Can't use Face Time between my devices

I have an iPad 2, an iPhone 4S, & a 4th gen iPod. Until recently I was able to Face Time between them all. Now when I try to make a call it says that I'm unavailable. I have read the generic troubleshooting article & tried all those things. None of them have worked. Does anyone have a suggestion for possible solution?

Yes you can. You just need a unique e-mail address on the iPod to call. I can FaceTime from my phone to my iPad since we have my wife's e-mail as the FaceTime contact.

I'd suggest you consider a cloud-based file sharing service such as Dropbox for this sort of use. iOS is not designed to be synched with more than one iTunes library at a time, so attempting to use it as you describe, connecting a single iPad to multiple computers, almost certainly won't work as you intend and is likely to cause nothing but headaches.

FaceTime is not on the iPhone 3GS because it does not have a front-facing camera. Think about it - if you wanted to use the camera, you'd have to turn the phone around - but then you wouldn't be able to see the other person.
FaceTime is on iPod touch 4th Gen, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPad 2 and The New iPad.

Yes, absolutely. I have a 10.6.8 iMac here, and FaceTime works very well with it. The minimum requirement for FaceTime for Mac is 10.6.6

Thanks, After changing my settings in face time per your suggestion, (it needed to be done), I turned off cellular data and data roaming and made a call using face time. It worked! Great way to stay in touch while overseas without the need for those egregious phone data plans.
