I changed my phone recently. The 2 phones are using different accounts for iCloud. Can the iPhone 6 keep the 2 back-ups at the same time without erasing the content of any of them? If so, how to?

if you phone arrived damaged you should have notified the seller immediately by phone.
if the phone did not arrive damaged, the you damaged it. Dropping the phone is not the only way.
after 14 days, the buyers remorse periods over and you are stuck with a phone you can send to repair service, but will have to pay the deductible.

Some calendars will support repeats for specified days in a week from one event, but that's handling multiple weekly events and your requirement is for repeats on an 8 day cycle. The only way I know how to set up that kind of schedule is to schedule the first 4 days individually with an 8 day repeat on each individual entry. For that your calendar needs to support configureable repeats. If the Google calendar does, it's easy but it does mean you have to create 4 repeating events, one for each of your 4 working days.
The iPhone app can't do this, but it will pick up such schedules from whatever calendar it syncs with if that calendar supports that kind of repeat.
So check if Google lets you repeat events on a cycle of every x number of days. If so, create an event on each of March 32, April 1, 2, and 3 and set each to repeat every 8 days. Specify your end date separately each time—that can be the same day, such as December 31, for each event if you're doing a single calendar year—and simply sync with your iPhone.
Creating 4 separate events takes time but you may be able to reduce that by copying the first event to subsequent days. You'll need to do that 3 times, once for each of the other 3 days, but doing that is likely to be quicker than creating new events on each day.
If Google calendar doesn't allow that kind of repeat cycle, it's a matter of finding a desktop calendar that you can sync with the iPhone which does allow it. I know iCal on my Mac does but I'm unfamiliar with the Windows options.

Yes you could delete backups without loosing anything on your device, but iCloud storage has nothing to do with your local device capacity. I guess that your device is just full and that you have to delete something like apps, movies etc to free up some space for other content.
iCloud uses its storage only for
Photos and videos in the Camera Roll
Device settings (for example: Phone Favorites, Wallpaper, and Mail, Contacts, Calendar accounts)
App data
Home screen and app organization
Messages (iMessage, SMS, and MMS)
Ringtones
Visual Voicemails
purchases of apps, music, videos do not count against your iCloud storage capacity ( but please see also iCloud backup and restore overview http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4859).

Sharing an iCloud account between two devices can be done without causing issues with iMessage and FaceTime, just go into Settings for each of these functions and designate separate points of contact (i.e. phone number only, or phone number and unique email address). While that works, you'll then face the problem where a phone call to one iPhone will ring both if on the same Wi-Fi network -- but again, that can be avoided by changing each phone's settings.
Rather than do all that, don't fight it -- use separate IDs for iCloud. You can still use a common ID for iTunes purchases (the ID for purchases and iCloud do not have to be the same) or you can use Family Sharing to share purchases from a primary Apple account.

Try backing it up to your computer with iTunes. Connect it to your computer, open iTunes, click on the name of the phone in iTunes, go to the Summary tab of your iTunes sync settings and click Back Up Now. Also go to File>Devices>Transfer Purchases to transfer you apps and other purchased media to your iTunes library.

I know you can access up to 3 icloud back ups for a device, but is there anyway on to get the 4th one back?

Hello helpful peoples. I am in need of a back up from my Icloud that is nolonger available through the normal routine. Is there anyway to access older icloud back ups from the 3 that are given to you as an option when you delete and restore? Anyway through Apple? Or Icloud? Can you pay for such a service?

What you see in the backup list is what you have to choose from. Many users see only one backup, not 3. Others see 3.
You can't get any older backups as they are deleted from the servers. You can't pay anyone to get back old backups - they're gone, I'm sorry to say.

In technical support, sometimes you have to make educated guesses. I'm sorry that you were offended.
iTunes does prompt when it is going to erase a device, and the message is clear.
She said in her message that she was able to successfully sync the old ipad. This indicated to me that itunes wiping the data was not an issue, because either it had been setup at the apple store (in which case it doesn't actually wipe the ipad despite saying it will*) (*based on a single case I saw), or because the itunes media folder was migrated.
Furthermore, my solution was to tell her how to backup her ipad (by either doing it manually, or as a last resort, by deleting the corrupt backup -- that she couldn't access anyway.)
I got that last part of the instructions from the "Taking Control of your iphone" book which I found samples of when I did a google search for "corrupted backup itunes".
She marked this as a solution, so it worked for her.

Old iCloud Back-Ups

My iCloud is running out of storage and I would like to delete some of the old back-ups from previous phones, but I want to retrieve the photos from those back-ups first. Is this possible and if so, how do I do it?

First create a current backup of your phone by going to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup and tapping Back Up Now at the bottom. I recommend you also back it up to your computer just in case. To do this, connect the phone to your computer, open iTunes, click on the name of your phone in iTunes, then go to the Summary tab of your iTunes sync settings and click Back Up Now. Finally, go to File>Devices>Transfer Purchases. You might also want to save your photo stream photos to your camera roll, then import the camera toll to your computer for safekeeping as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083.
Then to restore your iCloud backup you go to Settings>General>Reset, tap Erase All Content and Settings, go through the setup screens on the phone and when given the option, choose Restore from iCloud backup and follow the prompts. Be sure your phone is connected to wifi and your charger while it is restoring the backup as this will take a while to finish.

If you didn't enable the Find My iPhone function, then you can't track the iPhone. But it sounds like you did have it turned on, if you're seeing that it's listed in the Find My iPhone app or on icloud.com. But are you sure it's the same device? If you had a previous iPhone, and the name of both iPhones was the same, it would make it difficult to know which phone was which, even if they both were listed.
In any event, an offline device is not trackable. It could be offline because A) it has no power or B) it is not connected to the internet via cellular data or wi-fi.
Until it comes back online (and it may never), then it cannot be remotely tracked.

How many contacts can the iPhone hold....now?

This question was asked back in 2008 and has been archived, however I'd like to revisit this issue.
What I'd like to know, is this:
How many contacts can the iPhone hold before it effects performance?
I have a iPhone user with an MS Exchange email account on the phone, Calendar and Contact sync is turned on. The problem is, the user has 10,000 contacts.
The contacts synchronized to the iphone, however, when writing emails or doing any task that accesses the contacts database (i.e. auto-completion of names), There is a good 35 to 40 second lag before you can enter the second letter of a name on the keyboard. I can only assume that this is due to the pure insanity of having 10,000 contacts on a mobile device... The search takes too long. Although it did work just fine on the blackberry (a lessor device ).
Can anyone tell me if there is a limit on how many contacts one can successfully store on an iPhone without running into the "lag" issue?

What is the overall size of all these songs?
This will determine how many songs the iPhone can hold.
The actual capacity of an 8GB iPhone is around 7.3 GB - OS X alone takes up approximately 500MB.
You should leave some free space available on the iPhone for general operating purposes and if you access any email accounts and for Safari cache purposes, etc.
So you have around 7GB available - as long as the overall size of all 9400 songs isn't greater than 7GB or so, you are covered.
