Can't update my new credit card since days. Any idea?

My credit card information were stolen. So my Creative-Cloud Abo ended suddenly. My bank replaced it with new Credit-Card. Now I can't update this data on my account since days. Any idea, why?

Are you getting an error message when trying to update your credit card details?
Might be worth clearing cookies/cache or try using another browser.

I need to move country from Hong Kong to Australia (dont have HK credit cards now) - but dont know how to do this, then to update all new credit card info for Australia base

How do I change countries from Hong Kong to Australia (as I dont hold HK credit cards)
Once I have done that I can then put in new credit card info for itunes.

Sounds like you opened a new account using a new Apple ID. This is the only way you would lose purchases because past pirchasea are always tied to the ID that they were purchased under.

Tap - Settings/iTunes & App Store/Apple ID
In the next window tap view Apple ID and enter password and click okay.
You are now securly linked to your itunes account - tap Payment information and change the credit card details and then done/done.

Can't update software without credit card info

Geek Squad set up my new Apple ID on my laptop when they did a file transfer. I wasn't given the ID or password, but it says I am logged in. However, when I click on software updates it wants me to confirm my Apple ID and enter my credit card information. Is there a way to update software without using my credit card? Software updates worked fine on my old macbook pro and did not require this information.
