Can't update credit card expiration date

I'm from Europe (Romania). So my credit card expired last month. Went to the bank. They handed me a new card with a new expiration date and three-digit code (same card number, name). I've tested the card and it works online. Paypal lists the old card as expired (in red). When I click on update expiration date and save, it says that my credit card has been updated succesfully, but it still lists the card as 'expired' (does not update date). I've done this 3 times yesterday and it's the same. Any advice? Shuold I call in and have paypal update my card manually? Thanks for helping out this amateur.

Ha, it was the bank's fault! Well that was a headache. If anyone else is reading and get this same issue, talk to your bank about it. They had some sort of restrictions on the card default.

  • Can Not Update Credit Card Info

Skype, get with it!  There have been several threads pointing out there is no way to update credit card expiration date.  We keep getting these warning emails that account (along with accumulated credit) is about to expire due to expired credit card info.  But having chased every blind alley in "My Account" and elsewhere, there is absoluetly no way to do this.  The so called "solutions" from prior forum posts refer to an interface that does not exist - at least for some users.  Specifically, it describes a path that starts with click "subscriptions" but this option does not always exist.
Very unhappy with web services that waste time due to lousy coordination within the organization that does not keep instructions in synch with actual product evolution.

    Hello,
I have exactly the same experience as the Unhappy user here quoted.
    Cannot update my current card.
    Cannot delete my expired card.
Was compelled to add another bankcard just to keep the account current.
Support pages reference menus which do not appear under any menu sequence.
Using Mac OSX 10.6.8  with Firefox browser.

  • Creating Valueset as Credit Card Expiration Date

    Hi All,
I am working on Oracle Applications 11.5.10.2. I need to create valueset and assign to DFF which contains Credit Card Expiration date. It has to accept date as 11 - 06 (MM - YY) or 11-2006 (MM - YYYY) when I enter date in that Valueset.

Yes I did check paymentblock.ascx right away, but it looks fine to me.
Here is what I have in that file:
                <asp:DropDownList ID="ddlMonth" runat="server">
                        <asp:ListItem Value="01">01</asp:ListItem>
                        <asp:ListItem Value="02">02</asp:ListItem>
                        <asp:ListItem Value="03">03</asp:ListItem>
                        <asp:ListItem Value="04">04</asp:ListItem>

I did try to change numbers in <asp:ListItem > tag but looks like makes no effect.
    Please advice.

  • Change credit card expiration date in iCloud keychain

Is it possible to change a credit card expiration date on iCloud Keychain?

Launch the Settings app from the Home screen of your iPhone or iPad.
Scroll down and tap on Safari.
Under the first section labeled General, tap on Passwords & AutoFill.
At the very bottom, make sure the Credit Cards option is turned to On and then tap on Saved Credit Cards directly beneath it.
Now tap on Add Credit Card.
Enter the credit card information and then tap Done in the upper right hand corner.

  • Can't purchase -- can't fix credit card expired message

Every time I attempt to purchase I get a message saying my card has expired. I follow the link to "billing info" and update it -- with no errors. It spits me back out to the store, but I still get the same message when I try to purchase again.
I have also tried updating my card info through the "My Account" section. And have tried different credit cards.
For some reason it seems that the purchasing engine is just not picking up the updated info properly.
    Any suggestions? Thanks.
    Todd

I ended up having to update my address at Apple MyInfo (outside of iTunes but same login). That caused it to be successfully updated in iTunes. Then I was able to put the updated credit card info.
I think for some reason the MyInfo address database is different/better than the one in iTunes. Or there is a problem with iTunes address changes updating the broader Apple MyInfo address.

  • Can't update payment credit card expiration date

What a mess.  I thought i loved Skype until a change was needed.  I go to the settings for my subscription and go through the steps to add a new credit card (not sue why I can't just update the expiration date but...).  It try's to verify the payment / card with the bank and I get a message that I can't access that page.  I have tried Chrome, Firefox, Safari and IE. All the same.  Searched for hours for answer or someone to call but zip.... help please or I will just let the **bleep** thing expire and sign up again.

I think you may need to contact customer support for clarifications and for further assistance. provide them as much relevant information possible, including the exact error message/notifications that is being display as such may help determine the possible problem and solution. https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA1170/how-can-i-contact-skype-customer-service

  • Can't update credit card info

I can't update the credit card info. It shows "STORE_ACCOUNT_CALL_FAILED".
Even the chat support can't help, forcing me to call number which I can't make a call from Thailand.
    Please find the solution.
    Regards,
    Nick

    Hi Nickfotog,
The new card has not been updated yet in the system, the card which was used to purchase will be charged on the planned bill date.
Would you please try a different browser and then update the credit card information.

  • Still no option to update credit card expiry date

I have a Skype Number, paid for until October. My credit card used to pay for it expires at the end of August (as Skype keeps telling me) so Skype is threatening to cut off the service as of September 1st.
There is no option to update the credit card info without buying call credit. I do not want or need call credit.
Other threads have raised this issue but there's still no satisfactory fix from Skype. I suggest other dissatisfied users keep posting about this problem in new threads until Skype does something about it.

Going through this frustration myself. Just about every other online sales company allows you to get in and change a few details to update. Not on Skype though. Just the stress of going round in circles trying to do something easy the hard way and that includes the FAQ's on this no joy there either.
I hate to complain about an otherwise effective service. But I have to, I just can't understand this logic defying lack of capability, unless it's to squeeze another £ out of you to verify the card you are already using.

  • Changing credit card expiration date

I received notice to update my expiring credit card. I see no way to do this. Must I delete and then add back the same card?

Yes, ad I also have the same problem.  I have no problem with any other payments - the vendor emails me or calls me for updated expiration date.  I guess Microsoft hasn't figured out this basic e-commerce feature yet.  I could lend them my neighbour's high school kid who could help them figure it out.

  • Can't update credit card details for recurring pay...

I'm trying to update my grandma's Skype credit card details to the new credit card details (same numbers just new expiry date) for her recurring payments on Skype. I follow all the prompts but the final step requires Mastercard to verify the card with an online bank account which she doesn't have and has no intention of getting which means there is no way to update her credit card details for the recurring payments. How do we solve this problem? Thanks

    Hi JW2230
It looks like the payment details are being rejected.  Please check this with your card issuer before trying to update them again.  The phone number for Australia is 1800 614 863.
    Thanks

  • Can't update credit card information

I have updated the credit card information for our cloud account multiple times over the last few days.  I have been on hold for almost 2 hours.  Chat is unavailable.
I have tried all the instructions, including clearing the cache and using different internet browsers.
This needs to be addressed immediately.  I can't have my entire business negatively impacted by this anymore than it already has.
Please someone get back to me.
PS - I have been on hold for over two hours now.  Seriously, not appreciating this situation at all.

Well.. I posted this in another thread. I am posting here as well so that ppl who face this issue can get some help.
I had the same credit card processing issue. Called the Adobe Helpline in my country. Was able to speak to a CSE after spending some horrible minutes with the IVR. He too faced the same problem when tried to update my credit card details. He admitted that there is some internal issues in the website. Finally he did something else and said that the details are updated now (I am guessing that he used another internal channel / portal to update my payment details). Assured that the processing will take place in next 2 hours and there shouldnt be any issues after that.
Here is the country specific helpline numbers

Will update if there is any progress.

  • Why can't update credit card info, always remind "We're sorry, something seems to be wrong on end.

after Adobe hacking incident, I replaced with a new credit card
but now I want to update my credit card information , in order to continue buy Adobe CC
the website always remind me, "We're sorry, something seems to be wrong on our end. Please try again later. "
    how to fix it ?
I confirm not the browser or network problems. I try chrome/safari/IE/firefox both Win/Mac

When I had this exact error message a week ago when updating my CC for the same reason, I was able to get it to work in the Chrome variant CoolNovo but not in IE, but now it works in IE, so I’m not sure what is different.
I am beginning to think it matters if I’ve logged into the forums or Photoshop.com or into www.adobe.com using a particular browser and there’s a cookie that has either expired or not expired that is holding my password.  Having a particular security setting enabled in the browser might affect it, and whether popups are blocked or not, could to.
You might try deleting all the adobe.com and Photoshop.com cookies in a browser that allows selective deletions or all cookies in one that doesn’t and try different variations of being logged in to or not logged into www.adobe.com before going over to creative.adobe.com as well as saving your password or not saving your password (remember me checked or unchecked) see if one variation helps.

  • When will you fix the "can not updating credit card" issue??

I've got my credit card hacked 2 weeks ago so my bank gave a new one with new number. Adobe charged my monthly payment on the 8th and haven't been able to do that because I CAN NOT UPDATE MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER. I've tried for days. I've asked online chat and he/she only told me to clear cookies and use another browser. Done and done. But STILL can't do the updating. My Photoshop trial will last in 4 days. This is very frustrating. I've read loads of discussions dated since last year about this matter but apparently the issue still here. Anyone can help!?? -Thanks.

Turned out to be a problem changing my address. Perhaps wasn't recognizing my new address.
I eventually was able to update my address with Apple MyInfo (outside of iTunes -- same login). It successfully updated iTunes. Then I was able to put the correct card info in.
