Dear Friends,
Pl tell me how to make the deleted delivery document live.
Case: User has deleted the delivery doucument after doing the excise invoice (of STO). Now they cannot cancel the exice invoice.

If this a prforma invoice you can goto vf02 then billing docs and complete the invoive the invoice aotumatically cancel.

What to put if the document is sales order or billing doc in Change doc object field

and one more whether to put doc no. in Object value field or document no. field as stated by u . Object value Enter your delivery Nr here if Avaialable
you will get the all the deleted deliveries and details such as who has deleted ,when. etc.
Once delete one delivery and enter in Object Value field you will get the record.
and check what you are getting in Appl.Obj Change???
If that field is unique then you can get the deleted delivery documents.or check other field which is unique to deleted delivery doc and you will get the required list

Welcome to the Apple Community.
You can delete your account at settings > iCloud, scroll down and tap delete account. You can then enter details of any new account you create.
Note. The purchase of apps are done through an iTunes store account not your iCloud account. If you are having issues downloading apps, it isn't related to your iCloud account.

Hi,
if you have done the PGI(Post Goods Issue), you can't change the delivery.
If you want to change the devlivery Qty, you should create the delivery with Partial Split (= X) and you can deliver the splitted qty with a new delivery.

Can we delete a document type?

Dear All,
I created a document type supposedly to be used in a One-sided reclassifcation.
But, i understood that, one-sided reclassification will not post a document.
(I have configured this long back & i believe that it did not allow me to create the One-sided recalssification task without creating the document type. But, i m not sure of this).
Now - if i try to delete this document type - system will not allow me.
It gives an error message as
If you want to delete Document Type R1, you must first change Cons of Investments C1 so that Document Type R1 is no longer used.
Note that further uses of Document Type R1 may exist. That is, after you have changed Cons of Investments C1, the system may display yet another usage the next time you attempt the deletion. Hence, make sure you eliminate all uses of Document Type R1.
In my system there is no C1 in Consolidation of Investments.
Is this C1 a special version?
I searched in special versions - but could not make any sense there.
Any clues on how to go about this?

Yeah, i did this before.
Here is what i got:
Master data Characterisitics: 1 use (this is a folder icon)
Cons of Investments Charact Values: 1 use (this is a folder icon)
Characteristic C1 (this is a charcteristic - adjacent to this there is a button to change it)
When i click the change button, I get a message
No maintenance screen exists for the object
Diagnosis
Using the where-used list, you found a data record that is version-dependent. The data record belongs to special version type Consolidation of Investments and special version 100.
Procedure
If you want to display or change the data record in the Workbench, you should check the parameters to see if a version combination belonging to special version type Consolidation of Investments and special version 100 has been specified.
If this is not the case, change the parameters before you change the data record.
Re: "If the document type is not assigned to a task in any version it cannot be used and may not need to be deleted".
But we dont want to keep the unused doc type's :'(

If indeed it is your email that is taking up a lot of space and removing it could enable you to make your back, then you can always move the email in the mail application on your desktop to a local folder. That would remove it from iCloud and not from your desktop computer.

Delivery Can not Delete Delivery due to ABAP Dump

I have a strange situation on a delviery that is in our production client. We rec;d an APAB dump whenposting goods issue in delivery (successfully posted but still ABAP'd out) this was due to the sales unit field calculated to high of a qty due to a material master setting in the price unit qty, This has been fixed in the material master but we can not get to the delivery to delete it. I have succefully reversed goods issue and successfully cancelled TO confirmation. I can not get to the delivery to delete it. I can not reject line items on the sales order due to it having subsequent documents. Does anyone know how this can be accomplished? Please advise/comment experiences. It would be GREATLY appreciated. See Below ABAP dump if it helps....

Symptom
A Warehouse Management-relevant (WM-relevant) delivery item is picked, and then the WM transfer order is canceled again using LT0G.
If the storage location for the delivery is changed to a non-WM-relevant storage location and a pick quantity is entered in the delivery, this pick quantity is assigned to the document flow record for the cancellation of the WM transfer order. This is incorrect.
The incorrect document flow record is stored in the database when you save the delivery.
This results in the ABAP runtime error "DYNPRO_FIELD_CONVERSION" when the delivery is processed again with VL02 or VL02N.

Not able to use the deleted Del. document serial nos

Dear All,
I am not able to reuse the reverse PGI document serial nos.
Proess is like that I have done PGI with serial no. and due to some reason i have to reverse the PGI and further i deleted the existing del. doc no. . Now when i am going to reuse the serial no. for new del. no. it is showing error that the serial no. has
customer status.
Kindly suggest me the config for the same.

Hi Ajit,
It simple to correct it.
Problem is when you reverse the delivery and Delete the status has not been changes.
For resolving this issue, you should have the access of T-code IQ02 --> enter your material number and serial number --> Enter --> Click at "Edit" (Menu) --> Special Serial number function --> Manual Transaction --> Select "To stock" --> Status become ESTO --> then you can use it for other order or delivery.

To trace the deleted Delivery adress BP numbers

Hi Experts
There was requirement to change the delivery address of one address number XXX01
when I entered into that XXX01, Thee I found 4 address numbers more inside with different address numbers and I have gone into the address number for which I need to make changes in the address and made the necessary changes and pressed saved and came back
Now I can only see one address number the rest got diappeared from there .
Hope my delivery address numbers or other ship to addresses got deleted.
Can anyone tell me how to restore them back. because I dont remember the address numbers or addresses which have got deleted.
Is there any tracking for this , where I can search for the deleted ones in the GUI system. if they have been stored in any table other than ADRC.
Because for seaching them in ADRC table we need to know the adrc number .

Can't delete a document in Word 2007

I have Windows 7 and Office 2007. I want to delete a 6 page document which I created.
When I attempt this action, I get the following message:
"This action can't be completed because the file is open in MS Office Word."
I am quite sure the file is not open. I can delete other documents.

Check if any other application is running and is using this doc.
check task manager
check opened sessions /files
Work around.
Modify the document and save it as another name for example file1 save as file2, rename file1 and delete it.

I want to delete a delivery document. I think BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CHANGE will be useful for my purpose but I cannot find any field indicating the operation type like 'U'pdate, 'D'elete etc.

I have tried this way but nothing has happened. The return table was containing a row with error E VL 302 and empty message texts. (Delevery document doesn't exist)
    header_control-dlv_del = 'X'.

TA22440 Can't delete a document under Favorites in Finder.

In Finder, on the left under favorites (Documents, Applications, etc.) I have ended up with a document that ends in "...copy.webarchive". I can't delete it. I can't even select it by clicking on it. It can't be found in spotlight. How can I get rid of it?
