Can't Use Previous Colorsync Profile

I just changed from a 17 in to a 19 in lcd monitor - same brand, just a difference in size.
When I was using the 17 in I used the Display Calibrator in System Prefs to create a profile I liked. Although it still appears in the Colorsync Profile folder, it does not show up to be selected in System Preferences with 19 in monitor hooked up.
Why would the old profile not be selectable?
I have tried making a new calibration, but I can't duplicate the old one exactly. What can I do to make the old one selectable, or create a new one just like it?

Could you possibly have the "Show profiles for this display only" checkbox checked? That would probably prevent the previous profile from showing up in the list.
Otherwise, maybe open the Colorsync Utility (in the /Applications/Utilities/ folder) and use the Profile First Aid pane to verify or repair your profiles.

How can I use two "Status profile" for two categories of users?

Hi friends,
I tried to configure two categories of users :
1 - First category (User1) can process the message and access to the standard Status profile (SLFC0001),
2 - The second category (User2) can process the message using another status profile (ZSLFC001).
To do this, i process like following :
1 - I created ZSLFN autorization key by copying of SLFN (Tcode :BS52).
2 - I created the Status Profile "ZSLFC001" by coping the SLFC0001(TCode : CRMBS02).
3 - I suppress some user status (ex : send to sap) and I replace SLFN autorization key by "ZSLFN"
4 - I created Transation type "ZLFN" assigned to ZSLFC001 status profile.
5 - I created a ZSAP_SUPPDESK_PROCESS rôle and I set the ZSLFN as authorization key in "B_USERST_T" and in "B_USERSTAT". This role is affected to the User2
Unfortunately, the User2 see and access to the "Send to SAP" user status. I think that the status profile ZSLFC001 is not used!!!

I changed the Process Type in DNO_CUST04, and I had a error message : "The system could not create the message because of an RFC connection "NONE " error Message was not created".
Furthermore, The change of process type will affect all users.
I think that there are two possibilities :
- Using process type (SLFN or ZLFN) according to the user processor,
- or using the same process type (SLFN) and according to the processor to load the appropriate "status profile".
Please find below more informations about the role:
- the Manually   Status Management: Set/Delete User Status                    B_USERSTAT
   Activity                  :    01, 06
   Authorization key   :    ZSLFN
   Object Category     :     *
   Status Profile         :    *

Can not use previous password in ISE 1.1.2 patch-5

this is my password-policy:

lower-case-required
upper-case-required
digit-required
no-username
disable-cisco-passwords
min-password-length 6
password-lock-retry-count 5
I also entered the followings:

no password-locked-enabled
no no-previous-password
my initial "admin" account has the password of "Checkpoint1234". It locked me out after 5 attempts from the webUI. Fine, I CLI into the box and reset
the password, when I tried to reset the password for "admin" to "Checkpoint1234", it tells me that I can NOT use a previous password.
How do I disable this option altogether? In other words, I want to use previous password.
By the way, in the webUI password-policy, you have to set the "Password History" between 1 and 10. WTF!!!

Admin account for the web UI seems to be locked out. So it needs to be reset from CLI.
An incorrect password for your administrator user ID entered enough times to disable the administrator password. The minimum and default number is five. The Cisco ISE user interface “locks you out” of the system and suspends the credentials for that administrator ID until you have an opportunity to reset the password that is associated with that administrator ID. It does not affect the CLI password for the specified administrator ID
Step 1 Access the direct-console CLI and enter the following command:
admin# application reset-passwd ise
Step 2 Specify a new password that is different from the previous two passwords that were used for this administrator ID:
Enter new password:
Confirm new password:
Password reset successfully
If you only want to use the previous password, you should change the password policy first. After you have successfully reset the administrator password, the credentials become immediately active in the Cisco ISE and you can log in with the new password without having to reboot your system.

Can you use a publishing profile to deploy to multiple locations?

Is there a way to deploy my web app to multiple locations? Right now I am using a publishing profile (example below) and tried to use MSDeploy to deploy to my server and then just to a network location by having multiple PropertyGroup attributes.
Without creating two builds (one to deploy to the server and a second to the file system) how can I do this? The code below doesn't cause any errors but it only uses the last PropertyGroup.
Any suggestions?

I get "App Store Disabled" on my MacBook Pro due to profile issues. What Terminal command can I use to reset profile settings?

After transferring documents from one MacBook Pro to another I get some weird errors due to settings that seem to have transferred over. One is that the Mac App Store is disabled.
Are there any Unix / Terminal commands I can use to reset these?

     When the menubar appears select Terminal from the Utilities menu.
     Enter resetpassword at the prompt and press RETURN. Follow

Can't use another monitor profile for OD user

Good day to all! There is a problem: In the network 4 Mac Lion clients with tablets Wacom and Lion Server with OD. Customers get the server security policies that impose some restrictions on them. Limitations are associated mainly with access to the system configuration, control for external drives and flash drives. Currently, restrictions on access to configuration screens available. However, users without administrator privileges can not change the current profile displays all the time is reset to the default profile. It may be necessary to give access to the policy to change the profile to register it manually? Thanks in advance!

I have to say, I am in exactly the same place ppshr150 is. I have checked both Quicktime and Quicktime Player preferences and the option to choose a default screen for full-screen presentation of movies does not exist.
I can drag movies over to the second monitor and then press Command F and they will play there but from a presentation perspective, this is rather unprofessional.
It surprises me that Apple does not have this option. Or is it a bug they haven't/won't fix?

How can I use multiple concurrent profiles without breaking Windows' default HTML handler?

I have two Firefox icons, one with the '-p "MyProfile" -no-remote' options, and one with the '-p "MyGirlfriendsProfile" -no-remote' options. This works great; we both have out separate pages logged in with no conflict. However, when I click a link or HTML file in any other program, Windows tries to launch a new process rather than loading the target in one of the two running ones, and I get the "Firefox is already running..." error. I found the registry key "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\FirefoxHTML\shell\open\command" which provides the parameters for handling Firefox-associated targets, and tried adding '-P "MyProfile" -no-remote' to it, but that doesn't work.
Is there any way I can get Windows 7 to open links/files in my profile in the process that's already running?

You can't send a link from an external program to a Firefox instance that is started with the -no-remote switch.
That switch makes that Firefox instance invisible (undetectable) for other programs.
A workaround is to drag the link in that Firefox browser window.
You only need to use the -no-remote switch if you need to have both profiles open at the same time and I assume that that won't happen in your case unless you leave Firefox open and running all the time.

Can I use a slimline card in a p6240f

I am looking to upgrade my card, currently using a pny, Nvidia 6200 gt. I am having a lot of problems with excess heat. I was wondering if I could use a slimline card, and if it would help with heat dissipation. I have a 600 w power supply.

You can definitely use a low profile card, but I don't believe that it will help with the heat problem. I suggest going with an ATI / AMD chip based card. AMD has Catalyst Control Center software that allows you to adjust the fan speed and overclock the card if you desire. I like XFX, BFG, EVGA, Sapphire and PNY video cards in that order. These are high quality manufacturers.

Where are ICC profiles stored in Aperture? Formerly they were stored in the home map. I make my own ICC profiles, with Color Munki. I can't find them back in the /library/colorSync/Profiles. I'm using a Canon printer iPF5100

Are you looking in the System Library folder /Library/colorSync/Profiles at the top level of your system drive?
As you probably know, your User Library is hidden since Mac OS X Lion.
You can reveal it from the Finder's "Go" menu in the main menu bar:
Finder > Go
Then hold down to options-key ⌥, until Library appears in the drop-down menu. Select it and open the Library.

If possible you need to upgrade OS X. However, what you can upgrade to is dependent on what your Mac hardware and configuration is which you have not provided in your profile.

While I feel your comment doesn't directly address my question, why I am worrying is this.
This presentation is to a camera club. Color is important. Images shown in meetings are projected by an sRGB color profile projector. Most serious photographers us a color profile with a bigger space than sRGB (typically RGB1998). If you project an RGB1998 image on an sRGB projector the colors go to crap. More precisely they become dull and lifeless. Thus, I am trying to determine whether I need to convert the images I plan to put into my Keynote to sRGB and boost the saturation PRIOR to importing them or whether Keynote has a way to do this as part of the software.
