Can't upload documents using Adobe Send

I did it through the browser to https://cloud.acrobat.com. I don't remember the exact wording of the error. Message. Something like "Sorry, there is an error uploading your files..." I did this a few times since AdobeSendNow became AdobeSend. Sometimes work, some doesn't. It's all by luck but I will say most of the times fail.

(I branched your post to a new thread, as it sounds like the issue is specific to Adobe Send? Is that correct?)
How large are the files that you're trying to upload? Can you please test your upload speed at http://testmy.net and let us know what the report shows?

    Does "Adobe Send" replace "Adobe Send Now" and if so, is there a charge for it?  I was never charged for using Adobe Send Now.  I cannot get Adobe Send to work for me; I can upload the file from my computer but when I click the box to send a "personalized link" a message box drops down asking me to upgrade.  When I say no thanks, the message disappears but the box click does nothing.  Do I have to subscribe to Adobe Send and pay a monthly fee for it before I can use it?  Please explain what change has been made and what is going on with this program/service.  Thank you.  Paul Madsen 763-781-9118  [email protected]

    There isn't a feature in Adobe Send for setting and end-date for a file's availability. At any time, you can Unshare the file, however.

    I've never heard of that product before, but it seems to be, among other things, a 32-bit browser plugin. If that's the part you're having trouble with, quit your browser (e.g., Safari), select its icon in the Applications folder, open the info window, and check the box labeled "Open in 32-bit mode." Relaunch the browser and try again. If that doesn't help, contact the developer for support.

    At this point, we have resolved the virtually all of the issues that users were encountering with uploading large files through Adobe Send.
    Although there is no 'hard' limit, you should be able to send files of 2GB and larger.

    My colleagues and I were having problems viewing and printing data in forms.  Went to the help forums and apparently it is caused by someone filling in a .pdf form on a mac - it corrupts the file.  I saw a lot of fixes suggested including a javascript for acrobat, but I only use reader, not the full acrobat, so none of them seemed to work for me. 
    However, I think the easiest way to fix one of these forms is to use adobe send.  If I take the corrupted form and send it to an email address using adobe send instead of sending it as an email attachment, it seems to fix the form and make the data visible again.     Have done it with a couple of forms now and it seems to work. 
    Now my question is, does anyone know why this works?

    I don't think so. The problem there seems to be not being able to save the filled out form in Reader and needed to Extend features in Adobe Reader so that Reader users can save the form. This isn't quite the same.
    My client can edit the form and save it. The problem seems to be needing to edit the saved and filled out form AGAIN.

    Does this issue occur with any file that you try to send, or do you find that it's specific to one file? If it's a file-specific error, and the file is large, please try sending the file via Adobe SendNow. (You can sign in to Adobe SendNow at Sign in or create an account | Adobe SendNow using the same credentials you use to sign in to Adobe Send.)

  • Uploading documents using CFFile

    I am using CFFile for uploading documents using Cold Fusion 8
    in my Intranet environment. Each record has a limit of 20 documents
    that can be uploaded into MySQL database. It seems if I upload
    mulitple documents at around 1mb it takes less than a minute to
    complete. The problem seems to be when I upload muliptle documents
    that are bigger.
    If I attempt to upload 2 documents each over 25mb it takes
    around 10 minutes.
    Anyone have suggestions on alternatitve way to do this or
    should I just limit size of each upload to 4mb and less?

    Isn't this just a product of your internet speed and the size
    of the upload?

    I can't see your image, unfortunately. The toolbar that Sarah was referring to is the one in the message-composition window here in the forum. If you start to reply to me, you should see it.
    If you click on that camera icon, it will prompt you for the image that you want to insert in the message.
    Anyway, in Safari you should first see this:
    and then after clicking on Select Files to Send and picking a file, you should see:
    If what you're seeing is different than this (note that I took those screenshots in Safari), please let us know.

    Me too. I can't upload to iCloud/ iWork as no gear symbol is appearing in the top right of the window. I am using Safari on Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5 . I have tried Firefox too. No joy.

  • I just started using Adobe Send but customers are not receiving my emails

    I am using Adobe Send to send pdf files to my customers. I choose my files, enter my customers email address & copy me...hit send.
    However, my customers and myself are not getting my emails...anyone else have this happen? How do I fix? I can't track the emails if my recipients are not receiving them?!

    There are still many accounts who are not getting the emails…what I am doing is copying myself at my msn.com as that account seems to get all of them.
    So then once received, I then forward them from my msn email address. Then they get them.
    I think they get put in spam or blocked because because the from email address says (faked from)
    My bigger question — my links are expiring – this link below doesn’t work anymore???

    Im unable to print documents using Adobe.
    Ive uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Reader 3 times, since last week.
    I can open the document, and select print. I get the 'progressing' popup, then I get an Adobe pop-up that says 'The document could not be printed' Then I click ok, then I get another that says 'There were no pages selected to print'
    Ive checked for updates in Adobe, Ive turned anti-virus off while reinstalling, Ive reinstalled printer drivers. Still cant print.
    Im able to print from another computer.
    Does anyone have any suggestions? As this is a work computer and I need to print work requests often.

    This can happen in following scenarios.
    1) if the connection to the printer you are trying to print to is not established.
    2) if the PDF is badly made or does not confirm to pdf standards.
    3) if you are printing to a plotter then the workaround is to uncheck the auto-rotate setting in plotter preferences directly.
    If still you experience the same issue, then provide us some more details like:
    1. OS you are using?
    2. Are you able to print with the other applications on your system?
    3. Is the issue file specific or with all pdf's on your computer?
    4. Printer model you are using?
    5. Were you facing similar issues with the previous versions of Reader?
