Can't watch episode on dramafever because current location
i can't watch dramafever or some of video on my iphone, if i click the episode there is note on screen "EROR: this video is not currently available in your location", anyone know how to fix this????? by the way i'm Iphone 4s user
You can't download plugins to Safari on the iPhone (or iPad or iPod Touch) - have you tried using the built-in YouTube app ?

I purchased Season 3 from iTunes and "downloaded" it. When I went to watch them, I found they were not fully downloaded, but just a small bit of each episode. As if each was holding a place for the rest of the episode to be downloaded.
I started watching these, but after each episode, it is as if the iPad info-structure rearranges itself. My GENERAL settings tell me I've used next to none of my 5 GB storage space. But when I try to watch a second episode, it tells me I have run out of space. A few times I was able to find a page that I could EDIT & DELETE the episodes i had already watched. So I deleted the earlier episodes and was able to finish downloading the next one. At an agonizingly slow pace. It took at least half an hour to download a 47 minute video.
Now I can't find the setting page where I was able to EDIT and delete the episodes I have seen. I have been reading the iPad Secrets Manual, trying to find out what is going on. Not the free LITE manual, but the paid manual. It should have been called the LITE manual, as it barely skims the surface. I have probably messed up my settings trying to figure out what is eating up my hard drive and battery.
Can anyone recommend a good manual that is written for a new Apple user - one that is not written in geek speak. And can anyone suggest how I can get these to finish downloading?

Thank youIf you are seeing 5 gig of storage, then are you looking at Settings > General > Usage > Available (in the iCloud section) ? If you are then that shows how much space that you have available in the cloud, not on the actual iPad (TV shows don't use any of your iCloud allowance).
How much space do you have available on your iPad - it should be shown at at top of Settings > General > Usage, and in Settings > General > About > Available. It looks like the Downton Abbey episodes vary between about 1.8 and 2.7 gig each in HD format, 500 to 800 meg in SD format.
To delete an episode from a series, then select the series on the TV Programmes screen in the Videos app and if you swipe across the episode's name you should get a Delete button appear on it. If they are stuck in the Downloads tab in the iTunes store app and you want to delete them to stop them downloading, then try swiping across the name of it in that tab and see if you get a Delete button -
if I don't have apple tv how can I watch the movies on my tv because my computer is in a different room from the tv?
If you no longer have, or access to, the computer(s) you want to deauthorise,
Log in to iTunes, go to "view your account info" on the itunes store, deauthorise all five, (Please Note: this can only be done Once every 12 months) and then re-authorize your current Computer(s) one at a time.

I downloaded a TV show season on Itunes and when I went to watch it, only a third of the episodes would play and the others had the icloud symbol next to them and would not play. Any ideas one what could be wrong?

Thanks for the question. This simply means that the episodes are not currently stored on your computer. They were successfully purchased, however are stored in the cloud. You can download the episodes by clicking the cloud icon:

i attempted to update my firefox last night, and when i did it casued me to have to reinstall adobe flahplayer and adblock. When i attempted to re-download these apps i couldn't. Now I don't have adblock and I can't watch videos because flashplayer won't download. If this can't be corrected I may have to return to Internet Explorer. Can this be put right? in English

I can't verify my icloud account because the email associated with it got deleted in a messup by the email provider. I made a new ID with another email address, but I don't seem to know how to set it as my iCloud account. Apple insist on asking me a password for my old account, I enter it, but it says it is incorrect. I have tried to fix it, and apple knows it is there as it appear on the list of apple ID's, but doesn't recognice the password and when I try to reset the password it gets me to my new account, which needs no resetting.
All I want is to get rid of that old account and replace it with my new one in order to use the cloud, but it seems I am stuck with a non funtioning user ID. I have tried everything there is on this pages, but nothing works.
Please, tell me, step by step, how can I remove the old user ID from the icloud account for good and replace it with my new ID on all my devices.

If you mean that Find My Phone is asking for a password to a different Apple ID to your current Apple ID.
This feature has been introduced to make stolen phones useless to those that have stolen them.
However it can also arise when the user has changed their Apple ID details with Apple and not made the same changes to their iCloud account/Find My Phone on their device before upgrading to iOS 7, or if you restore from a previous back up made before you changed your details.
The only solution is to change your Apple ID back to its previous state with Apple at My Apple ID using your current password, you don’t need access to this address if it’s previously been used with your Apple ID, once you have saved these details enter the password as requested on your device and then turn off "find my phone" and delete the account from your device.
You should then change your Apple ID back to its current state, save it once again and then log back in using your current Apple ID. Finally, turn "find my phone" back on once again.

I recently transferred some data from my external hard drive to my desktop, but there was an error transferring some of the files and it couldn't respond, and eventually i simply removed the external hard drive. However, the folder/files are still on my desktop, and when i try to move them or delete them, this error message appears:
“-folder/file name-” can’t be opened right now because it’s being used by another task, such as moving or copying an item or emptying the Trash. Try again when the current task is complete.
Since I removed the external hard drive before the files were finished transferring, there is no way for the current task to be completed. How can I resolve this and delete the folders/files from my desktop?I just managed to resolve this by going to the apple sign in the top left, choosing force quit (or you could do option+command+esc), then i chose finder, and i clicked relaunch. After relaunching finder, the error message doesn't appear anymore, and I could move these files/folders, and delete them just fine.

I rented a movie through itunes and Apple TV to watch on my tv. The movie said it was ready so I started watching. The movie stopped and said it still had to load. 3 hours later it was still loading. 5 hours later still loading. I have broadband high speed internet connection. I couldn't watch the next night because I was attending an event. Then my 24 hours were up and the movie was gone. How can I watch the movie I paid to rent without paying for it again? Have you downloaded the show onto your Mac ? If you have it should show in the TV Shows part of your library e.g. with the left-hand sidebar enabled (option-command-S ona Mac) and TV Shows ticked on the General tab in iTunes > Preferences (command-comma) so that the category shows in your library

I downloaded the movie Battleship yesterday and tried to watch it but I could only watch half of it because it did not download all the way, well this morning it finished downloading with 10 hours left to watch the movie but I will not be able to watch it in that time frame because I have classes until later tonight so I was wondering if the rental time can be extended without me having to pay for the movie again since I did not get to watch it all when I tried to?
