Can't update to new OS X

Hello, My mac is currently running at 10.5.8 and when I check for software update it says its up to date. But I need to get the new OS X and I don't have the mac app store on my computer I have been all over the apple website trying to upgrade and have had no such luck!!

The upgrade to Mac OS X 10.6, necessary for any further upgrades, is not free and not available as a download. You will need to order the installation disk from the Apple Store. Once you have 10.6 installed and upgraded, you can then download newer versions (10.7 or later) should your computer support them and you wish to upgrade. Carefully explore all the ramifications of any new version before you upgrade.

How document numbers can be updated in New GL table

We have SAP version ECC 5 and application patch level is 8. While we check balances of GR/IR Clearing A/c through FS10N in period 5 under credit posting which is being differed with FBL3N balances as Rs. 24,284.62. We have identified 5 document numbers are not updated in New GL table which are FAGLFLEXA and FAGLFLEXT and Rs 24,284.62 is being differed in GL Trial report as S_ALR_87012277. Here Debit and Credit figure is not matching rs. 24,284.62. New GL is not implemented in our company.
Therefore I would request you to kindly guide me how those 5 document numbers which are missing in new gl table can be updated those two tables are FAGLFLEXA and FAGLFLEXT.

According your question what i understood is there is difference in the amount of FS10N i.e. GL balances and FBL3n Line item display ,the gl is GRIR clearing account the amount is showing GL Balance but the same amount is not showing in FBL3N right.
If yes goto FS00 and check line item display is selceted are not if not selected ,Select the check box and goto se38 and run RFSEPA01 program and then Then enter that GL account number and Document number 1 to 999999999 and company code and run & then check again fs10n and FBL3n it will match.

Stupid Question since I can't update to new ver. 7

I've tried to update to ver. 7 w/no luck. It says thanks, but I don't see anything & I tried disabling my popup blocker (I think I did anyway) but still had no luck.
My ? is music still plays in the music store but videos won't w/out new version. If I just buy the video will it work on my ipod? I know it probably won't work on my pc, but I figured something is better than nothing since I can't get the new version to load.

I would try disabling your firewall and antivirus software - assuming that you are using iTunes to update - restart the computer and the iPad and then try again.
You might want to use another USB port if you have one free on your computer.

Yes, the iPhone 4 is in the list of eligible devices to upgrade.
Try downloading the latest version of iTunes to your computer, pluggin your device to it and Check for Updates in iTunes.

Nowadays i've got a strang problem . When I wanna Update my New Ipad firmware to IOS 5.1.1 .

unfortunately I don't have high Speed Internet connection so i had to download each frimware from other computer, for examplein my office ... and broght them to my computer and after syncing my Ipad : Each time I used to use Shift + Update ( in Ipad Summary ) . and address my last downloaded frimware ... but these days Itunes says This firmware is not compatible with ur device !
I try last version of Itunes . 2 another usb port and my second computer .... but i can't update my Ipad
Any Suggestion ?

To change the iCloud ID on your device you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iDevice, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use.

Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was.
