Unfortunately no. iPad 3rd gen LTE hardware is different than iPad 4th gen LTE hardware. Compatibility list http://www.apple.com/ipad/LTE/ gives us no hope. Only in US and Canada you can use LTE with iPad 3rd gen. We are so unlucky. I paid for iPad 3rd gen 32Gb, Wifi + Cellular 729 Euros and only 5 months later Apple released iPad 4th gen. I am testing LTE on my iPhone 5 today and it really ROCKS.

OK. Lets guess. From where? Are you trying to sync videos from iTunes on your computer? Download them from iTunes on the iPad?

Ok this worked to solve the error.
Use cmd prompt in windows 7 or 8 and run as admin:
sc config lanmanworkstation depend= bowser/mrxsmb10/nsi
sc config mrxsmb20 start= disabled
No need for all that power shell nonsense as shown elsewhere for windows 8.
That's it. Also force smb2 disabling on the apple side for good measure.
With the above I was able to network mavericks and windows 8.1 pro flawlessly. He issues I had before where I could not read video, ISO and audio files (but could open documents and pictures from the windows machine connected to an apple network share folder went away.

Depends. are they flash video? If so then you need to look for an app that will play flash files. i Swiffer, Puffin, and skyfire are some taht I see recommended.
Or you can see if the site has an app and use that.

I would say that's normal. Cellular uses more power than wifi. Your screen brightness is also a factor. Lower the screen brightness & battery will last longer.
The quickest way (and really the only way) to charge your iPad is with the included 10W USB Power Adapter. iPad will also charge, although more slowly, when attached to a computer with a high-power USB port (many recent Mac computers) or with an iPhone Power Adapter (5W). I can't watch videos on Youtube in HD ever since that mess with HTML5 last month.

So in February there was a brief stint where Youtube decided to force everyone to watch videos only with the HTML5 player, which forced many Firefox users to watch videos with only 360p and 720p as resolution options, and even at 720p the video was blurry and playback was choppy. I tried using a couple different add-ons people made to force Youtube to use Flash Player again, but the video quality was even worse than on the HTML5 player so I removed them. And now, even after Youtube allowed Flash Player to be used again, ever since that mess happened it's affected the videos I watch. Now I can't watch videos in any real high definition, because on any resolution option the videos become "fuzzy." The edges of people, text, and objects are pixelated and either blurry or jagged and not crisp and sharp as they should be. I also have problems with "rippling," where it seems as if thin, vertical lines are moving on the screen and subtly distorting the video. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Flash Player, Firefox is on the current version, and everything else on my system that I know of is up to date. I have also tried watching videos in safe mode. Nothing changes. I can't get the videos to look normal again. For almost the past month I've had to start using Chrome specifically just for Youtube because nothing I do will get it to work properly again on Firefox.
