Can't update after installation CS5 to new hard disc, Help?

I installed CS5 Design Premium to my new hard disc, installation was successful. However, the update failed. The feedback of failure: "There was an error downloading this update. Please quit and try again later." When I press customer care of the feedback, it directs me to a web saying: "Error "This serical number is not for a qualifying product..." when installing an upgrade or upsell"
So, I seek help from on-line chat and I was asked to seek help from Forum after got my serial number.
Please help.

You have entered an upgrade serial number for CS5 so the installer wants you to enter either a CS2 or CS3 or CS4 serial number to verify that you're eligible to use the CS5 upgrade serial number.
Have you got a CS2 or CS3 or CS4 serial number?

If it still shows the icon, Settings, then General, (sixth one down), then international, (third one up from the bottom), then, at the top, has where you can select what language, I think English is at the top of the list. I hope I can help!

Umm, no. That is an hoplessly out of date software that no longer qualifies for any upgrade pricing. if there ever was, it probably would have qualified up to CS2 or something like that... You will have to buy a completely new license and the current version is CS6, not CS5.

Rnmt have you removed and reinstalled the After Effects CC 2014? Available updates are automatically applied during the installation process. After upgrading to a new hard drive, I can't drag songs to my ipod

I can only play them on my computer. I get an error message "itunes could not copy...because an unknown error occurred (-50)
Any clue what to do?
Just to complicate matters further, I'm going to move all my data back to the first hard drive next week (long story)

In Creative Cloud Desktop app click on "Learn more" option near by product name.
This will help us in order to isolate the problem.

You have to delete the old account, provide the password for the ID when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. This deletes the account and your iCloud data from your device, but not from iCloud. Provided you are signing back into the same account, your iCloud data will reappear on your device when you sign back in.

In addition to the comments above, when you create a new library with the media that you recover this will be treated as "new" for the device and iTunes may want to wipe it and start over, losing any personal data and settings. The following approach ought to help.
You should be able to:
Backup the device to your iTunes installation
Transfer your purchases into a library authorized to your account
Recover any other media using third party tools as suggested in this post from forum regular Zevoneer (same as above)
Restore the device from the backup
This process should switch the association of the device to the new library, preserving the data and settings in your apps.
May also be prudent to attempt a backup to iCloud directly from the device before you start... Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup > iCloud Backup > On. It won't save any media but it would preserve the general account settings and documents in case anything goes wrong while you are trying to extract your other data.
When you get it all fixed, make a backup!
