Can u get me out of this ?

Question

I had got my iphone 3gs from the US in april and it was purchased without contract from AT&T. When i got it here in India I jail broke it using Spirit. There was a dead pixel in my phone and hence i had to send it back to US for replacement. Before sending it I restored it back to factory settings. Now my current phone config is given below

can anyone get me out of this ?

Perhaps you should have done some more research before purchasing an iPhone from the US? If you had, you would have found out that it would not work in India and would not have purchased it in the first place?
Your solution is that you need to purchase another iPhone from a country like the UK that sells unlocked iPhones to get the phone to work in India. You can't do this online, so it would mean purchasing one next time you visit the UK, or getting a friend who is visiting the UK to purchase an unlocked iPhone from the Apple store.
I suppose it is too late to send your other iPhone back to the States and get a refund? If so, you are stuck with a non functioning and very expensive paper weight!
