Can't use PayPal for purchases

I want to do what for me is the right thing and pay for all my downloads, but I can't get the Store to use my PayPal account, so not only do I have an outstanding bill, I can't buy any more music, etc.! I tried to fix the problem, but now I bought a tv show and it's not on my iPod or computer! What do I do now, short of pitching this iPod in the trash?

*What OS platform are U using? this would help.*

Did you perches the TV show through iTunes (apple store) or what?

Ok... I thought you were referring to the store on your iPhone.
On iTunes on your computer, you selected PayPal then clicked Continue then logged into your PayPal account?
I don't think it's PayPal that's the issue. $2 for an app... you have to take into account taxes and fees that may apply to your location, whether in the United States or abroad. $2 may not cover the total cost of the app.

The payment associated with your account is for all iTunes and App store related purchases. If you already have a valid payment method in place, you shouldn't be asked for one when you purchased additional iCloud storage.

Sad but true, I've tried to pay for iTunes Match with my credit and couldn't because it's a subscription service, regardless the credit amount I have. The system ask me to pay with my credit card too.

You should be able to. As long as you are signed in to the same AppleID that has an available balance. The services are linked.

I have a SKype number and been using it for my business for a year already. Today I've received an email from Skype saying that I can't use Skype for commercial purpose. I'm confused because I've seen so many people saying that they use Skype for their business. Here's the message I've just received:
