsets like you wish. They would all have access to all information in the library. You could "Manually" sync content to each device by doing the following:
On Mac: iTunes > Preferences > Devices Tab > Put a check in the box next to sentence that says "Prevent iPods, iPhones, and iPads from syncing automatically > Then click ok.
On Pc: Edit > Preferences > Devices Tab > Put a check in the box next to sentence that says "Prevent iPods, iPhones, and iPads from syncing automatically > Then click ok.

If you do not want all devices to have access to all the media from the main library, you would need to create a library for each device. See the article below for more info:

Can't sync since last iTunes and IOS update

I have an IPAD 4 and a MAC Mini Mid 2011. I upgraded to IOS8 and ITunes 11.4 almost at the same time.
It used to sync without problem, but since the upgrade it says " It's not possible to sync the IPAD XXX because these computer doesn't have authorization for the times acquired in this IPAD". Then the obvious but suggested solution is "Go to the Itunes store menu and "authorize this computer".
But, it didn't work.
I just have one Apple ID, I don't use multiple usernames.
I also have an Iphone 4s (upgraded to IOS8 too) and it does sync with the same MAC Mini, by cable and wirelessly.
What I have done so far is:
1. Deauthorize and reauthorize... didn't work
2. Reinstall Itunes.. .didn't work
3. Reset network settings in the IPAD.. didn't work (but it did fixed another issue, related to wireless sync)
4. Restore the IPAD...didn't work
So I'm running out of options. Thanx in advance for your help.

WWhat happens when you connect your iPhone to your computer? Do you get any error messages? Try rebooting your computer and reset your iPhone. Press and hold both the Home button and the Sleep/Wake button continuously until the Apple logo appears. Then release the button and let the device restart. You will not lose data doing this. It's like a computer reboot.

Take it to you nearest Apple Store and see what they have to say. You should back up you data before you go in but in your case you can not.

Can't sync after ios 6.1 upgrade

Since I upgraded to iOS 6.1, everytime I connect my iPhone 4S to my PC I cannot sync with itunes.
Itunes recognises the phone, but in the iPhone's screen in itunes the whole capacity bar at the bottom changed to "other" (yellow, see Printscreen. same capacity ratio as I was using before only now it's filled only with other).
Besides, when I press "Sync" it will look like it's syncying for half a second and then the message will disappear, with no error message or anything (obviously nothing changes on the phone as well).
I tried resetting sync history but pressing the button appears to do nothing...
I prefer not to restore for obvious reasons... (and it can't be the answer to every issue caused by apple)

Thanks but it's not the case. I don't really have 22gb of "other".
Before the update I had 22gb containing music/photos/a little bit of "other" but since the update itunes turned it all to other.
(Tried deleting all messages just in case, with no change)

Is it possible to sync, say, both an iPod Touch (or iPhone) AND an iPad to the same user account on one Mac? I assume it must be possible, otherwise what would folks with an iPod/iPhone and an iPad do?

No problem with any of this at all, including mobile me
You can choose different sync options for each device if you wish, and MobileMe can be set up on multiple devices with no problems, they will all keep in sync with each other.

Tones not syncing since ios 8.1.1 update

Purchased a ringtone on iphone. When I connect iphone into iTunes tone doesn't sync with phone, it disappears.

Some people have reported success with these procedures. Your mileage my vary.
Re-boot ipad.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until a red slider appears, then drag the slider. Then press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears. page 128 iPad user manual.
force power down if the above give you trouble.
Hold down both the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button. Ten seconds or more. Hold until the Apple logo appears.

How can I sync my iOs Calendar to outlook 2010?

I've tried reading various other threads on this issue, and none seem to be resolved. Some don't even make sense and yet are marked as solved?
I'm looking to add my phone's calendar to Outlook, the same way I can add my outlook calendar to my phone...?

Can't Sync since updating to iOS4

So I've been using my 3GS (32GB) problem free for over a year now, bought myself a Pioneer DEH-7100BT Head unit to sync my phone up to the car, been working perfectly.
Then iOS4 comes along, while i'm a huge fan of the new OS it has come with one huge problem for me, the link i Use to sync up to my car is an official apple iphone usb/charge cable but since upgrading to 4.0 it refuses to sync, it acknowledges the device and will work with a bluetooth connection but not the hard wired connection. Now I can get BT audio to stream from the iphone to the car stereo (but it sounds like crap to be honest) does anybody have any idea why this is no longer working or is having a similar problem?

IPhone 4 won't complete sync since iOS 5.0

My unlocked iPhone 4 wont completely sync with iTunes since I have upgraded to iOS 5.0.
USB & Wi-Fi sync both produce same results.
It gets stuck in "step 8 of 8" forever

I struggled with my computer and itunes not recognizing my phone for a week and here's what i finally found that worked for me.
if you have windows go to http://www.microsoft.com/windows/compatibility/windows-7/en-us/Search.aspx?l=en- us&s=apple&page=2&type=Hardware and download the Apple Iphone 4 hardware.
then, if it doesn't automatically take you here, go to http://support.apple.com/kb/DL926
and download that.

Can't sync 3gs, iOS 5, XP, Outlook 2007

I upgraded my 3gs last night from my Mac at home. Everything went fine, nothing lost.
Today I tried to sync the calendar on my work PC, Windows XP, Outlook 2007 after upgrading to the latest version of iTumes. I have been doing this for well over a year with the old OS ans iTunes with no problems.
I understand I will not be able to do this over wifi with an XP machine, but even with the cable connected it just goes through the motions, saying it is syncing, but the new appointments in my Outlook do not show up on my phone. This is pretty much a one way symc for me, Outlook is always up to date & I just move those events to the phone.
My music is synced with my home Mac and is not on my work PC. I only sync contacts & calendar with the PC.
Any ideas. I feel like I must have an incorrect setting somewhere, but can't find it. Sync with this phone over wifi is not checked in iTunes and I have turned off wifi on the phone.

Unfortunally you are not the only one. I use the 3GS, outlook 2010 and updated
to ios5. It will sync new agenda items made in outlook to min week cal, BUT new made items in weekcal DOSN'T show up in outlook.....

Music & Playlists wont sync since IOS update!

I am currently using an iphone 5, with updated IOS 7.0.2. Itunes v 11.1.1....
Attempting to sync my music & playlists with my phone as i always have. I go through syncing process which finishes without issue but when i check my phone, none of my updated playlists or music are there. I have tried to do this by manual sync & wirelessly. I then tried to just remove all of my music off the phone & just sync a small "trial" playlist just to see if it would work and now most of the music on my phone reads "unknown artist, unknown title" but still plays.... anyone know how to troubleshoot this??

Can't download since iOS 6

Since upgrading to iOS 6 on my iPhone 4 I have been unable to download anything from iCloud, iTunes or App Store. Each app or item displays as 'waiting' and doesn't get any further. Please help! It's driving me mad.

Bookmarks Don't Sync Since iOS 5.0 Update

Bookmarks generated on the iPad aren't syncing to the computer. Bookmarks generated on the computer aren't syncing to the iPad or the iPhone. Bookmarks generated on the iPhone aren't syncing to the computer. It doesn't work when syncing wirelessly or when I hook the iPad or iPhone up to the computer with the cable. There is no checkbox in iTunes now. iTunes has a field that is labeled Bookmarks and says it will sync them but it's not working. Everything else seems to be syncing OK. I don't use me.com or mobile me. All my software is up to date on the iPad, iPhone and iMac. I'm still using Snow Leopard - the latest rev.

I reverted back to syncing Bookmarks via the cable and the Bookmarks synced OK. To do this I did the following (although I'm not sure it's necessary to do all of it):
With the iPad disconnected from the iMac:
1. I turned Bookmark syncing on the iPad OFF by going to Settings/iCloud
2. I re-booted the iPad
3. I closed iTunes and Safari on the iMac
3. I re-opened Safari and Reset Safari on the iMac - in the Pref pull down menu
4. I hooked the iPad up to the iMac with the cable. I let it go through a sync operation.
5. I went to the Info page in iTune and selected the radio button for Bookmark syncing, and then hit Apply
The Bookmarks synced OK
So the issue is with iOS and iCloud
