Can the apple id be found through the serial or phone number?
My sister had forgotten her apple id and at the moment her old iphone 5s had shut down completely. its still under warenty and when we went to apple they said they can give us a whole new phone. all we had to do was find the id and password in order to switch off find my iphone.. we've tried everything we have the bill to when she first got the phone er id and everything but its still alot. it would be great if we could simply find out the id and just answer her security questions.. please help

ThanksOnly if the content on the drive is part of your iTunes library and iTunes is running to manage the content for the Apple TV. You can't replace your PC with the drive for use with Apple TV.

I have downloaded a music file through a downloader . But the file is not found in the captured in music player . How can I locate the physical location and move the file . I cannot do via itunes also .

It's asking you for my apple id password. not going to give that out, sorry.
However I did try this projector on my mother in laws iphone 4 and on my old iphone 3. ipico software isn't needed. plug and play any video through standard movie player or camera saved video.
I tried on my girls iphone 5 with the adapter. The ipico software and projector doesn't work on this phone.
Hope this helped you. Better to buy a used iphone 3 or 4 and use it for video storage.
I also found that the battery on these projectors are a joke (30-60mins max). I rigged a longer lasting battery on the outside and keep it plugged in while using. This doesn't charge the phone though so I replaced the battery in the old iphone 3 and now get at least a full length movie from it. Great in bed projected onto the ceiling.

is there any way to get the server app other than through the app store. The system that I need it on are not connected to the internet.
We run a closed-loop network of apple systems and I tipically downloaded updates on a non-apple system that was on the internet.
Any ideas?I did buy the server app, went to the app store to download it. This system I'm using for downloads is Snow Leopard 10.6.8, it shows that I can download it but only as an Install which says I need 10.8. I can't seem to find a way for it to just download as a package or .dmg file so that I can copy it to DVD/CD or flash drive.

Hi, we just bought a Macbook air and we can't find the 'reminders' app in the applications or through the spotlight search. Is there a link to download the app? I can't find it online or through the app store. Please help!
Reminders is automatically installed with 10.8 or above. A new Mac should have 10.9; it's possible that, with a third-party vendor, you have an earlier OS. Check under the Apple menu in the top left and click About This Mac. That will tell you what version of OS X you have.

Why can't apple allow wireless synch thru the network?
Why can't the synch of the ipad be done wirelessly through the network? It should be doable with password protection and would save the hassle of hooking up by wire which seems so retro.

What is the real ip address to the apple server? Someone changed the host file in windows/system32/drivers/ect, and now I can't do a restore on my iPhone 3gs

I'm not sure what that means Richard, but I did change the router's IP address from 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.5.1- isn't that what you meant in your first post. I know that isn't reflected in my screen capture that I took last night, but I did do that this morning after I read your post.

I did this and still same results as far as I can tell. Can't get online through the router.

I tried this- at least to the part about checking the IP address under WAN. I assume you mean the WAN page in the modem setup- nothing looked any different after trying what you suggested, and I'm not really sure where I would be "getting IP in public range" or what that means.
I'm about to give up and just buy a new router to see if I can get the same lack of results with a different one. My ISP maintains that everything is set up correctly on their end and really can't do anything more for me. The Modem works and is set up correctly and they can give tech support for a router.

My iphone was lost and was sent to lost mode after some days I found my iphone but it was disable. And now I'm not able to activate my phone. it doesn't accept the Apple ID that I used to put my phone in lost mode. How can I activate my iphone now?

Try using these steps to stop Lost Mode from iCloud.com:
Stop Lost Mode or change your contact info
Sign in to icloud.com/#find with your Apple ID (the one you use with iCloud).If you’re using another iCloud app, click the app’s name at the top of the iCloud.com window, then click Find My iPhone.
Click All Devices, then select the device that’s in Lost Mode.
Click Lost Mode, then change the information or click Stop Lost Mode.

Try deleting the problematic tune (electing to remove original file if/when prompted) and then re-downloading the file from the iTunes store.
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.

Firefox can't open normally without going through the "this is embarrassing" routine; nor does it close down properly; I get the "end program" message and have to say "end now"it also sticks frequently, i.e. screen freezes for a minute or more; should I uninstall and re-install to try and debug?

- other programs seem unaffected; it seems peculiar to Firefox.
