    Type this in the address bar:  http://store.apple.com/us
    Then tap Account right side of the window (just above New to the Store) then tap View Order History and sign in.

  • How can I view deleted history?

    Hello! I would like to view my history from February 2014, but I am not able to view any history beyond March 2014. I am pretty sure that I deleted all of my history since February, but if anyone thinks that there might be another reason that I am not able to view this history then please let me know.
    Please let me know of all of the ways that you can think of for viewing deleted history. Also, please let me know if it's possible that something besides deletion happened to this history and that I should be looking into other means to view my activity in February 2014.

    You can make a backup copy of the current places.sqlite file in the Firefox profile folder and see if you can restore an older copy of the places.sqlite from before you deleted that older history.
    You can use this button to go to the currently used Firefox profile folder:

  • Version History for a Document Library - Can't view version history for only 1 item

    It is a Document Library with around 8 items. Each of the items have around 60-178 versions.
    I checked programmatically that this particular item had 63 versions.
    I am getting the foll. error when I try to view the version history for that 1 particular item.. it works for all other items in the same list.

    I tried programmatically deleting few verisons for this item - no luck.

    I tried editing other items to see if their version history still works after new versions get added and it worked.
    This is despite the fact that other items that are working have number of versions  as 178, 130, 63 and so on.

     I don't think it is a programming question. It's a sharepoint browsing question.
    I have a document library with Versioning set to Create major versions.
    In that document library, I have around 8 documents, each of which has versions. Only for 1 particular document, when I try to see the versions by clicking 'Version History', I get the error as stated above.
    For all other documents, Version history works.
    My initial thought was that may be the document in question had too many versions and that's why it's failing but I was able to check that the document (in question) had 63 versions while there are still other documents in the same list which has 178 versions and 'Version History' is still working.
    I further explained all my efforts done so far in order to resolve this issue (none of which worked.)
    I deleted all versions (I couldn't delete it from IE since I can't even get to the page where it says 'Delete All Versions' - thus I wrote a small program to delete all versions for this document.)
    I also tried modifying other documents to see if a version history is being created for other documents and that is happening.

    You can't. It can only be viewed on the desktop version of iTunes Store. You have to sign in on the upper right part of the iTunes Store window and there is an line item that shows past receipts.

    The only thing that happens when you sync regarding SMS is that it is saved in the backup file. There are 3rd party softwares out there that are able to get into the backup file, and there is also software out there you can put on the computer and extract the SMS from the phone (Touch Copy). Up to you which way you want to do it.

    This was not a problem until about a month ago, when suddenly all of the associates who have access to Source Control can't view any history. Is there anything we can do to fix this?

    I'm having the same problem in Business Objects 4 BI Launch Pad with reports that were created in CR 2011.
    The viewer could not process an event. Error in File Buyer Status:

    The interesting thing is that I have a test platform where all my reports work correctly.  However, all these reports fail with the error message on my production platform.
    On the production platform, I can run these reports from CMC without any errors.  I suspect that something about my Single Sign-On to database configuration is not correct.
    So far, I have been unable to detect any significant differences between the working test platform and the failing production platform.

    Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps BEFORE doing the reset.

    I just received an email receipt from Paypal showing a $12.99 purchase from iTunes. I almost NEVER purchase anything over around five dollars in the app or music store.     As long as your BestBuy.com and My Best Buy accounts are linked, you should be able to login to BestBuy.com right now and view your points/purchase history.  I posted an update to the forum on 10/1/2014 once the points/purchase history feature had officially been added to BestBuy.com.  You would want to login to BestBuy.com, click on "Account Overview" or "Rewards" under the My Best Buy tab, and then click on either "Points History" or "Purchase History."
    From what I can see, you do have a couple transactions from 9/27/2014 that are currently pending in your account.  If you would like to discuss your account in additional detail, then please feel free to send me a private message and I will see what I can do to help.  You can send a private message by logging into the forum and clicking on the yellow envelope located at the top of the page.

    Hi all, my Itunes 5.0 seems to have gone mad - it shows a massive negative play count for certain songs. About 20% of the songs now show this, so about 200/1000 on my 4GB Mini. Some of these songs are in playlists but not all. I'm using manual update
