Can't update payment information
Hi, i'm having issues with the payment of my CC subscription, but the information are correct.
What can i do? I tried to update it but everytime there is a "server error".

Adobe are still debiting my previous credit card despite my changing it in the portal about 3 months ago.
I've just had a call from the Call Centre to change card details manually but both cards were declined - apparently because of a bank block against the merchant MACROMED5 because of the recent security breach.
The support guy suggested calling my bank to pre-warn them of an incoming transaction but very dubious.. Banks just don't work this way.
Seems to me that Adobe need to sort this out with the banks themselves.
My next step is to close the account / subsciption as I don't want the money coming out of the previous card any more as I have swapped banks and could easily get a bank charge.

We've been trying to update our payment information for our CC license for the past several weeks. Never works. Now our license appears to have been suspended. Please advise.
My office received a phone message from an Adobe representative yesterday that the issue with updating my account had been resolved, and that my creative cloud license should once again be active. However, all attempts to access my software still return the same repeating sequence of messages: (1) Renew your subscription: Try Again; (2) Thank You, your subscription is now active. Click continue; (3) Renew your subsciption; Try Again . . .
As usual, the software still fails to launch. Moreover, my account info indicates that the new payment information has still NOT been captured. In short, the license remains inactive, and I'm left with confusing misinformation from the service representative who contacted us yesterday.
As a longtime, loyal and enthusiastic user of Adobe products, I find it extraordinarily disappointing that this has been going on for over a month without satisfactory resolution. Now that my Creative Cloud license has been rendered inactive for the majority of a week, I am at a full work stoppage. We now have more than six major projects in default. While my immediate concerns focus on my organization's reputation, my department's productivity, and my own credibility as a communications professional, the issue is of course much larger for Adobe as well as myself. I cannot begin to express how poorly this reflects on Adobe. Without a rapid and satisfactory resolution to this issue, it is increasingly likely that my organization will be obliged to move to alternative products for our communications needs. I do not relish the thought of moving away from a suite of products that has served us well for many years. Needless to say, such an outcome will almost certainly inform any recommendations we make to our professional associates with similar communications needs.
Let me be clear, I am tolerant of the fact that the recent cyber-attack on Adobe has created technical problems. However, it also seems to me that the lack of meaningful customer service and technical assistance is only making a bad situation even worse. -

I had the same issue, Sent Email offering £7.99 for 25 GB. Then sent me an Email at 2.52AM saying I needed to update my payment method although they had just refunded to it. Then 7 hours later, I had tried to before work at 7AM and thought, "as it won't let me do that on my iphone, I'll do it at lunch." Sadly at 9:56 am UK time, They reduced my storage.
Having Wasted an hour on the phone tonight, they first tried to explain that £7.99 is More than £0.79 times 12. Doh!
That was followed with lots of being on hold and then being told "We can't go back, We Can't make a refund. We agree it was short notice and that we didn't do it well, there are lots of issues about this and also that we never offered you that (till the saw the email)" So no better off and now having to pay more for same service. That's pretty poor service all around. I have to upgrade as All my files, Backups and Emails are inoperative Till I do so.
That's pretty bad for a company of this size, Guess they need some more bad press at the moment. -

Can not update payment details
I've been a CC subscriber since it began and last month funds were not in my account for the monthly subscription. Since then I have had an email to ask me to update my payment details. I know I probably shouldn't of done but I've waited until the last minute to do this. I have two days to make a payment so decided to update my details. I went to My Account - Plan Information - Update Payment info. I was asked for my password which I entered then proceeded to enter my payment details which are the same as previously. Then when you press save, nothing. Nothing happens. A message is at the top of page saying -
We are still processing your payment. Please check back in a few minutes or contact Customer Support.
After I waited for an age, I checked back and the payment information hasn't changed. It has my card number checked out except the last 4 digits. My name isn't there and it says Amsterdam as my city which it isn't. I must of filled in the information 10 or more times and it doesn't change.
I've tried Customer Services- chat and spoke to someone who said I will receive a call back. Still no call back after 3 hours when I was told 10-15 mins.
Any ideas what's going on? Is there any customer support I can contact directly?Change Payment Information

Unable to update payment information
Due to the recent Adobe security breach, I like many other people have been forced to replace our credit cards. I received my new card and am completely unable to update my payment information. All attempts to update the information using Firefox, Chrome, Safari and Android and iPhone browsers is unsuccessful. Considering that the recent security problems of compromised customer payment information, I would have expected more from Adobe. Why doesn't such an important function of the Creative Cloud website work at a time when many people are having to re-enter their payment information due to recent events?
I have been waiting for the chat support to person for a while now and can't spend another hour waiting for assistance. This series of events is really beyond the pale in regards to Adobe's customer service and support. First we get our credit cards stolen, and then when we have to put in new payment information, the website doesn't even work properly. Adobe isn't some start up that's only been around for a few months, they're a multi-billion dollar company.

Failed to update payment information
I had tried to update my applications but it seem like need me to update my payment information.
Once I update my payment information and it shows decline, I had try few cards to update it and it keeps showing "your payment method was declined. Please enter another payment method"
help??What are you trying to use as your payment method, credit or debit card ? If it's a debit card then they don't appear to still be accepted in all countries, and even where they are it seems that not all work.
For a card to have a chance of being accepted it needs to be registered to the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and have been issued by a bank in the country where you and your iTunes account are. If it is then you could check with the card issuer to see if it's them that are declining it, and if not then try contacting iTunes Support (these are user-to-user forums) and see if they know why it's being declined (but you might not be able to use a debit card) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
Are iTunes gift cards available in your country (they are not available in all and they are country-specific, they can only be used in their country of issue) ? If they are then you could potentially use them as your payment method.
To download updates to your apps you could remove the card from your account : Change or remove your payment information from your iTunes Store account (Apple ID) - Apple Support. -
I am unable to update payment information
My debit card was compromised (unrelated, as far as I can tell) so I received a new card with different numbers. I can't update the card to the correct information, every time I do it gives me the same error message that when I had an issue with a previous payment and I need to have the family sharing administrator update the payment information. I have tried multiple times, and ever tried to use other credit cards rather than my debit card. The card information saves every time, but the error message persists. I looked through my purchase history to make sure I didn't have a purchase that didn't receive payment with the card numbers switching but there seems to be no balance. I have submitted this question to apple support twice with no response either time. Any ideas?
Hi there. I was having just the same problem, I couldn't get into change card details. Turned out that it is some issue with Firefox browser that I was using. I changed to Chrome browser and was able to update credit card details from there!

Thanks for the question. I understand that you are experiencing issues with the billing information on your iTunes Store account. Sometimes if the iTunes Store does not have the most up-to-date information, your payment may be declined:
When there is a mismatch between the iTunes Store's records and your credit card company's records, you will receive an error message stating that your credit card's security code isn't valid or that your zip code does not match your bank's records.
In most cases, this issue is caused by a formatting error in the billing address that you have provided. You can correct the issue by verifying that the information you have provided is correct, or by changing the format of your address to match the format that your credit card company has on file.

As with many other merchants, the iTunes Store and Mac App Store places an authorization hold on your payment card account for the approximate amount of any purchase you make. If you update your billing information, the iTunes Store or Mac App Store will place an authorization hold on your payment card account, usually in the amount of 1 USD or the local currency equivalent, to verify your account information.

After upgrading to iTunes 7.0, I'm starting to notice that I can't update the song information such as Name, Genre, Artwork, etc... My iTunes library resides on a afp volume mounted on an iMac. I've doubled checked the permissions and the logged in account has read/write/modify access to this volume. If I open the the selected song in finder for instance, I can rename the file. If I convert the file to mp3, iTunes is happy to make a copy and can write to the volume but the copy can't be edited either. Selecting "Convert ID3 tag...." on this song result in an error box "Could not convert ID3 tags for all of the selected song. The songs may be write-protected or of the wrong type.". Again, the file is not write protected. What's puzzeling is that not all files are affected. Some mp3's in the collection can be edited while some can't. Anyone experiencing this as well? Any clue?

I have been asked to update my billing information on my account, when I update the account the info that comes back is that the card is denied? i have enterd it three times, and I know that the card is good and not expired. can anyone give me any advice?
How were you asked to update this information? Was it in an email? - if so you need to check whether it's genuine by looking at the sending address and the long header, and the URL of any link in it. If you are not absolutely sure it's from Apple you need to stop the card.
If you were actually on the iTunes Store having gone there directly then the request would be genuine, so no worries there, but you will need to contact Support. Go to https://getsupport.apple.com ; click 'See all products and services', then ' 'iTunes', and then 'iTunes Store', then 'Purchases, Billing & Redemption'. -
