Can't update from ios 7 to ios 7.0.2

Ok, I have a ipod 5th gen with ios 7. But I can't update to ios 7.0.2. I reset my ipod and went on iTunes(up to date) and I still couldn't do it. The I decided to try to restore my ipod and I couldn't even do that. When I tried it said "there was a problem downloading the software for the iPod 'iPod touch 0_o' The requested resource was not found." I looked all around on the internet and Apple website to see if anyone had an answer, but I couldn't find any. If anyone could help me out that would be awesome, thanks for the help!

go to ur settings and click software update and you should be able to download it!!

To update, connect the iPad to your computer's iTunes and copy any purchases off the iPad to your computer via File > Devices > Transfer Purchases. You may also want to copy photos and any important documents off the iPad as well e.g. via the file sharing section at the bottom of the device's apps tab when connected to iTunes, via wifi, email, dropbox etc - they should be included in the backup, but it's best to have a copy of them outside of the backup just in case. You can then force a backup of the iPad via File > Devices > Back Up.
Then start the update by selecting the iPad on the left-hand sidebar, and on the Summary tab on the right-hand side clicking the Check For Updates button

I am facing error when I try to upgrade to IOS 5.
I am upgrading via my Windows PC, iTunes. While downloading and after almost 40% of download complete I receive error that disconnected from server and asking to check my internet connection.
I tried this 5 times over the past month from three different internet connection and was getting same error.
I also tried to just do the download to my PC without installing the update to iPad direct, and it failed too, below the error message.

If you have iPhone 3G, the latest and greatest is IOS 4.2.1.
If you have iPhone 3GS or later, you can only update to IOS 6.0.1.

Still very confusing... do you want to know HOW to update? If so, iOS 5.1 is no longer available, you can only download the latest 5.1.1. To do so, go to Settings > General > Software Update > Download and Install.
