Dear All,
We are broadcasting revenue dashboards on every Monday.
1. Can we automate a notification e mail before Monday with alert if there is no revenue on Dashboards.
2. Also need to automate stop sending broadcasting e mail on Monday if there is no revenue on Dashboards.

Unfortunately there is no email bursting & broadcasting features available in dashboard so far.

I have sound turned on under general> sounds. The volume is all the way up and I can hear it when i adjust it. However under notifications sound is not an option for mail or iMessage. Just badges and alerts. Both of which are on. I would really like to hear my notifications. Any suggestions.

Can I have push notifications for Mail, like on the iPhone?

Hello,
I was wondering if it's possible to enable push notifications for Mail on the Mac, basically like on the iPhone. I know that you can choose how often you want Mail to check your inbox, but this only works if Mail is open. Is there a feature that allows me to close the application, but still receive notifications when a new mail arrives?

Not as yet, although
1. The installation of third party programs such as Growl may give you this option. I don't use it personally so       have a look at it and similar but at your own risk
2. Wait for Mountain Lon (10.8) to be released later this year as they are advertising such things as                  notifications, more in line with the iOS interface of iPads and iPhones

3. In the meantime, do some reading here on threads relating to Mail in Lion as it seems like you certainly    having an issue with Mail that most people do not have.

Okay ... we've got Mountain Lion and we have Apple Mail for Mountain Lion.
Now, back to my recollection for Apple Mail and plain ole Lion ... when I hit the "envelope" icon in Mail, or hit CMD-Shift-N, I heard my sound (Basso) and I saw the rotating cursor beside each of my accounts.
But with Mountain Lion, I just hear the Basso sound, but no rotating cursor.
Fine ... just please tell me what I can do to retrieve the rotating cursor visual indicator, or notification.
Obviously, this is not a gigantic deal, just something I'm used to.

I have lot of pending mail there in workflow notification mailer. Most of the mail status is mail. So that I can't send any new email to anyone. Please advise me Shall I purge pending mail status?

- so that I can read them if necessary while I am on holiday
- lost all my e-mails and history while my computer crashed last year and I don't know how to prevent that next time

Login to your account via webmail and look for forwarding options.

How can I automatically purge older email from my device with ios7?

Sine the upgrade to the ios7, I have tons of older emails downloading to my device, nothing automatically purges, to is using all my available space. I have lost the message quantity limitation. Where can I set up to remove older messages from device. I have marked all as read to no avail....

I don't think there is an email quantity setting within iOS 7. The only settings I could find is an age setting. If you'd like to do this go to Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Select your email address > Change the 'Mail days to sync' option.

I get that every once in a while on my 3GS, and that's what I do to get rid of it. Probably not a bad idea to power down the phone every so often, anyway, gets rid of any crud waiting to cause a bug.

Can you automatically print email attachments in Outlook 2013 with a standard "out of the box" rule

I know there is a standard "print it" rule in Outlook 2010 that prints the email not the attachment. I heard that there is a standard rule in Outlook 2013 that prints attachments. Is this true? I have Outlook 2010 currently and am having trouble
with scripts that are suppose to auto print attachments. If this feature is now a standard rule in Outlook 2013 I would upgrade.

Please note, both Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2013 only have the rule with the action "print it", but neither of them has the action to print the attachment. You need to use a macro which prints the attachments of the emails.
Some 3rd-party add-ins may also help.

When you have a problem with one particular site, a good "first thing to try" is clearing your Firefox cache and deleting your saved cookies for the site.
1. Clear Firefox's Cache
orange Firefox button ''or'' Tools menu > Options > Advanced
On the Network mini-tab > Offline Storage : "Clear Now"
2. If needed, delete the site's cookies here
While viewing a page on the site, right-click and choose View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
Then try reloading the page. Does that help?

Blackberry's automatic delivery notification encourages spam mail.

To anyone who is listening, please either disable the Blackberry's automatic delivery notification, or give us Blackberry users the option to change it to manual delivery notification requiring our approval before delivery notification is sent.
Spammers harvest the email addresses and the automatic delivery notification tells them that they sent spam to a good/valid address.
My wife and I both noticed that since we started using the Blackberry, the number of spam mail has progressively increased. Today, I discovered why. I noticed in the sent mail log, that the Blackberry is sending out delivery notification automatically each time an email is opened/read. A lot of times, I can't figure out if something is junk until I open up the email. That's when the Blackberry sends delivery notification. Sure, the spammers request delivery notification, that's how they can confirm whether their junk mail reached the intended party. And thus, they harvested a valid email address that they use for the next spam mail. The Blackberry makes it too easy for the spammer to validate a good delivery email address, and for mail that's being forwarded from a "disposable address" to my real address, now the spammers get to harvest my real email address when the Blackberry includes it in their delivery notification.
So please, please disable the automatic delivery notification. Let me decide who I will send delivery notification.

Can I turn off "Undelete" in Mail?

This just started happening in Yosemite:
If I click the "Delete" button in Mail to delete an email message, the "Delete" button changes to "Undelete." If I click on "Undelete" it changes back to "Delete" (but it doesn't bring back the email I just deleted -- which is good since I don't want it to).
If I want to go down a list of email messages and delete them one after another without reading them, I have to click twice on the Delete button to Delete the next message in line.
I have never seen this "Undelete" feature in Mail before. Why is it there? Can I turn it off?!

i tried a lot of methods, but still not working.
1. i restore the phone for a few time and set as new phone, problem is not solved
2. reinstall the app, same thing.
it works for only a few days.
But my friend facebook app is working properly.

Can Mail remember SMTP with am airport network?

I have searched these forums to no avail...
I seem to remember that MAil is suposed to be able to remember your outgoing SMTP server
along with the Airport network.
Can't find a setting in mail for this. IS it there somewhere?
I, like many hop between airport networks ,and it would be great to have mail remember and know
which SMTP server to use on a specific airport network.

Mail has no way of knowing how you are connected. You would need to create new accounts mail; the POP details can't be duplicated from an existing account, so just enter garbage but add the new SMTP details. Go into 'Advanced' and uncheck 'include when automatically checking for new mail' (or you will get lots of error messages).
Now when you answer or create a message you will have the option to choose a different account for a different SMPT server.
