Can't use phone.

Basically, I lost all my Icloud information. ICloud Password, Username, Email Adress, and Email Adress Password. I know none of that. I did a factory reset on my phone and now I need my Icloud username and password to use it. (apple id) i tried using another apple id but it wouldnt allow me to.

well yes, but it basically makes wifi for the other devices, it basically mimics wifi.
as i get from your answer, it is not possible?
it would be common sense to make it work this way also. directly from device to device. no bounce between WiFi router

New Desktop Software is asking for password - which I don't think I ever had now can't use phone either

     After downloading the new Desktop Software, it won't allow my BB Curve 8520 to connect w/o a password - I do not believe I ever had a password on my desktop software and it is threatening to delete my data if I don't enter correct password ;;;
     also now I can't use my phone because the same message is coming up on my phone asking for a password - I did have a password on my phone but that password is not working for the desktop software and now I can't use the phone password on the phone - it is asking for some other password which I don't have -
     is there some way to have the password sent to me - I don't want to loose the contacts and other data on my phone and the Desktop

Just make sure you are typing the right password when DM ask you for it. What I mean is that if your password include numbers you must type in the corresponding letter on your computer keybord...
It's is a common mistake...
Now, is your phone asking you for your password or for a SIM card PIN? If you entered your password too many times as the phone was asking for a SIM card PIN it is probably asking for a PUK (sometime called a personal unlock key). Call your service provider tech support, they are the only one that would have your SIM card PUK to help you...
Until you reach them you can always remove your SIM card (assuming that's your problem...) to be able to use the phone (assuming you're in North America on a CDMA network...).

Open iTunes on computer. Connect iPhone to computer with Lightning Cable. Hold both home and power buttons for about 20 seconds until iTunes recognizes the iPhone in Recovery Mode. Click the Restore button of iTunes. If there are any problems with this, you have 1 year Warranty with Apple. Make Genius reservation or set up service and take or send to Apple for resolution.

IPad can't use phone number

My iPad can't use my phone number to send iMessage with after update to 6.1.3. I have tried turning it of and back on again but i can only choose my email to send/recieve from.

Read this kb article and make sure that you go to the very end of the article to find out what to do. You might have to sign out of Messages on all of your iDevices in order to link the iPhone number back to Messages on the iPad. You should be able to do that if you follow the steps at then end.

I can not use phone.

I live in Japan, and am using treo pro(unlocked) in Japan.
I bought treo last December. And, I had used it until last week.
But, it became impossible to use phone. (It is displayed as no service. )
The network service is vodafone(44020OFTBANK).
That trouble is not solved though I perform a hard reset several times.
Moreover, that trouble is not solved though another sim card was inserted.
Wireless LAN and BT can be used.
Please tell me how to recover my device ?
My English conversation ability is not good.
So I want to solve this problem in this forum.

The shop that I bought in Japan doesn't accept the repair.
And there is no official shop in Japan.

Can't Use Phone with SCR24 Case & DK48 Dock

Seems odd to me that when you have tyhe SCR24 case fitted to your Z3 you can't use it when docked. You can charge the phone with the case on when it is closed but not when you fold it back. If you want to use it you have to remove it from the dock - crazy !

One of the criticisms of the SCR24 Case was that it doesn't offer suuficient protection particularly in a drop where the front cover can fly open.
It seems the SCR26 addresses this important issue by incorporating a clip to prevent the front cover opening. The SCR24 is no longer shown on the Sony web site as an accessory.
A real bummer for those of us who spent good money on the SCR24.

How can I use phone call sharing on my iPhone 4S?

I tried to download YouMail from BB App world on my BB Curve 8330, it downloaded and I have a message on my phone that will not go away when I click on OK... the message reads: "
The application YouMail has attempted to open a connection to a location inside the firewall and outside the firewall which is not allowed by you IT policy" then there is an OK button... I have clicked on this and nothing happens, I have tried several battery pulls and still nothing. Right now my phone is unable to be used. It is stuck. Over an hour trying to fix so I came here hoping for some help. Thanks.

Can't use phone during charging

Can someone help me. I have a Treo 650 and whenever I put it on the charger, the phone can not be used. A few seconds after I take it off charge, it is back to regular. Is this the normal reaction whenever the phone is charging?

This is not normal at all. The only thing I can think of that could affect this would be a 3rd party app or some sort of Firmware/ data corruption. The only suggestion I have for you is to try a hard reset. By doing a hard reset it will erase all data on your device and restore settings back to default. For further information and instructions on resets please visit kb.palm.com and look up article number 887 in the Solution I.D. search field.

Can't use phone abroad - help!

So here I am in sunny Mexico (very hot!) and am totally unable to use my mobile which is on a 4gee contract. I checked before I left and the website said I didn't need to do anything, that my phone would work okay. I purchased the 120 minute roaming calls plan, and thought all would be well.
However, my phone totally refuses to connect to any phone network over here. Why?? What is wrong? How do I fix this? I can't call them (no phone!) and I'm not on Facebook or Twitter. What do I do???

I'm sure it is important to be able to stay in touch with family and friends while you are visiting abroad, so I would like to further assist!
As Jon_Doh already mentioned, you would've needed to activate global features on your account before leaving the Verizon Wireless coverage area in order for your phone to be able to make calls while roaming. I would also need to know what country you are in to ensure your device is capable of making calls in that particular country.
