Can't use in app purchase

Hi, I have the iPad air, and I am playing a game called Clash of Clans that offers in app purchases. I can't buy anything and the error is always the same: Cannot connect to iTunes store.
I tried another games and the result is the same. I can use and buy stuff in iTunes Store, and I have not enable Restrictions in the settings. My credit card data is correct in my account, tried another credit card and still no working.

When you make an In App Purchase, the iTunes Store should use any gift balance or account credit first. You may still be asked to verify the payment information on your account before completing the purchase.

Can I use an app purchased on diff account?

I have 2 apple accounts, one is mine and one I created for my son's ipad. He got a gift card and I redeemed it on my account thinking I could "gift" him small amounts at a time so he doesn't spend it all at once and since I can't do that can I just sign into my account on his ipad, download the app he wants then sign back into his account and him still be able to use the app I downloaded on my account?

Pretty sure you can't. The in app purchase is made from within the app, therefore the app needs to be running and therefore it needs to be done from the iPhone.

You should be able to. As long as you are signed in to the same AppleID that has an available balance. The services are linked.

No, you can't.
Your iTunes and Mac App Store accounts are the same account. You can buy whatever you want, iTunes content or Mac App Store content, it's all interchangeable. There is no need to buy iTunes cards with App cards.

.... And you can put them on as many iDevices as you own. There is no limit as long as you use the same Apple ID and iTunes account for all of the devices.

I have always paid for apps with a credit card and now need to use an app store card but I can't get past the point where it keeps wanting my credit card updated. And can't used the app card number. Any advice???

I do NOT like using my credit card if I don't have to, and I went out of my way to go buy an Apple gift card, which I successfully redeemed into my Apple account. However, when I use the Apple "Cards" app, it will not let me use anything other than my credit card. I tried purchasing a card, hopefulling it would come out of my Apple store balance, but no such luck -- it came out of my credit card.
Apple is becoming more like Microsoft every day.

My app. not showing on App Store anymore after using In-App purchase

It's more than a week that my app is not showing in it's category, after Apple released the new version, in the new version I used In-App purchase and both In-App purchase and the new version of the app are approved by Apple but they never showed up in their category since.
It seems it's happening to the new one which was approved yesterday and is disappeared from it's category under new releases section ( posted date was correct the same day it was approved )
Does any body else has this issue ?

Also know as an 'update'...
Looks like Apple has quietly changed the process where updated apps could be dated the day they were approved (more recent than the original release data) and show up at the top of the recently released apps all over again.
Updated apps will not appear at the top of the recently released list any longer, it seems.
If you search on your app by name, etc., it should still be there. If it is gone completely, use one of these email contacts...

Yes, you keep them for your iPad. If your hard drive space is at such a premium, then you should get a larger drive or add an external drive to which you can copy off some of your other files. Everything you download, add to, or purchase through iTunes for your iPad will take up more and more space.

If you are logged in with the same account then they should appear in the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes (or you should be able to copy them over from the iPad to your Mac's iTunes via File > Transfer Purchases) - you can then take a backup copy of them in case you need to restore your iPad in the future (you can't use iPad apps on a Mac)

Are you talking about future in-app purchases or people who have already purchased your app before you added the in-app purchase feature?

I bought an iTunes gift card to purchase certain things in my favorite app. Well when I try to buy things inside the game it does not give me the option to approve the purchase and it never shows up. I have reset the app, I have deleted the app and downloaded again, I have turned my ipod off and on, I have made sure all updates are up to date and nothing has changed. I saw a similar question like mine and the answer was that you have to have a credit card linked to your iTunes account to make in app purchases and I was thinking they were right until I talked to a few friends who cancelled their credit cards and took them off of the account and can still make in app purchases so that can't be the issues. Can someone please help me this is driving me crazy I have talked to iTunes support but they weren't much support.
