Can't update payment info for CC

My Credit Card expiration date needs to be updated ASAP!  It will be rejected on Mon. Aug 5th when Adobe tries to bill it again. 
Each time I log in to "Manage Your Account"  at https://creative.adobe.com/account/plans  I get the dreaded Error Message, "We're sorry, something seems to be wrong on our end. Please try again later." 
It's been like this for a long time. What should I do?

I'm having the same problem with no luck.
They bill me 3 times from abril to June but since July I receive an email said that the can't charge my credit card, I check my statement and there is no trouble, enough credit is available to make my payment. Trying to update the credit card information to see if the recurring payment resume with no luck at all and receiving the same message
"We're sorry, something seems to be wrong on our end. Please try again later."

    I agree that it should work. But for some reason it does not.

    However, I don't understand why you want to keep songs with incorrect info and then correct them on the phone every time you add them to the phone. Most people would want to do it one time.

    This is the second time I ask you about this question. The last time I ask this question on the phone.
    Why I can't see the "edit Payment Info" in my Adobe Creative Cloud account?
    My credit card has problem and I want to update it to the new one. But the menu on the setting screen still gone.

  • Can't update payment information for CC license

    We've been trying to update our payment information for our CC license for the past several weeks.  Never works.  Now our license appears to have been suspended.  Please advise.

    My office received a phone message from an Adobe representative yesterday that the issue with updating my account had been resolved, and that my creative cloud license should once again be active.  However, all attempts to access my software still return the same repeating sequence of messages:  (1) Renew your subscription: Try Again; (2) Thank You, your subscription is now active.  Click continue; (3) Renew your subsciption; Try Again . . .
    As usual, the software still fails to launch.  Moreover,  my account info indicates that the new payment information has still NOT been captured.  In short, the license remains inactive, and I'm left with confusing misinformation from the service representative who contacted us yesterday.
    As a longtime, loyal and enthusiastic user of Adobe products, I find it extraordinarily disappointing that this has been going on for over a month without satisfactory resolution. Now that my Creative Cloud license has been rendered inactive for the majority of a week, I am at a full work stoppage.  We now have more than six major projects in default.  While my immediate concerns focus on my organization's reputation, my department's productivity, and my own credibility as a communications professional, the issue is of course much larger for Adobe as well as myself. I cannot begin to express how poorly this reflects on Adobe.  Without a rapid and satisfactory resolution to this issue, it is increasingly likely that my organization will be obliged to move to alternative products for our communications needs. I do not relish the thought of moving away from a suite of products that has served us well for many years.  Needless to say, such an outcome will almost certainly inform any recommendations we make to our professional associates with similar communications needs.
    Let me be clear, I am tolerant of the fact that the recent cyber-attack on Adobe has created technical problems.  However, it also seems to me that the lack of meaningful customer service and technical assistance is only making a bad situation even worse.

    On your iPad tap Settings > iTunes & App Store then tap your Apple ID then tap View Apple ID then tap Payment Information.
    Select your payment type then tap Done.
    Now restart your iPhone.

    I am trying to purchase a tv series pass using new Apple tv and tv monitor. It is requesting that I put payment info into my "Computer" which has already been done and in use for quite awhile and on a ,onthly basis. I don't understand how to do this. OK on computer.   • Cant update payment info for Photoshop CC

    I have a subscription to Photoshop CC Photography Program. Recently changed my Credit card after the ADobe Security Fiasco and now I get an error message each time I load up Photoshop CC telling me my subscription is about to expire in XX Days. Now currently down to 3 days.
    I have updated my card details and it seems the site forgets the new details and defaults back to the old ones.  I have tried different browsers and still no joy.
    The online chat service is next to useless as the whole process takes ages and they dont have a solution.
    Im based in the UK so can anyone help please?
    I use Photoshop for work so if it ceases working while I try to sort this out Ill have to claim compensation from Adobe as its their fault the issue occurred in the first place!
    I also gather from other posts that I'm not the only person with the same problem.
    Come on Adobe, sort yourselves out!

    Not sure if this helps .. but it appears that whenever Adobe's payment processing backend has some internal issues, it puts the subscribers into some  HELL. The only way I found it to be working is - call the customer support from your country, and speak to a CSE.
    The same incident happened to me this month. Subscription failed warnings, and Email alerts. I logged into my account, but could not update credit card details. When I tried adding another card, it throwed errors. So I called the local Adobe Customer support, and gone through the painful IVR thing. But at the end I was able to reach a CSE and he helped in fixing the issue.
    The Solution:
    Call Adobe Customer Support.

    PS : It is pathetic that Adobe's payment processing is not upto the quality, and recent breaches has made the life of subscribers bad. I really love those old Retail boxes. I never had any billing issues.

    I was just recommended by @SkypeSupport to reach out since I've had a blocked account for years. I'm pretty frustrated since I've reached out to your customer service countless times and have always been looped back to a dead end.I launched my account back when I lived in Belgium with a card I have no idea anymore what the digits were ... since 2008 I'm in Miami and simply want to add my new card info but I cant do that without providing the card I last used. I do not have this info and therefore have never been allowed to add a new card. I dont understand if I want to pay for your services how there can't be a solution?

  • Can not update payment details

    I've been a CC subscriber since it began and last month funds were not in my account for the monthly subscription. Since then I have had an email to ask me to update my payment details. I know I probably shouldn't of done but I've waited until the last minute to do this. I have two days to make a payment so decided to update my details. I went to My Account - Plan Information - Update Payment info. I was asked for my password which I entered then proceeded to enter my payment details which are the same as previously. Then when you press save, nothing. Nothing happens. A message is at the top of page saying -
    We are still processing your payment.  Please check back in a few minutes or contact Customer Support.
    After I waited for an age, I checked back and the payment information hasn't changed. It has my card number checked out except the last 4 digits. My name isn't there and it says Amsterdam as my city which it isn't. I must of filled in the information 10 or more times and it doesn't change.
    I've tried Customer Services- chat and spoke to someone who said I will receive a call back. Still no call back after 3 hours when  I was told 10-15 mins.
    Any ideas what's going on? Is there any customer support I can contact directly?

    I think that the expiry date will be shown as asterisks, and I don't think that the security code will be re-displayed either (similarly only part of the actual card number is displayed) - just in case somebody gets access to your iTunes account then they can't see your card details. If you aren't getting any error messages when you've entered them then that implies that iTunes has accepted them as being valid.

    Buy Lightroom (much cheaper alternative to Photoshop) - does all your 'Photo-related' tasks. Full version of LightRoom 4 is $149/- - http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop-lightroom.html
    LightRoom 4 supports ACR (Adobe Camera Raw) 7. Once processed with Lightroom, if you still need, you could take the photo in JPG or TIFF format into Photoshop CS5 for further processing.
    Another option is to use Canon Raw Codec that would've come with your camera's box to process the RAW images and then take them into Photoshop.
