Can't transfer itunes onto my sony ericsson 910

I have just bought some itunes and although they are on my PC I don't seem to be able to transfer them to my mobile. My other music which I have transferred form my CD's moves accross ok but not the itunes. Does anyone know why?

Only the iPod/iPhone range and the iTunes enabled phones from Motorola are compatible with and can use the standard DRM (Digital Right Management) copy protected songs from the iTunes Music Store. Only the higher quality iTunes Plus songs are not copy protected but there's not an iTunes Plus version of every song.

I've had my Creative Zen Vision:M for a year and bought it secondhand. Recently I upgraded my computer to Ubuntu Netbook Remix 0.04, but now whenever I open up Rhythmbox or Gnomad2 with the device docked they close down seconds after loading. This means I can't transfer music onto it. Away from the computer it works fine - I can access all the different menus and sections. I've tried formatting, cleaning up and reinstalling the firmware (using another, Windows, computer), but nothing works. Is there anything else I can do to fix it's

if when you see the music as shown on your computer contains a dot next to the song/artist, it means that it has not yet successfully transferrred over, outside of your computer. Some questions to consider: what is the format of the music you are trying to import? are you running this most updated version of itunes/ipod on your comp.?

A painless way to do it ...
From your Old Computer... Copy your ENTIRE iTunes FOLDER to an External Drive... and then from the External Drive to your New Computer..

No, all iTunes purchases will remain tied to the account that downloaded them, they can't be transferred to a different account (nor can accounts be merged).

I tried to transfer itunes onto an external drive, now have serious probs.

I tried to transfer itunes onto an external drive, then i deleted the itunes folder from the computer. This completely emptied itunes......oops... then i put back the music saved on the drive back onto itunes, but its only put on a small amount, all of my playlists are gone and most of the album artwork....aaaahhhh..... I havent synced my ipod yet, is there any way of replacing all of the lost data transferring it back onto itunes from the ipod itself?

How can I transfer iTunes from an old iMac with an outdated e-mail address to a newer mac book pro?

I can't transfer iTunes to a newer computer because I can't access the old e-mail I bought some songs under.
Phone support did not help or would not guarantee they could help.
Is there anybody who would know how to do this transfer?

Take both back to the salesman in the store and ask him to show you how it works, or, if he can't, then maybe you want to make an exchange or return. Unfortunately, it appears that the salesperson didn't look carefully enough at the camera specs to realize that the MacBook doesn't have the video input needed. You can capture the audio from the camera through the MacBook audio line-in, but that's about it.
You need some kind of USB TV/tuner input device that has the plugs needed to connect to the camera and import the video into the MacBook. Cameras with FW ports allow direct uploading of the digital video to the computer.
An external DVD drive that can load the miniDVD's in its tray is another possibility.

How can I put a movie from Itunes, onto my Sony PSP?

I recently got the Hunger Games, and it came with a digital copy of which I registered on Itunes. I'm looking to put this copy onto my Sony PSP 3000, but alas it's not working, and I'm getting quite frustrated.

Sorry, but you cannot. Movies from the iTunes Store can be played only in Apple's software and on Apple's devices.

You can not sync with another library. You can also do what the other two people said and manage it yourself. But another thing that you can do is use a program called "iPodDisk." It is free and it will allow you to add those songs from your sister's house onto your computer and re-sync it with your computer. You can get iPodDisk at:

I can't transfer music onto my iPhone.

I have just updated my iPhone 3Gs to the new 4.3.3 software and shortly after realised that I couldn't import songs or videos from my iTunes library onto my iPhone. I know it's not a problem with the iTunes or songs/videos as I managed to import them onto my iPod touch with no problems. Is this an issue with the iPhone or the software? And how do I fix it without having to sync the iPhone as I don't have any of the music saved on my computer as it's all on an external hardrive and don't want to lose it off the phone.

I'm having the same issue.... I can't transfer any music from my iTunes to iPhone. I"m currently not running any antivirus or firewall right now so I know that's not the issue on my end.
I don't sync my music as I have to much for the iPhone. I just manually manage my music and create playlists then update those playlists as I want to. Normally I just create a playlist in my iPhone through iTunes and then drag and drop the music I want into the newly created playlists. I can't even create a playlist now in the iPhone but I was able to create a playlist in iTunes. All the choices for the phone are grayed out.
Running OS 4.3.3 on iPhone4 and I just noticed the issue with the new upgrade.

You cannot transfer them to another account.
You can put the songs on your computer and sync them to your device.

Can't get itunes onto my Pre with Media Sync

I've been trying to use the Media Sync to get some of my itunes onto my Pre for ringtones, but I just can't do it. I went though all the steps listed in the Palm Support section titled: "Use Media sync mode to synchronize photos, music, and videos through iTunes". I got all the way to step 7 and was right on par with the directions. I plugged in the phone to the USB, itunes opened up, but the screen did not look like the one in the directions at all. It was the normal screen for my itunes. When I got to step 7, my itunes never recognized my Pre as a device, and I couldn't go any further. Palm says:

I tried the link Palm provided to Apple support, but Apple doesn't tell you how to work with anything other than a genuine ipod or iphone, so that was no help at all. Does anyone know how to do this? I'm just trying to get some **bleep** ringtones!!!! I can't even buy any through verizon because for some reason that service isn't available for Palm Pre's yet!!!!

It's really easy to manually move stuff from iTunes to your phone using it as a USB drive. Open iTunes and plug in your Palm and choose USB drive when it pops up. When the window for the phone opens, you can drag and drop songs/podcasts from your iTunes library directly to your phone. After you eject your phone from the computer you will be able open the music player and you will see the files to play..... Haven't tried ringtones (I make my own) but I'm assuming its the same.....
