Can't update to iphone OS4, keep getting 3259 error

I am DESPERATELY trying to dl the new iphone OS4, but i am continuously getting the error 3259
13 times with no luck so far! I keep hoping that next time it will work, but it doesn't...
I have to date:
*Downloaded latest Itunes
*Turned OFF my firewall
*Restarted my computer numerous times
*UnTicked the "Allow Simultaneous Downloads" in iTunes
I have no antivirus to turn off..
My sister downloaded it no problem to her Hp, should I sync my iphone to her computer to upgrade an then come back to mine after? Massive pain in the, but has anyone got any ideas how fix????
Thanks..

I've been trying all night, too. Ordinarily in iTunes I can pause and resume downloads, but not with this one; when your connection times out you have to start again from byte zero. What is this, the 1990s? I tried to download and upgrade from work, but iTunes threatens to delete all of my data if I don't use the computer I used in the first place, so that's not an option, either.
