Can Touch Events and Swipe Events exist in the same frame and/or movie?

After having fully tested a file with touch events I decided to add both a touch event and swipe event to a frame.
I started by importing the following statements:
Multitouch.inputMode = MultitouchInputMode.TOUCH_POINT;
Multitouch.inputMode = MultitouchInputMode.GESTURE;
I then added th appropriate code but only touch events worked. I fiddled so more and only the gesture events worked. So before I move any further, I'm wondering if I'm wasting my time trying to get them to work together.
So my questions are:
Can Touch Events and Swipe Events exist together in the same frame?
Can Touch Events and Swipe Events exist scene?
A reference to more information about this would be helpful, if you know of any.

I am aware of the latest releases of the components along with the plug-ins.

No. If you don't have the album you originally used to create the galleries you can do so by dragging the photos from each gallery to a new, empty album. Then when you find the photo sharing site/option you have decided on you can easily upload each album to the site.
Another option is to obtain a hosting service and create iWeb photo pages for each album and future albums similar to this photo page in one of my demo sites: iPhoto Book as an iWeb Slideshow. Or you can use the iWeb album page and have an album for each iPhoto album on it like on this demo page: Page-7 .

Yes, there are even defaults for naming them, such as LivingRoom, Bedroom, etc, or you can even enter your own name with the remote for each AppleTV.

Yes. My wife and I each have our own Apple ID and used the same computer to sync our phones with iTunes. The best way to do this is set up separate user accounts on the computer. If you are logged in to your account on the computer and your wife wants to sync here phone, you would log out and she would log in. These keeps all your stuff separate and avoids a ton of confusion.

I'm very new to this program.
I've only done basic editing, such as this video where I took scenes from 3 different computer game replays and spliced them together.
I own an eyefinity system (triple monitor) and record replays from games.
The replays are half-size, but still 3008x600 pixels. Here's a sample of one reduced to fit in a 1920 pixel width.
I want to get two of these in to one 16:10 or 16:9 frame.
So two questions:
1. Each time I try importing these avi's in to my Premier Project, they get cropped. The largest i've been able to make the sequence is 1280x1080. (sequence preset "DVCPROHD")
I assume i'm missing something obvious...or there's a limitation of how many pixels wide Premier can deal with. If it's a width issue...I can resize the avi's first. Although I haven't seen a way to resize in Media Encoder without the upper and lower black bars...which I believe will create a problem. (see "Here's a sample" video above)
2. I want to put two of these long rectangular replays in the same frame. Not overlapping, but one at the top of the frame...and the other at the bottom. Is this possible?
The only thing I could find that came close was "multi-camera monitor". I was unable to figure that out. Is that what I have to learn about...in order to do this?

You can put the songs that on your iPhone onto your Nano as long as these songs are located in the iTunes library on the laptop. If they are not you will not be able to sync them to the Nano and you will not be able to copy them directly from the iPhone to the Nano.

Is there an option to left click and open a bookmark in the same tab and right click to open bookmark in new tab?

I want to be able to open bookmarks in the same window without having to right click and then select open. I would like it to be like internet explorer where you have the option to open a bookmark in the same tab or new tab. I had downloaded an add on that solved the problem with a simple right click to open in new tab and left click to open in same tab. This makes things soooo much easier. Am I missing an add on or a configuration where I can solve this problem. Thanks for your time.

After Installing the mac os x update for 10.6.8 ive recentley in the last couple of days the bluetooth mouse and keyboard going off at the same time ive looked at some help but i feel like this is a software bug after installing so any other suggetions than taking it into an Apple Store,

Can sun jdk 1.5 for webstart and sapjvm co-exist on the same server?

We just installed PI 7.1. We would like to install sun jdk 1.5 on the PI 7.1 server so we can use the pi tools on the server, but we are not sure if sapjvm and sun jdk can co-exist, or if it's going to cause any problem with PI 7.1, any setting is needed to tell PI which java to use if multiple version is installed? Does anybody know?

Thanks for the reply. note 718901 mentioned to change the jdk version, parameter jstartup/vm/home in instance profile can be used. if that's the case, that should be how we tell PI system whch jdk to use? in PI 7.1, it's point to DIR_SAPJVM, which points to sapjvm_5 in \exe directory. The notes you mentioned all apply to versions before 7.1, I'm wondering if it still works the same way with 7.1 systems.
Has anybody installed a sun jdk on PI 7.1? anything that we need to pay attention to?

Only the FrameMaker component will peaceable co-exist with other versions -
RoboHelp and Acrobat (probably Captivate too) will not.

File exists and dosn't exist on the same time ???

So here is my Problem:
I want to read a file from disk and for that reason I created a buffered reader, with the reading there is no problem. The problem is the way I access this file. I set the property user.dir to the directory of the file (this is necessery for keeping my application dynamic) (it isn't part of the classpath). Then I give over to the method that reads it the name of the file as a string. There I create a new File object with this code:
File diskFile = new File ( theNameAsString );
(The diskFile is later given to the FileReader..)
Now when I let print out the absolutePath the path is correct. But if I try:
diskFile.exists( );
the result is "false"
So I tried it an other way by instanciating the diskFile as follows:
diskFile = new File ( "fullQualifiedPath" );
The result of printing out the diskFile.getAbsolutePath( ); shows exactly the same as before, but if I try:
diskFile.exists( );
the result is "true"
and this time there is no FileNotFoundException
So what is wrong with the first way I try to access the file?

I'm thinking you may have a file name problem of some kind. Try this,
File diskFile = new File ( theNameAsString );
String fullName = diskFile.getAbsolutePath();
File anotherLookAtTheSameFile = new File(fullName);
Then try to see if anotherLookAtTheSameFile.exists() is true. I suspect it will not be. If it is, then it is likely that the "user.dir" property is changing between the time you instantiated 'diskFile' and the time you go to actually read the file. If it is, you could use 'anotherLookAtTheSameFile' instead of diskFile.

Can you have Firefox and IE browsers both at the same time and if so, do you have the choice of choosing one for a default browser?

I am using IE Explorer now presently. I want to be able to download and install the SEO Blogger tool from Wordtracker but it says that I have to have Firefox as the browser. Since I have everything else already set up under IE, I don't want to have to change all that just so I can download one program.

You can have both browsers installed and running at the same time. You can also choose what one to have as the default browser.
