Can there be two Administrators?

I just received my "new" Mac Mini and will retire my iMac 333 into the hands of a nephew. I created a new user account for him on the iMac and then signed in as if I were he. I found a few things he couldn't do... delete some files, install some updates, etc.
What I would like to do is to make both of us Administrators, but I can't find a way to do that. I'd like to be able to get into the computer to fix what he messes up, but I'd like him to feel that he has some privacy and control as well. I mean it to be his machine, after all.
Am I searching for something that doesn't exist? Is it hidden? Am I, as usual, just experiencing the "newbie-ness" of OS 10?
I appreciate any help anyone can offer.

I forgot to add that it would generally be considered to be good practice to avoid working in an "admin" account for day to day work, especially on a machine running "Panther" since for example, a trojan activated while logged in to an "admin" account on a "Panther" machine can easily take over the whole computer (as opposed to just the user's account), with "root" privileges.
So there's no problem creating additional "admin" accounts, but just don't use it as the regular account - create an additional non-admin "standard" account for this purpose. Almost everything that needs to be done from an administrative perspective can be accomplished while logged in to a "standard" account where there will be the additional layer of protection provided by a password requirement.

I have two links at my setup, ISDN and lease. Presently ISDN is configured as a backup to lease link. There are two default gateways on my router, default gateway for lease link has a higher priority than ISDN link.

Yes, You can use both the links and there is no rocket science involved.
Just define 2 static routes to same destination using 2 links,the process switching will automatically send packets on 2 links in round robin fashion.BUt you dont have to use then fast switching.In case you are using fast switching then this load balancing won't work.The answer to that is yo have to use CEF(Cisco express forward) switching which is the best switching available in terms of load balacing and speed.
In case you are using dynamic routing protocols then u dont need to worry like EIGRP does equal cost and both unequal cost load balancing.
The condition is that both the links are active same time or you have to define load on ur leased link sayin that is traffic goes more than x% activate ISDN .

Two Sites on 1 Server - Can There Be Two Segregated Admins?

   We have a admin / user question that hopefully someone else has encountered.
    We created a fresh SharePoint install / server - called SharePoint1. My account is the system account / administration (associated to my domain acct).
   For legal reasons, there are folders I can not have access to. We could not figure a way to remove the system account from the folder permissions. So no matter how we set-up access, I always have visibility.
   We created a second site, a top level site called SharePoint1/sites/CorpLegal. Assigned administrators from another group; with the thought that they could log in and delete my acct as an admin. However, we could not seem to do this.
So we are back to the same state as before.
   Anyone encounter this situation or have suggestions on how to get around this?

There is no way to prevent a SharePoint Administrator from having or gaining access to data on a SharePoint farm. If there are legal restrictions in place, then you'll need to use 3rd party encryption software that is capable of encrypting individual documents
while residing within SharePoint.

Between my daughter and I, we have 6 devices, can they all share the same itunes account and have two separate icloud accounts? My itunes account ID is different from my apple ID and my daughter's apple ID. Is it ok that they are all different. If yes, how do they all sync up if they are different? Help!!!

Yes that will work, enter the iTunes Store details into itunes on the computer and into settings > Store on your iOS devices in all cases, enter your iCloud Sync ID into system preferences > iCloud on the computer and settings > iCloud on iOS devices as required for each iCloud ID.

Can there be two itunes librarys on the one computer?

I am giving my PC to my parents and we will share it for a few months until I get myself a laptop. Both my mother and I have ipods and we both have separate itunes libraries. Is it possible to have both the separate libraries on the one computer - I guess under our separate user names and it not interfere with each others library? Will opening itunes under our separate usernames bring up the correct libaray?

No, only one card can be linked to an account at a time, you can't have 2 cards stored on it.

You can have multiple seats of the ARD admin application running simultaneously without problems, particularly if you plan to split the workstations into multiple groups as you indicate. Though I've not had more than one admin running at the same time a lot, I've never encountered any issues when doing so.

if you had powerline adapters then plug one beside the hub and connect with ethernet cable then plug the other where daughter works and then connect laptop with ethernet cable to powerline and then pair the powerline adapters. laptop now has cable connection - no need for wifi security changes and faster connection for daughter as now cable

Can there be two iMessage addresses associated with one Apple ID in iOS7?

My wife and I use the same Apple ID for our iPhones. Now that we have both updated to iOS7 our individual messages are intertwined. I went to AT&T yesterday to find out what's up. The guy told me each of us has to have our own ID. Is that so? If I get her an individual ID, what will that do to all the apps on her phone that were downloaded using my original ID?

You can share apple id for apps and music. However you would need separate id's for imessage - facetime and icloud.
since your sharing apple id that is the reason you see each other's imessage:
quick fix on both devices go to settings - message - send&receive - remove or uncheck the apple id.

In a network .. all items in the network are connected at the same time. So in effect you can have multiple computers/ipads/etc with access to the apple TV.. but you cannot play your music at the same time for instance.
Perhaps explain what it is your trying to do.

You can't merge accounts or copy content to a different account, so anything that you bought or downloaded via the old account is tied to that account - so any updates that those apps get you will only be able to download via that account. You can change which account is logged in on the iPad via Settings > Store
