I have a question:
Can use another software (not FMLE) to publish stream to FMS?
I ask this question because I want to use Authentication add-in to prevent user publish stream to FMS. This add-in only affect with FMLE, so, if user use another encoder software, they still can publish stream to my FMS

You can use any encoder to publish to FMS - you can write you own add-in to restrict any publisher - but you are right that FMLE add-in will work only for FMLE.
Actually i am not clear with your questions - Are you concerned that other publishers apart from FMLE would publish or you want add-in for other encoders - meaning do you plan to use another encoder?
If its first problem - you can do simple thing - turn SWF verification on - make exception for FMLE and have FMLE add-in - in this case only valid clients would be able to connect - even other encoders wont be able to connect - so if someone cant connect there is no way they can publish.

Thanks for replying, Jim. I wasn't planning to use it for raw images. I shoot film, black and white, and have many negatives I want to print. I am unfamiliar with the upgrades in Lightroom. I wasn't unhappy with the version I have. It was useful for my purposes.
Because it was a few years ago, I don't remember if I registered the product. I was able to login to my account. But could not find a path to communicate with Adobe. I will keep trying.

Only the carrier can authorise unlocking. You need to contact them.

Not using any mouse pad, I have a very smooth desktop. But I just tried to use a sheet of A4 printing paper, but no result, the problem persisted.
Someone on this forum suggested, that USB3 may interfere with the magic mouse.
I have 2 LaCie HDD's about 70 cm away from the mouse, I use them on Thunderbolt. But in operation or not - the result is the same, the mouse plays up! Just now I was clicking the desktop and the mouse created a new folder!!

In Image Capture I need to change the device to "Use Twain Software" I believe this should be seen as an option under the menu "Devices" unfortunately this does not appear as an option for me therefore I can't make the change. Can anyone help?

Yes, I specified that the target is WWV_FLOW_FILES. However, I queried the view and the data was not inserted into it. I'm going to run some tests meanwhile (query the table wwv_flow_file_objects$).
Do I have to configure something else with the file browse besides to set the target to WWV_FLOW_FILES?

For this, there is a preference which ensures that you are always asked if you want to remove or retain the file in Catalog. Even if preference is not checked, files are only removed from Catalog and not from HDD.

I've installed Flash Media Server and send stream to it use Flash Media Live Encoder via rtmp://mydomain.com/live. And on my website, I've embed code to play this live stream via rtmp://mydomain.com/live. All ok!
But, any user can install Flash Media Live Encoder and connect to my FMS, publish his/her stream (because url to publish and view is same)
My question is: how to prevent end-user publish stream to my FMS, only allow end-user view my live stream?

You didn't buy anything form us as this is a user-to-user forum. We're all just ordinary people, not employed by Adobe, just trying to help other out.
So what exactly is the problem? Is your serial number a 24-digit number commencing 1057 or an alpha-numeric code? If the latter then what you have is a redemption code, not a serial number and you must register it at http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/redemption-code-help.html when it will be converted to a serial number. If it does start 1057 and you are connected to the Internet but it still doesn't work contact Adobe at http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-deactivation-products.html, start a Chat and explain your problem to them.

I cannot open pdf files from one supplier when using Adobe Reader but I can open it if using Google PDF viewer or another viewer. The Adobe reader gives the error "There was an error opening this document. The file is damaged and could not be repaired" when I try to open the file. The version of Adobe Reader is 10.1.7, however I have tried other versions and they all fail the same way. I have tested on a number of different PC's in different networks and all fail using Adobe Reader but work using alternate viewer. Also the PC's will open a PDF from any other source.

Newer Reader versions are more strict than older versions (and other PDF viewers). If certain minimum requirements are not met, Reader will tell you that the PDF is damaged. This can happen when a document was created with software that does not adhere to PDF standards, or when the file was damaged during a download or email transmission.
You should contact the creator of these PDFs.

I as a webdeveloper can edit site - but not the invited publisher?

Hei, I have a strange problem. I invited 2 cclients, to try out ICE and with the first client as publisher it was immediately successful.
I invited him to a second site, but this time the answer was, no editable region. But I can edit it on my account and all codes are the same than on the first site, which the client is able editing and publishing.
Today I invited another customer and the same problem occurs - I can edit the site, but she cant. I invited her as a publisher.
We even changed roles, by setting up an account, where she invited me as the publisher and she was the webdeveloper.
The same thing occured, that I could edit and publish but she couldn`t....this is not logical to me!!!
Please help.

The typeface has to be on the computer of your visitor as well.
If not, an replacement typeface will be used.
Either iWeb provides the alternative, or the browser chooses one.
It's not iWeb specific.

IPod/iPad cannot be used, required software not installed

Hi,
This problem just started after the last update to the latest iTunes for Windows. When connecting to the computer, iTunes shows a popup that says:
"This iPod cannot be used because the required software is not installed. Run the iTunes installer to remove iTunes, then install the 64-bit version of iTunes."
I've ran the installer and done that several times. I've rest both iPod and iPad, but I still get the above error when trying to connect.

I finally had success!! I saw in another forum a post where the person had the same problem and removed QuickTime and then iTunes, restarted, and then re-installed iTunes. This person said it worked. So, I took it a step more and did this:
1-Uninstalled QuickTime
2-Uninstalled Apple Moble Device Manager
3-Uninstalled Apple Software Update Manager
4-Uninstalled iTunes
5-Restarted Computer
6-Installed iTunes
7-Restarted Computer
After that, all is well. You might not need to do all that, but that is what worked for me on my Windows 8 machine after the last iTunes update.
