Can't use internet when I'm not connected to Wi-Fi

I can't use 4g even when my phone tell me that I'm connected. So I can't use internet when I'm not at home. I never had that problem with my Lumia 925 just with my 930 and it's frustrating that I can't find any information on why.

What did your carrier say about this?
Where are you and your carrier is who?
Did you make any changes to the accesspoint settings?
Has it ever worked?
If it ever worked, what changed?
Are you on you own network or happen to be roaming?
Have you tried a new SIM?

weird very weird. today i did this again today after already being unsuccessful earlier. exactly the same thing as i have done before, exactly. didn't try to import. didn't say damaged library, copied everything in including date. have tried it about 10 times no luck. today it just worked.
how weird is that?

If it was not unlocked by AT&T, then it was hacked. Hacked and jailbroken phones can not be discussed here per the TOS.

I can't use internet when I'm on the phone?

I can't use the internet or date services when I’m on the phone talking to someone. EX. if I'm talking to my mother then she asked me to share my location or I needed to Google something while talking to a friend or whatever? An error network notification appears when I try to access Safari, Map or any app that uses data.
I don't know if it's my phone that does this or it's everybody. Please help

How can I use findmyiphone when I have not installed icloud?

I lost my iphone, and when I went to my wife's iphone to find it using findmyiphone, it won't let me find it without an icloud account. Of course, I can't get an icloud account without my iphone. Assuming you setup/activated Find My Phone, on your phone, BEFORE it was lost/stolen, and it is turned on & your phone connected to the Internet, you can login to iCloud.com, from any computer & hopefully locate your phone. You can use the Find My Phone app to do the same using an iOS device.

Music on external drive but want to use itunes when drive is not connected. How?

I used to be able to do this, but can't remember how it was set up. I have my music on an external drive, but I don't want to have to plug it in everytime I want to access iTunes to use the store or look for apps.

I have already turned on iCloud Photo Library and it works just fine for my iPhone. BUT, what I want is for it work on my main machine, the macBook Air. I do NOT have an iMac or other to store the "system" Photos library. I do Not have room on my internal drive for the macBook Air ("system" library is located on an external drive). I don't want to have to lug that 3 TB drive with me. It also will not let me move the library file. The library file is close to 40 Gbytes and I have less than 20 left on my internal drive (and I don't dare let it get much smaller than this)....
Any ideas as to how to do this?
For my iTunes library, I ran into a similar issue, but I simply started a new library and dragged the files (on my external drive) into iTunes. This told iTunes where they were without copying them to the internal drive.
I would think something similar should work with Photos, but I don't know how to do it.

iMessage uses data not your messaging plan. You need to have either Wi-Fi or cellular data turned on to use iMessage

The log in button to the Edmonton Public Library is on the top right corner of their web page. But I can not activate it. If I use Internet Explore I do not have this problem.

Well if by "access" you mean click on it and go to a site, no. No internet connection, no internet.The bookmark doesn't save the page or site, just the web address.
There ae some other browsers and apps in the app store that do save pages for offline reading, but Safari doesn't do this.

It also happened to me. What I did was to put my USB connector at the back of my PC (the main USB port) then I open my iTunes again and Viola, it solves my problem.

Back up all data.
This procedure will unlock all your user files (not system files) and reset their ownership and access-control lists to the default.
