Can't use my Mac need help

I updated my Mac then it wasn't restarting so I turned it on. The screen went blue and didnt change. I closed it and left it. The next day I open it and the screen is still blue so I turned it off then on again. The light blue screen appeared with the apple sign and underneath the little loading symbol continuously rotating. It has been like this for over an hour.

No it is not. iPhones, like all cell phones are not locked to countries. They are locked to carriers.
Only the carrier to whom the device is locked can unlock it. Contact the carrier.

Have you verified that the mill is using FAT12?
Do I understand correctly that the mill boots from the floppy - it has no other storage?
If that is the case, then the new disk needs to be in the correct format and set up as a boot disk, which will not happen automatically, and I'm not sure if you can do it with OS X. The instructions on this page should help.
If it is something you need to do a lot of, and have no access to an MS-DOS computer, you could consider installing the Parallels virtual machine software on your Mac, and setting up a virtual MS-DOS system.

If you're asking whether more than one user can use the computer at the same time with multiple displays, the answer is no. Other users can log in over a network with Screen Sharing, but each one will need his own computer (not necessarily a Mac.)

1. Did you tried downloading Keynote using your iPhone as stated above? (make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi)
2. You can also use computer iTunes > select iTunes Store under STORE (left sidebar), click Purchased on the right under QUICK LINKS > click Apps > Not in My Library.

No, nothing will prevent the computer from going to sleep when you close its display except third-party hacks that are designed to do exactly that. I strongly advise against using any of those, as they may interfere with successful entry into clamshell mode (and they carry other downside risks as well). Just wait until the computer is asleep (with its sleep light pulsing), then press any key on the keyboard. It sounds as though your setup is working as it's designed to do.

You should be able to. If the projector has a speaker with acceptable sound, that's one option, otherwise powered speakers or a surround system.

In order to be cross platform you must be using the Open Type version of all fonts to cause the least disruption. Macs can read and process the Windows .ttf type format but PCs can't process Mac formatted type. Most recent versions also cannot use the older PS Type 1 fonts.
