Can't uninstall lightroom in creative cloud

I wasn't using Lightroom (for some reason I had both 4 and 5 installed on my computer) and so I followed Adobe's directions in deleting them by moving the .app files to the trash.
I also checked to make sure there weren't any preferences in my library (I'm on a Mac), and also deleted all the files in the /picture folder.
Despite all of this, Lightroom is still in my Creative Cloud doc—both Lightroom 4 and 5.
And Creative Cloud prompted me to "update" Lightroom 5, and so I allowed it just to see how it would behave. It is now completely reinstalling Lightroom 5.
(Lightroom 4 just has the green check mark next to it indicated that it is up to date).
What must I do to fix this problem?

    and i have done every thing in all the link people have provided, removed the OOBE files,And doing the aplicatin remover dose nothing. but the app is still their and i am unable to use photosho cc.
    worst thing ever why is their no uninstall/reinstall right on the creatice Cloude desktop app?

    If you have subscribed to the creative cloud photography plan then Lightroom is included as part of that plan. You can install it from the creative cloud desktop manager.

    1) Adobe Digital Editions 3.00.app
    2) Adobe Photoshop CC 2014.app
    3) Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.app
    4) Adobe Lightroom.app (This is Creative Cloud)
    Could you please say which I would be safe to delete so as to keep both Lightroom & Photoshop Creative Cloud and the 3rd. party plugins I have installed? I think the answer is Numbers 1 & 3 but would like confirmation of that before I gop ahead!

    yes.
    it would be a good idea to deactivate first (help>deactivate), then uninstall (unless your re-formatting your harddrive).

    I am not clear on what you mean by "register" but if you mean you want to install it on another machine then you just need to install it the same way you did for the first machine.

    Start by signing out and back in to see if it will see the subscription: 
    How to sign in and sign out of creative cloud (activate/deactivate)
    If the apps are installed fine and close after launch see this link:
    CC applications close immediately after launch
    If the problem is something different, please let us know the error you see or what is happening on the screen so we can advise  you on a solution
