Can't update, get "Photoshop 13.1.2 for Creative Cloud Done with Errors. Error Code: U44M1P6" Help!

Have tried several times to Update Photoshop Mac CS6, always get "
Photoshop 13.1.2 for Creative Cloud
Done with Errors. Error Code: U44M1P6"
What gives and how can I fix?

In this case since it is a feature bearing update for Creative Cloud Bpolatty will need to download the update through the Adobe Application Manager/
Bpolatty I would recommend reviewing the installation log file for the Photoshop 13.1.2 update.  You can find details on how to locate and interpret the log file at Troubleshoot with install logs | CS5, CS5.5, CS6 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-install-logs-cs5-cs5.html.

What is the current version of Ps (Help->System Info), if you have 13.0.1.2 already applied then you need to re-install Ps to get Ps 13.1.2.
As 13.1.2 is a subscription patch this would not get applied over 13.0.1.2.
If this still does not resolves your issue, Kindly mail me installer logs.

  • Cannot Update to Photoshop 13.1.2 for Creative Cloud

I'm trying update my photoshop to 13.1.2 via the application manager and the update keeps failing. The error code is u44m1p7. I called support and they told me to go to http://www.adobe.com/downloads/updates/ to manually update. There is no 13.1.2 update on the site. Since I'm paying for this service, I would really like to have the lastest version.

Run the Creative Suite Cleaner Tool, let AAM reinstall PS and try again.

  • Photoshop 13.1 for Creative Cloud Done with Errors. Error Code: U44M1P6

Hi, this is the error I received when after trying to install the update through the update manager.  Has anyone seen this error?  How do I now get Photoshop to 13.1?

could you please share me updater logs on my email, placed at "\Documents and Settings\<user>\Local Settings\Application Data\Adobe\AAMUpdater\1.0\" for win and
for mac these are placed at "~/ Library/Application Support/Adobe/AAMUpdater/1..0".
As a workaround ,you can reinstall PS and try applying updates again.

  • Getting error message: Photoshop 13.1.2 for Creative Cloud Installation failed. Error Code: U44M1P7

I am getting this more often than I care to think about. It seems that each time I have an update, I'm getting this message. This happens whether I use the CC dropdown on my computer or open the application and update from there.
    What is the problem here?

Seems to have been solved with removing and then reinstalling the software. I didn’t know that Adobe’s software can become corrupted if you use a program to remove extraneous languages. I do use one and that would appear to have caused a problem. Now I have fixed that program’s preferences to leave all languages alone.

I can't update my Photoshop CS3 in order to open pictures made with Canon Eos 60 D

It's not terrible even if you jump a few versions; the Adobe folks don't want change a good thing, so much of what one expects is still where you expect to find it from version to version.  A person who upgrades from Photoshop CS3 to CS6 will find the new Tabbed View, introduced first in CS4, and probably won't like it (at first), but it actually can grow on you.
With CS6 they've introduced this new "shape layer" abstraction of what was once a fill layer with a vector mask.  Beyond that, I suppose there must be 3D changes, though I haven't the experience to tell since Photoshop CS6 is the first version I've moved up to Extended with.  I admit, the 3D stuff is fun to play with.
Just to give you an idea of what I've been doing with Photoshop just this evening...  My collaborator and I have been photographing carbon stars - red giant stars whose atmosphere contains more carbon than oxygen, and which are strikingly red.  In this image the carbon star, SAO49477 is the red member of the close double just up-right of center.  The red stuff between the stars is glowing hydrogen gas, singly ionized by starlight to emit a deep red color.  Someday it will coalesce and make more stars.

So, Lion won't let me deactivate, so I can't use the updates that I just bought with signing up for the Cloud, so I tried installing on my Mountain Lion Macbook and this is what I get...
    Photoshop 13.1 for Creative Cloud
    Installation failed. Error Code: U44M1P7
    Please Help, somebody!
Spent about an hour with Adobe Tech support just trying to figure out why I couldn't deactivate my product, only to find I had to close the chat room and the advice still didn't work.
Very frustrated, here!  I have no updates on either computer, now!

    Hi Jules,
Sorry to hear about your difficulties.
    My recommendation would be
    - Uninstall PS via Mac HD > Applications > Utilities > Adobe Installers (Mac OS X)
    - Create a new user with Admin rights, log out of your current account and into the newly created one
    10.7 http://support.apple.com/kb/PH4600
    10.8 http://support.apple.com/kb/PH11468
    - Reinstall Photoshop CS6 via Adobe Application Manager
    - Try to update to 13.1 using Help > Updates in Photoshop CS6

    Sorry to bother you.
I could find the answer after searching previous posts about this language problem.
Had to change my language in AAM profile and then download PS CS6 again ( english version ).
Then open the actual Photoshop and in preferences > interface you can besides the Dutch also option for English.
    restart application and Voila.

  • JUST GETTING THE LOADING ICON AFTER DOWNLOADING CREATIVE CLOUD SOFTWARE!!!! Please Help!

I just purchased the lightroom 5 and PS suite and went to download them...i was prompted to install the creative cloud first...once i did that, i tried going to the creative cloud App and the menu opened but all i get is the "loading" icon and nothing comes up, even after waiting 100 minutes. I have already chatted on the support forum with "support techs"...they have just told me to un-install and re-install and one even had me run a "cleaner program" but none of it is fixing the problem! i just want to use lightroom 5! And now when i go to trash the install versions and delete my trash bin, it won't let me because it sayds the cleaner cannot be deleted!!!!! what do i do??????????

Hi Rachel, sorry you're having trouble.  If it's easier or faster for you, you can just use the Adobe CC direct links to download and install whichever Creative Cloud tools you want, including Photoshop CC and Lightroom 5.
Those links do not use the Creative Cloud Desktop manager app, if you're having difficulties with that.
