Can't update configuration of cloud servcie

Question

“Monitoring cannot be configured because too many performance counters are configured for collection in Windows Azure Diagnostics.”
Any change in Configuration of clouds service I get this error above. Can’t change anything and can’t find an references to this error in documentations

Sure, I did all this a long time ago and those services running in production for more the one year and I properly collecting in WAD storage both: logs and performance
counters.
Problem related to this strange message: “Monitoring
cannot be configured because too many performance counters are configured for collection in Windows Azure Diagnostics.” 
As a result I not able change anything in configuration
