Can't validate my FireFox login. I have no validate link in my email.

When I try to login to support to ask a question I'm told that FireFox can't validate me. I'm just starting to use FireFox as a replacement fo IE. I want to change some of the file associations and can't. so this is a two prong question.

Hello. Since my last firefox update, I have been unable to type an email - the box within which one would usually type does not appear when I press 'reply' to a received email, or press 'compose'. The email provider is '123-reg.co.uk. I have been using both firefox and the provider ['webfusion Ltd/webmail123] successfully for well over a year. The provider says it is a browser problem. I can still add an attachment to the email header, which successfully can be sent, but the recipient gets my standard email 'signature' with font messages and the attachment. Can anyone help? My daughter has had her Razr for about 9 months now. About two weeks ago she picked up her phone in the morning on her way to school when she noticed two cracks, both starting at the camera lens. One goes completely to the bottom and the other goes sharply to the side. She has never dropped it and me and my husband went over it with a fine tooth comb. We looked under a magnifying glass and could no find any reason for the glass to crack. Not one ding, scratch or bang. Our daughter really takes good care of her stuff, but we still wanted to make sure before we sent it in for repairs. Well we did and we got a reply from Motorola with a picture of the cracks saying this was customer abuse and that it is not covered under warranty. Even though they did not find any physical damage to back it up. Well I e-mailed them back and told them I did a little research and found pages of people having the same problems. Well I did not hear from them until I received a notice from Fed Ex that they were sending the phone back. NOT FIXED!!! I went to look up why and guess what there is no case open any more for the phone. It has been wiped clean. I put in the RMA # it comes back not found, I put in the ID #, the SN# and all comes back not found. Yet a day earlier all the info was there. I know there is a lot more people like me and all of you, but they just don't want to be bothered so they pay to have it fix, just to have it do it again. Unless they have found the problem and only fixing it on a customer pay only set up. I am furious and will not be recommending this phone to anyone. And to think I was considering this phone for my next up grade! NOT!!!!

Go to adobe.com. If you're not already logged in with your adobe id, log in. Under your name you should see a small button that says "manage account." Click it. Next select "Plans & Products." Under the Plans section, click "Manage Plan." On the new page, on the right is a "Billing History" section (it may take a second or to two to load to invoice info). Click the small print icon all the way to the right. You'll get a PDF form that you can download or print. Good luck.

Since downloading a Firefox update I have been unable to use my email to compose, reply or send emails. The 'top' portion of the email screen is 'joined' to the bottom part, so that there is nowhere to enter the text message.

I now use Microsoft Internet Explorer to operate my email on fastmail.fm

How can I send a ThinkLink image with all the embedded links in Thunderword Email?

As you are aware, ThinkLink images have embedded links (word files, images, videos etc.). I am, however, not able to send these images through Thunderword emails. I have tried both Inset Image and Insert HTML but nothing works. Of course, I can understand that ThinkLink is a new concept and most of the email clients don't support it.

No I am not aware. I have now googled thinklink, joined their site and found that they do not create images. Only Javascript.
So no email client such as Thunderbird, which does not allow javascript, or any person disabling it in their browser for security reasons, will see your interactive images because they are not images they are interactive programs written in Javascript.

Why would you make two accounts? You can simply change the e-mail address associated with the one account.
You will have to authorize the computer to both accounts.

Why doesn't Firefox allow me to open a link from an email. I'm sure it used to.

An email from superbreak comes in with two links in blue to their offers. Clicking on them has no effect. This is an example; other received emails exhibit the same problem. Is it the latest Firefox version? Very frustrating.

It started last week - I normally use Chrome to play my games in Facebook - but I started getting "Sorry, this feature isn't available
right now"..... When I used IE..... no problem - a friend said to install Foxfire, which I did, but I made the mistake of having my bookmarks and whatever transferred from Google as it is the browser I used most often and it has all my bookmarks, but

On Friday, it started working again - and everything was fine. But on Sunday evening I ran the History Clean in Google and when
I went to log back in, I couldn't and got the same "Sorry" message and has stayed this way since.
I ran a Norton scan of the entire computer, a Hitman scan, a CCleaner scan, ... all to no avail. Problem still exists.
I tried to run a restore program prior to the problem, but I am getting error messages like mad.

How can I re-download the previous version of Firefox. I have lost most of my add-ons with 4.0 including my password manager. This is a calamity and I've changed my default browser from Firefox. Help!!!

The problem is very simple. As soon as I downloaded Firefox 4.0 I lost my add-ons. The add-ons were the reason I have been using Firefox for several years. This seems to be ludicrous. The new version should be able to manage integration of existing add-ons or the Firefox team should have provided the add-on authors with advance technical information before releasing 4.0 to the world.

To downgrade to Firefox 3.6 first uninstall Firefox 4, but do not select the option to "Remove my Firefox personal data". If you select that option it will delete your bookmarks, passwords and other user data.
You can then install the latest version of Firefox 3.6 available from http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html - it will automatically use your current bookmarks, passwords etc.
To avoid possible problems with downgrading, I recommend going to your profile folder and deleting the following files if they exist - extensions.cache, extensions.rdf, extensions.ini, extensions.sqlite and localstore.rdf. Deleting these files will force Firefox to rebuild the list of installed extensions, checking their compatibility, and reset toolbar customizations.
