Can't sync transfer fotos from PC to iPad mini

Hello.
I never thought that it's so hard to put my photos from PC to my iPad mini.
I have about 200 photos from my work in a folder.
And they were successfully transferred to iPad.
Recently I added about 50 new photos into a folder and tried to transfer them to iPad.
To my surprise - after full sync I couldn't found new photos in album on iPad!!! Only those 200, which I transferred before!
What I did, step-by-step:
1. Added new 50 photos into the same folder
2. launched iTunes
3. Connected my iPad mini with my PC
4. Clicked on device in iTunes
5. chose Photo tab
6. Clicked - Sync button
7. waited for the completion of the synchronization
On the last step I've notice that sync runs too fast on step when copying new files.
After that I have looked into the Photo app on iPad and didn't found this new 50 photos.
For the experiment - I had deleted all photos from folder and added only one photo and tried to sync - after full sync, folder of Photo apps on iPad is empty!
I went further and added one photo from those 200 and one from those 50, after sync - only one photo were in Photo apps album... one from first 200.
What's the problem? iPad mini have his one preferences? And then copy that to please him, against my will?
I have Windows PC with Win7 Ultimate 64x and iTunes and iPad with last updates.

Are you syncing from the same computer?
Do you have the most recent version of iTunes installed?
Did you verify that the folder is still selected to sync?

Please try the following…
First check that all your settings are correct, that contact syncing is checked on all devices (system preferences > iCloud on a mac and settings > iCloud on a iPhone, iPad or iPod).
Make sure the contacts you are adding are added to your 'iCloud' group and not an 'On My Mac', 'On My Phone' or other non iCloud group (you can do this by checking in groups), non iCloud contacts will not sync.
If you are sure that everything is set up correctly and your contacts are in the iCloud group, you might try unchecking contact syncing in the iCloud settings, restarting your device and then re-enabling contact syncing.

What problems are you having ? You should be able to sync photos by connecting and selecting your iPad on the left-hand side of your computer's iTunes, and on the right-hand side there should be a series of tabs, one of which should be Photos - if you select that tab you can then select which photo folders (or iPhoto albums/events) to sync to the iPad. There is a bit more info on this page. You will need to sync all the photos that you want on the iPad together in one go as only the most recent photo sync remains on the iPad - synced photos can't be deleted directly on the iPad, instead they are deleted by not including them in the next photo sync.

Can't transfer app from iTunes to ipad Mini without updates transferring as well

I like to download the occasional app to iTunes then transfer it later to my iPad Mini.
However I find that later when I try just to transfer that app to my ipad, iTunes insists on transferring updates of other apps as well ?
Is there a way to stop this ?

I don't want to download again as I have a download limit and some of these apps are very large and take a big chunk out of that limit.
This is why I download to iTunes on my pc so I can then transfer to other devices without affecting my limit.
It also makes a convenient local backup.

I have a small number of videos (movies) managed in iPhoto. They cam off my digital camera and they go into iPhoto. everything has always been happy.
I select a small number of them and add them and some photos into a new album for my iPad. The photos work fine (shot and stored as jpeg and RAW) the videos do not transfer over. There is an error message about the .mov format not supported.
So why does the Apple iTunes not know how to get the Apple iPhoto movies and put them on the Apple iPad so I can see them?
I had to save a video from iPhoto out to file and open with Quicktime and then resave it and let iTunes sync it to GoodReader in order to see it on my iPAD. So why do I need a third party tool and a work around to get all of the Apple tools to work for my iPad when they seamlessly work for my iPod?

iPad, like iPods and iPhones and Apple TVs, reads certain types of movie files.
The movies you are trying to sync are most likely, not a format that is compatible with iPad.
iTunes includes a built in feature that will convert movie files to the proper format. Take a look at the iTunes help menu: http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?path=iTunesMac/9.1/en/31445.html
Drag your desired movies out of iPhoto and drop them into iTunes. You can then follow the above help article to convert them to an iPad version.

Converting Video for ipad use:
1-Download HandBrakeBatch app
2-Open iPhoto app and select videos to be converted
3-Drag videos to HandBreakBatch "video files" window
4-Choose "iPad" as the video format from the drop down menu
5-Choose "CONVERTED VIDEO" folder as the file destination
6-START conversion
7-When complete, add newly converted videos to iPhoto (drag folder to iphoto icon) and add them to "CONVERTED VIDEOS FOR IPAD" album.
8-Connect iPad (iTunes already knows to sync to the iPhoto album ("CONVERTED VIDEOS FOR IPAD").
I bought a new iPad Air from the Apple store in Madison, Wisconsin about a month ago. I asked how to transfer movie files from my Mac Book Pro to the iPad. It took the Genius about two hours to figure out the process. He typed the above instructions. I have not actually gone thru the above steps.

You can try resetting your iPad by simultaneously pressing and holding the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons until you see the Apple Logo. This can take up to 15 seconds so be patient and don't release the buttons until the logo appears.
Try again to see if the problem persists.

The iPad mini does not support 1080p movies, so you'll need to download the SD version. On the main iTunes Store page in iTunes on your computer, go to Purchases under the Quick Links and then select Movies. Click the "Not On This Computer" button. Uncheck the "Download HD when available" box and you should then see the SD copies of the movies and be able to download them.

Can't copy borrowed movie from iTunes to iPad mini, because it's said that it is almost copied to another device, which is not true. Any solution?

I just borrowed a movie on iTunes a few days ago. Now I would like to copy that to my iPad mini, via iTunes. After a minute copying, it stops and it's said, that the movie could not be copied, because it is almost copied to another computer or device.

For borrowed do you mean rented? The exact error message helps others to help you.
Rented movies can only be on one device or computer at a time, expire if not watched within 30 days and once you begin watching expire within 24 hours (US) or 48 hours elsewhere. See HT1657 - iTunes Store: Movie rental frequently asked questions (FAQ). If there has been a problem transferring the content then you might want to use the report a problem links in your account history to contact the iTunes Store support team.

On 14 Jan 2014 I order Apple Product iPhone5S and recieve that on 17 Jan 2014. I try to use about 3-4 days and I think that inconvenient for me and I try to send e-mail to support apple store Thailand on 25 Jan 2014 because I cannot call and now I do not recieve reply.

Auto sync is not working. How can I manually transfer music from my macbook pro iTunes to iphone 5? My iMatch is turned on and I can direct downlad my music to the iPhone from the Cloud; however, I want to direct import All of my music from iTunes to my iPhone 5 via the connecting USB cable and it is not working. Please disregard. I figured it out. Answer for anyone else running into this problem: You have to turn off iTunes Match on both devices. Apparently, if you activate iTunes Match it deactivates your abiltiy to direct sync.
