Can u sync with other itune acccounts?

I am new at this but I was wondering if you can "share" music with others that use itunes? For instance, my ipod has music and I want to put it in a friends itune library! can this be done?

Nokia PC Suite supports only Microsoft Outlook Express, Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes and Lotus Organizer.
I don't know if there is any other synchronization apps that work with the 5300 and some other calendar, etc., on PCs. There is, for example, Oxygen Phone Managare that might at least allow you to edit/extract/import things.

  • My iphone 5 can not sync with my itunes cloud

my iphone 5 can not sync with my itunes cloud, how can i sync my iphone 5 with my library or is it not possible please help

Is your iPhone connected to your computer using the lightning cable or are you doing WiFi sync?
Sometimes the iPhone doesn't show up in the side bar if you're using WiFi syncing, if its not working, then be connected to your WiFi on your phone and on your computer (Same network) let me know how it's going, if it doesn't work still. Turn your phone off and on again and put in your pass code then try to sync it (keep your phone unlocked and not in sleep mode) tel me if it appears in the side bar.

  • I have just bought a new laptop, i am trying to sync my songs on my iphone to my itunes, but it says i can only sync with 1 itunes, any way round this?

iv just bought a new laptop, i am trying to sync my songs on my iphone to my itunes, but it says it can only be sync with 1 itunes, any way around this?

The iPhone like all iDevices is not a storage device, it is merely a mirror of the content in the library to which it is synced.
If you wish to sync to a new computer, the first step is to copy or move the iTunes media library from the old computer to the new computer.  This can be done via the network or by using an external hard drive.
Once the library has been moved, simply sync to the new computer.

  • Ipod can.t sync with new itunes

My itunes software got some problem so i remove it,then download a new one,but can't sync, screen show that one ipod just can sync with one itunes only,so what can i do;reset or what??HELP!

"Screen show that one ipod just can sync with one itunes only"
The message you are getting is due to your iPod being set to automatically update from iTunes (sync), an iPod can only sync with one library. If it is set to update automatically you'll get a message that it is linked to a different library and asking if you want to link to this one and replace all your songs etc. If your new iTunes has the same music as your iPod then pressing "Erase and Sync" will link your iPod to the library and update it with the songs you have on there.
However if your new library is empty choose "Cancel", your iPod should appear in the iTunes source list from where you can change the update setting to manual and use your iPod without the risk of accidentally erasing it. Also when using most of the utilities listed below your iPod needs to be enabled for disc use, changing to manual update will do this by default. Check the "manually manage music and videos" box in Summary then press the Apply button: Managing content manually on iPod
Once you are safely connected there are a few things you can do to restore your iTunes from the iPod. If you have any iTMS purchases the transfer of purchased content from the iPod to authorised computers was introduced with iTunes 7. A paragraph on it has been added to this article: Transfer iTunes Store purchases using iPod
The transfer of non iTMS content such as songs imported from CD is designed by default to be one way from iTunes to iPod. However there are a number of third party utilities that you can use to retrieve the music files and playlists from your iPod. You'll find that they have varying degrees of functionality and some will transfer movies, videos, photos, podcasts and games as well. Have a look at the web pages and documentation, this is just a small selection of what's available, they are generally quite straightforward. You can also read reviews of some of them here: Wired News - Rescue Your Stranded Tunes
    TuneJack Windows Only
    iPod2PC Windows Only
    iGadget Windows Only
    iDump Windows Only
    iRepo Windows Only
    iPodRip Mac & Windows
    YamiPod Mac and Windows Versions
    Music Rescue Mac & Windows
    iPodCopy Mac and Windows Versions
There is also a manual method of accessing the iPod's hard drive and copying songs back to iTunes on Windows or a Mac. The procedure is a bit involved and won't recover playlists but if you're interested it's available at this link: Two-way Street: Moving Music Off the iPod
Whichever of these retrieval methods you choose, keep your iPod in manual mode until you have reloaded your iTunes and you are happy with your playlists etc then it will be safe to return it auto-sync. I would also advise that you get yourself an external hard drive and back your stuff up, relying on an iPod as your sole backup is not a good idea and external drives are comparatively inexpensive these days, you can get loads of storage for a reasonable outlay.

  • The dreaded Can't Sync with this iTunes on this PC message

I’ve read most of the threads regarding this, but I can’t seem to find the appropriate answer as most of those deal with actually being able to sync to two different PC’s and that’s not what we want. We simply want to be able to sync with the original machine.
    Symptom
The iPod is synced with another iTunes library. An iPod can only be synced with one iTunes library.
    Background
My daughter manages her iTunes and iTouch on my machine only, but at one point plugged it into someone else’s machine to recharge it only. She mentioned that iTunes did pop up on the other machine but that she didn’t do anything regarding syncing. None of the music from the other machine is present on her iTouch, so we know that there was no syncing from the other PC to her iTouch
I Plugged in her iTouch to my PC as normal and got the above message.
The iTunes library here was blank although all the music files and purchases made on the PC were still resident on my machine.
It did recognized her iTouch, the only device we have by the way.
Seeing as I did not want to lose her purchases I clicked on transfer purchases and it did transfer back to iTunes all her purchased music and apps except for two that she purchased via WIFI, although those 2 tunes are still on her iTouch)
After the prior step, the library of other music that was resident on my machine still did not appear in iTunes.
I checked the preferences in iTunes and still recognized the folder where the music files are so that had me puzzled.
I then added the folder via the Add Folder To Library option and ITunes re-imported all the tunes back into iTunes, but I lost a lot of the associated folder artwork.
Problem still remains with the message “The iPod is synced with another iTunes library. An iPod can only be synced with one iTunes library.”
    *What should I do?*
    Thanks In Advance

You'll have to search all the hard drive for files with an ITL file extension.
Those are itunes database files for itunes libraries.
Make sure Windows Explorer is set to display file extensions.
Press *and hold* the shift key while starting itunes and browse to each ITL file that is found. See if you get the same message when plugging in the iPod to sync.
If you don't get that message, you've found the correct library file.
You'll probably want to move it to the default location before continuing.
Vaios have a habit of erasing the itunes library, BTW. The original library might have gotten completely erased by the sony software.

  • Sync problem "Iphone synced with other Itunes library"

Hi folks, I’m new to the forum and would appreciate some help.
I recently re-formatted my hard drive on my PC and re-installed Itunes. I have only ever used my iphone on this PC and this Itunes account. Now when I connect my Iphone 4 to my PC it can be seen in the devices section at the left hand side and there I can view all its contents as normal. However if I try to change the settings in the summary section to “manually manage music and videos” and press APPLY it come up saying “the iphone is synced with another itunes library” and says if I continue then my iphone content will be erased. I can’t even drop and drag music into my device as I used to do before formatting.
I really don’t want to delete my phones content as I’ve got it just the way I like it and would be a real hassle to do this. I don’t understand why itunes is saying that my phone is synced with another itunes library.
I also have the most recent update on my phone and was wondering if there's any way to sort this out?
    Thanks in advance
    Craig.

All iTunes content presently on your phone will be erased. If you have the same content in your iTunes library, just sync it back. If you have app data you want to preserve, backup your phone first, then restore from that backup, followed by syncing your content back to your phone. You can manually create a current backup by right-clicking your phone in the left device pane & selecting "Backup". Follow this by right-clicking again & selecting "Restore from Backup". Select the backup you just made. If prompted to create another backup, decline. Disable auto-sync before you do any of the above: iTunes>Preferences>Devices(under the edit menu if using windows). Make sure you have one contact & one calendar entry in whatever supported applications you use on your computer: DO NOT SYNC to empty applications. Doing so will erase data from your phone.

Try disabling a/v software and turning off the Firewall on your PC.
    Disable antivirus software
    Turn-Windows-Firewall-on-or-off
    Then try syncing your iPod.

  • My phone can't sync with my Itunes

So I have no idea why my phone can't sync. Itunes always gets to step 2 of 8 or something and say cannot sync because this computer is unauthorized. So I'd go and authorize it again, but it still won't sync. I'm not sure, but is this because my Iphone is version 5.1.1 and my Itunes is the newest one (I think, I updated it quite recently)?
If so, is updating my phone as well the only way to solve this problem?
I really would like to find out a way to sync besides updating? I really do not like ios 7 and I'm afraid updating it might slow down my phone.

  • Can't sync with new iTunes..whe syncing it stays on step 5 "waiting for changes to be applied"

So I downloaded the new iTunes and iPhone update a couple of days ago since then I have not been able to sync properly.
-Initially it said that my was over storage so I removed about half of my library.  Which was odd because initially it told me i was 158mb over then I deleted about 10 albums and I was still 32mb over.
-After I brought it down to under the storage level...I went to sync it, it would go all of the way through then be stuck on the last step and it would say "waiting for changes to be applied" after 5 minutes of that I would get a message that would pop up that says "The iphone could not be synced because the sync failed".
Does anyone know how to fix this?

I've been having the same problem. It would either get stuck at "Waiting for changes to be applied" or "Waiting for items to copy". My last successful sync was on 10/15. Tried a number of times either via wifi or direct connect.
Solved it in the following fashion:
Connected the phone to the computer via Lightning cable.
My phone was set to back-up to iCloud. Changed that setting to back up to the computer.
Unchecked the "Sync Music" option under the music tab.
    Hit apply.
After a wait - the back-up completed and all the music was removed from my phone.
Once it was done, re-checked "Sync Music" - it got past "Waiting for Changes to be Applied" at this point.

  • How can i transfer my music from iphone to itune. currently itune wouldnt allow this as i have also used my ipad? the message i get it says: the iphone is synced with another itunes library. do you want to erasethis iphone and sync with this itune?

an iphone can be synced with one itune library at one time. erasing and syncing replaces the contents of this iphone with the contents of this itune library!!
apple..... ypu sale these gadgets which i love but I dont want to earse the music on my iphone i would like to save them into my library, how can i do this? most of the music i have bought and i dont want to loose any of it!!!
    Please someone help me.

The iphone is not a storage/backup device.  The sync is one way - computer to iphone.  The exception is itunes purchases:  File>Transfer Purchases
Copy everything from your other library/computer, or your backup copy, to your new library/computer

  • How many iPods can sync with One iTunes account?

How many iPods can one sync with an iTunes account ? I have searched the net and there are many different posts but none conclusive. So was wondering if anyone here had a clear idea on that.
    Thanks in advance,
    -TRS

But how many ipod can I sync with only one iunes store account?
    None.
iPod don't sync with an iTunes account.
iPods sync with iTunes on a computer.
You can have 5 computers authorized to play songs/movies from one iTunes account.
Each computer can have 5 iTunes accounts authorized.
An iPod can have music/movies from 5 different iTunes accounts.
Note that this only applies to iTunes purchases with DRM, which is movies, tv shows and older iTunes music. All music now purcahsed is DRM free.
