Can u control position of the title tag?

Is there a way of controlling 'where' the title tag appears
when u roll over a link? On FF it appears nicely to the bottom
right, but IE (on v5.2 anyway) appears below centre, so on my list
of links vertically, the tag/label covers the link below!

Is there a site-wide title tag that I can edit or are the title tags specific to each individual page? I'm working on my title tags for Destination West at http://xibuhaohua.com and as you can see, it is in Chinese here as 西部豪华 but it's English here at Destination West. So, I'd like to know if I can edit each separately because I think they should be in different languages.

You can set the title for each page in the Page Properties dialog.
Note that on a master page, you can set a page title prefix or suffix if you'd like all your pages using that master to share a title prefix or suffix.

I have imported the same directly by code.
I am facing this issue on one of my system, but the same code is working fine in my other systems. I have tried re-insatlling jdev and importing all the files.
But still facing the same issue.. This might be some jdev issue in specific system ?

The Location bar shows me the TITLE tag info for a page in large font + the URL in small font. How can I turn off the display of the Title tag, I just want to see a list of URL's. Bad design to force it that way, I don't like it. I know what a URL is.

There was a feature similar to what you are describing, that was in and out of the Firefox 4.0 betas last fall, but the 3.6 versions never had anything remotely like what your description has me visualizing.

How do you delete audiobooks downloaded from Overdrive from the library from my Ipod Nano when I can't find any of the titles under Music in iTunes?

I've been uploading audiobooks from Overdrive and now that I'm done listening to them I want to delete them. After I hook my Ipod 7th gen up to the comp, it pulls up iTunes and I go to Music but I can't find any of the book titles there. They all show up in my songs group on my iPod. I've been manually managing the songs so I don't get all my husbands stuff on there. I've cruised through the other sections and tried searching the library without any luck. Any advice???

I try to set the html-title of the html file rendered by the portal framework. I've found the <head>-tag in the head.jsp skeleton file but there is not title tag. How is the header rendered and how could I determine the title for each page individually?

What issues did you have with setting the backing file to the desktop?
One solution is to set a page backing file for every page that you want to allow to affect the portal's overall title. In the page's backing file (which could conceivably be shared across all the pages in question) you would write some code that would do something like:
1) get the desktop backing context
2) get the desktop's title
3) get the page's title from the page's backing context
4) append the page's title to the desktop's title
5) set the new title on the desktop backing context
I haven't tested this code, but the common page backing file's relevant method would look something like this:

How to change the position of the title bar in XFCE?

I hate widescreens, but I bought one because only those are sold. There's a problem with them - The amount of text you can fit on the screen horizontally is quite low which means less lines of text and more scrolling. Also, I noticed that at least 50px is taken up by misc title bars and menus. There would be much more space if I got rid of them.
Unfortunately, getting rid of them is not an option. I need them. I was thinking that it perhaps would be possible to move the title bars of the windows to the side of the window. Mockup of how it would work included. Do you know of any such solution? That would really help.

I'm having a very hard time trying to figure out what you are asking. Your post is hard to read with the giant font sizes, but I'll try.
By vertical margin do you mean top & bottom? And what is an "adjust bar"?
That "title text box" is a header. There are also footers & they are enabled by default in a Pages word processing document (no such thing as 'iPage'). You can turn them off in the document inspector. To recover the space, change the size to zero before unchecking the box. To make this the default for new document you'll need to save as a template & set this template to be the default in preferences.

How can I move files using the title bar

I am using Mountain Lion, latest release (10.8.4) and am wondering if there is some secret options which would allow me to move files by clicking on the title bar (of e.g. preview) and moving it to a directory.
Unfortunately, I can only either create a link or copy the file. Moving seems to be deactivated, though I have learned from other forums posts that this was working under Tiger.
Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Depends on the application. iCloud-aware applications (Preview, Pages, etc) have the behavior you describe, and you can't move a file by dragging the thumbnail icon, but there is a small popup triangle to the right of the filename which contains the option "Move To" - you can then select your destination. It's not as seamless and dragging and dropping, though, I agree.
Non-iCloud-aware apps, like Office 2011, still allow drag-to-move from the titlebar icon.

I've got a dashboard that will link out to other dashboards. Is there a known OBIEE URL parameter or other method to overwrite the title of the browser window? Right now they all say the generic "Oracle BI Interactive Dashboards." I know I can overwrite this globally, but what if i want to change on a case-by-case basis?

Just in case if you are manually opening then try to use custom html page that should have frame object with src=obiee url

How can I control VCXO or the NCO?

I am working on a HDTV receiver project. I did some PLL loop code in the FPGA to find the carrier frequency of the input signal. Then I want to use the control signal out of the FPGA to control the VCXO. Can I do that? Is there a sample code for that?
The other choice is use this control voltage to control the NCO on ADC. Can I do that? Is there a sample code for that?

The module’s VCXO does not have a method of control from the FPGA. The calibration data when running the module on internal calibration data is configured outside the access that is available when programming the FPGA. The module’s PLL circuit is not accessible from the FPGA as well.
For configuring the NCO frequency on the fly, I believe it is technically possible, but not easy. There is no example at this time nor has it been attempted as far as I know. I say this as the control of the NCO frequency passes through the ni5640R Template Config ADC (FPGA).vi in the Configuration Timed Loop in the LV FPGA VI. The hard part is adding all the logic and required factors that is implemented in the ni5640R ADC Configure NCO.vi that runs on the Host and creates the actual data input that is written to the FPGA and on to the ni5640R Template Config ADC (FPGA).vi.

Can I control iTunes via the the remote on multiple iOS devices at the same time?

Hi, I know this is probably a no brainer but I have an iPad and an iPhone on one apple id both with the remote app on them. Problem is the app only seems to run on my iPad at the moment! Ideally it would run on both and on a third iPhone (my wifes and different apple id) at the same time so that we could all control the music... Is it possible?

IPod Shuffle 3rd Gen fully charged, blinks orange five times and I can't control it with the remote (I used 3 different remotes), volume is low and is iPod is unresponsive... any ideas on how to fix it?

The iPod was working fine, then after about 45 minutes of use i looked as if battery drained.
I charged it fully again (until green light) and then turned it on, green light and then orange light blinks five times...
I can't play /pause, or turn volume up or down from the remote... tried with original Apple earphones, and two Bose MIE2i (original and sports models)...
Any ideas of what can be wrong? or how can I fix it?
Already tried restoring it to factory settings.... it didn't solved the problem...

SPM 2.1 Scheduling Option - Daily. How can I control when during the day?

Hi All,
I understand that when you enable the "scheduling" option in the report, the report runs in the background and this caches the data to table opmdm_precalc_a.
You can set scheduling to daily or weekly runs. The weekly load can be set in the "Application Properties" menu e.g. to Sunday.
If I chose "daily", what time is it run then? The same time as the alert in "Application Properties"?
I've had a quick look at OPM* and RSXA* tables but couldnt see anything obvious as a clue.
