  • V/04 : Change condition table (pricing sales&distribution) technical view

    Hello,
I want to modify table A073 (just modify checkbox in technical view) using V/04 but It ask me a access key.
the data are stored in table T681E, How can i modify the table T681E ?
What transaction i have to use ?
Is there any user exit can i use it ?
    Thank you for your help.

    Hi ABdou,
The best way is to get the access key from any ABAPer(normally they have the access key) or you can try in any of the below mentioned Table.views by going to Tcode SM30(click on Maintain)
    V_T681_IND             Conditions: Condition Index
    V_T681A             Conditions: Application
    V_T681COMP       Maintain T681COMP
    V_T681F             Field Catalog (&1 &2)
    V_T681H            Conditions: Archiving Control
V_T681O           Allowed Document Types for Condition Index
    V_T681V            Conditions: Usage
    V_T681Y_BMEN     View Maintenance: T681Y_BMEN
    V_T681Y_BMEN_USR     View Maintenance: T681Y_BMEN
    V_T681Z           Conditions: Usage/Application
Most of the pricing related tables are cross-client and hence very limited EDIT access would be provided(generally it would be Read only access)
If you come across any changes that need to be made in any of the above mentioned tables you can go ahead and give it a try using SM30.(Maintain)
    Hope it helps

  • Can I change the table name in a mapping without redoing  the connections?

    Hi All,
I have a mapping that connects table A to table B_old. Is there a way change table "B_old" to "B_new" without altering any of the connections? (in other words, I just want to swap out the table)
    Thanks
    irene

You can rename the table within the mapping and then synchronize it with the new table, using the option "match by names". The fields must have the same names as the new table fields. New fields will be created in the table.

  • Changing the table name while drill down at the dashboard query

I have a DAY fact table that has about 1B rows.
The purpose of this table is to store on hand quantity for each item per day.
On the presentation layer I have a dashboard that will display average on hand qty per year and then user can drill down to quarter/month/week and then by day level to see the actual value at evey level.
Its hard to run aggregation on fly as all my 3 TEMP tablespace 32gb each filled and then I get error can not extent TEMP file.
So I thought I will do the aggregation at the database level and store the aggregated data in another table. So at first dashborad will read this new aggregated table to display qty at yearly. As soon as user drill down to quarter the dashbord should query the actual DAY fact table by filtering for specific year and quarter.
IS it possible? Can I change the table name while I drill down to lower level?
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi use,
Yes. This is possible in OBIEE. You need to use Action Links to have navigation between reports. The main idea is to have 2 analysis. One with your aggregated data by year (using your aggregated table), and another one with the rest of the hierarchy and data (using normal fact table)
You add an action link on this report, that can navigate to the second report. showing "the details" (in your case would be the rest of the time dimension).
Please refer to http://www.rittmanmead.com/2010/07/obiee-11gr1-action-framework-and-conditions/ for actions links.
Another way is to create 2 analysis, then go to the 2nd analysis, and filter the column year as "Is based on results of other analysis" and you select there the first analysis. In this case when you click on the year in the first analysis, this value will be passed to the second analysis so you can filter the rest of the hierarchy based on the year you clicked on the first analysis.
    If helpful, assign points.

  • HOW TO DELETE A CONDITION TABLE??

    HI
DOES ANYONE KNOWS HOW TO DELETE CONDITION TABLE?
    THANKS

    Vikas,
Do you want to delete a pricing condition table?
    T-Code: V/04
In Change Mode, enter the condition table number and press enter. You can delete the condition table using menu Condition>Delete
If this condition table is part of a access sequence then you have to remove the table from the access sequence and then delete the table using the steps above.

  • Create condition table

Can anybody explain how to create a condition table in a detailed manner step by step?
Thanks in advance for the answers.

    HI
You can change and maintain the condition tables in the standard system. You can also create new condition tables to meet the needs of your own organization. You create and maintain condition tables in Customizing.
From the initial screen of Customizing for Sales and Distribution, you reach the condition table screens by choosing Basic functions --> Pricing -->Pricing Control -->Define condition tables. Then select the mode you want to work with (create, change, display).
ou can create new condition tables to meet the pricing needs of your organization. When you create a new condition table, you select a combination of fields from the list of allowed fields. The selected fields define the key for the subsequent condition records.
Before you select the fields for the key, there are two things to consider:
The sequence (or hierarchy) of the fields
Which fields you want to appear in the header and item areas of the corresponding fast-entry screens
    Important Fields
In sales, the fields you should take into consideration are Sales organization and Distribution channel. The sales organization is nearly always used as a criteria in pricing, because different sales organizations often want to use their own prices, discounts, and surcharges. If you use the sales organization as a criterion in pricing, you should also use the distribution channel. If you do not want to establish different prices, discounts, and surcharges for each distribution channel, use the field anyway. In Customizing for Sales, you can use one distribution channel as a reference for all others (thereby sharing the same pricing data).
    Deciding the Sequence of Fields
The order of the fields in a condition table affects the performance of the system during pricing. Two general guidelines will help you create an efficient condition table:
       1. If you select fields that are connected to the structure of your organization (for example, sales organization and distribution channel), assign the fields according to the level of general applicability: Put the most general field, for example, the sales organization in the highest position and the most specific field in the lowest.
       2. After organizational fields, place fields from the document header before those that come from the item level. (For example, Customer comes before Material)
After you have selected the fields for the key on the screen where you maintain and define condition tables, choose F16 Generate to generate the table in the system. Generation prepares the condition table for storing condition data.

  • How to change the table's for an existing report

    Hello,
How can I change the table names for reports created with a different table name? for e.g If I created a report which included a table called "2009_10_example", How can I change that table to a different table "2010_10_example1".
I am using Crystal reports 2008, and the reports were created using Report Creating Wizard.
    Thanks,
    Abhishek

In the Database Menu, there is an option Set Datasource Location.  This allows you to pick a table from the current tables used, and select a table to replace it with.  Press the Update button, and Crystal will swap one for the other.  If the field names and data types are all the same, it will automatically change all references throughout the report to the new table's fields.
May I suggest that your tables are set up improperly if you have to change report code to run it for different months?  The data should all be in one table with dates, and parameters to select the date range to report on.  (That was said in the spirit of helping...)

  • How to get the Reports of Change Tracking Table in MDM?

    Hi!
Please tell me how to get the reports of Change Tracking Table in MDM which is a System table, directly from MDM without using any interface.
Thanks in advance for the reply.
    With Best Regards
    Devendra Pandey

    Hi Devendra,
MDM can track changes on tables and fields. <u>The level of change tracking, and which tables/fields to track, are configurable in the MDM Console</u>. MDM opens a new database on the same database engine as the MDM repository and writes all change records to this database.

  • Pricing condition table and condition type question

    hi guys,
We can use same condition table in pricing for multiple condition types.I am wondering how system knows which condition records should be applicable for which condition type in the same table.
I know the structure KOMV has those details, but thats used during the run time.
Do we have database table which preserve this relation /link ? Please help.
I also would like to know the  tables / fields /structures  which can be used at run time for defining requirements in pricing procedures.
    Thanks
    Dona

    Hi,
Condition types are assigned with access sequences.
These are the determining sequences in order to select which condition table is to be selected for that particular scenario.
Generally the access sequences are tested to the condition records on their priority basis.
    pricing procedure
    condition type
    access sequence
    condition table
    selection records.
hope this would help you understand the concept.
    regards,
    Siddharth.
