Can we change the chapter id of a material after migo i.e, GR?

Hi,
Can we change the chapter id of a material after GR and before invoice, because the invoice is not taking the tax rate of PO as the chapter id is changed in the next month. So i want to change the chapter id of that material and then post invoice later change the chapter id as it is. Need suggestions.

Procedure to Change Excise rate from 12% to 10 % for TAXINJ Tax Procedure.
1. Change the Validity period of Excise tax rates in J1ID transaction code valid to date to 18.02.2014
2. Download Excise Tax rates from J1ID transaction code into Excel as it is. (Keep it in a separate file)
3. Now change the Validity period Valid from to 19.02.2014 and Valid to date to 31.12.2999 and upload the data into Excise tax rates in J1ID Transaction code.
If you have already captured & posts the Excise invocie then system defaults the same duties in MIRO transaction. MIRO fetches the duties from J_1IGRXREF table.
If your invoice needs to be posted with the old rates, try creating a new tax code and check it once in MIRO. Check first in Dev server and proceed.

Hi,
You can change valuation class, or you can set valuation category for your material master. If valuation category is set you can extend your material master and in this way creating records for different valuation types.
Please try to set the desired changes in your mmr (MM02) > save > SAP will give you error message > push 'Display error' button and you will see what conditions must be eliminated to carry out the change.
- you are not allowed to have open transactional data
- no stock in the current and previous period (using proper posting date in MB1A + 201 you can reduce your stock level to 0, and after that you can set it back by MB1A + 202)
- in case of valuation category setting batch archiving may be necessary

Can I change the default wait time to redial after a busy signal?

If I fax using my external USB modem, and I get a busy signal, the system waits something like three minutes before redialing. Is there a way I can change that to 1 minute? I can't find the preference for that anywhere I've looked, but I'm betting it exists somewhere.

I'm not sure this will work, but you can try it. ..
Create a character style that does nothing but apply the contextual alternates attribute (check the box under OpenType Features inthe style defintion dialog). Then add a GREP style to your paragraph style to match the "a" and apply the character style you just created.

You can't change the time, which is 15 minutes, after which you don't have to re-enter your password, but I think that signing out of your account when you've downloaded what you want will work : Settings > Store > Sign Out . Or just wait 15 minutes before handing the phone over.

I have to do a migration from OWB 9.0.4 and Oracle 9.2.0.6 to OWB 10.1.0.4 and Oracle 10.2.0.1. I have a New Server.
I have done a Partial Export/Import.
Then as explain the OWB Installation Manual on Chapter 3 Update to OWB 10.1 and Migrating Data I follow the Migration...
But I have a Doubt!!!!! In some places the manual say: YOU HAVE TO CREATE THE SAME TABLESPACES.
For example:
*) Pre-create the tablespaces in your Oracle Database 10g environment to exactly match the tablespaces in your prior version of Oracle Database
*) Whenever an upgrade instruction in this chapter requires creating a Warehouse Builder user, create the user with he identical schema name and default tablespaces as its prior counterpart in Warehouse Builder 9.0.4.x or 9.2.x
*) In your Oracle Database 10g database instance, connect as the SYS user and create the new Warehouse Builder Design Repository user with the same name, the same default data tablespace, and the same temporary tablespace as your old Design Repository
*) Make sure the names and tablespaces you specify for your new Runtime Repository and Runtime Access user match the the names and tablespaces from your previous Oracle Database instance. Both default and temporary tablespaces must match the previous version.
*) Make sure to assign to each new schema the same name, the same default data tablespace, and the same temporary tablespace as in the previous version of your Warehouse Builder Target Schemas.

Can't think of an easy way to do thie.
You could import by table - all tables in ts1, then change the users default tablespace, to ts2 etc.
Bit long-winded.
You could also pre-create the tables in the schema using the indexfile option on imp(port).
do imp...indexfile=impexp.sql
This creates a file (impexp.sql) with the table, index and constraints creation syntax.
You need to edit this to get the table creation sql, then change the tablespaces for each of the tables to the ones you want.
You run this to create the empty tables, then when you import, use ignore=y.

Hi,
I am planning to publish a series of books in diffreent languages (german, french, english and portugese). In different templates, the chapters and sections are labelled like "Chapter 1" or "Section 3". These labels appear in english irrespective of the language used in the text (like german). In that case the labels sould be "Kapitel 1" or "Sektion 3"!
I have not found a way to change this also i can chose to show eiter the label, the number or both. Where can i change the label text? Chapter -> Kapitel.

OK I am sure that this is a common issue. Back when my daughter was about 9 or 10 years old, we bought her an iPod Touch. She was too young to have an AppleID of her own, so I set one up for her using an extra gmail accoun that I had, and entered my birthdate/age. A few years later, she received an iPad, and most recently, an iPhone. All of these devices are tied to the same AppleID.
Well, now she will be 13 years old soon, and I would like to switch things to represent reality. She has her own email account, and I believe you can go to My Apple Id to change the Apple ID name and e-mail address. My question is, can we change the age associated with the account?
I hear you saying, "Just create a new AppleID for her." That may end up being the only solution, but I am trying to avoid having two AppleIDs for her to keep up with. She has already purchased a fair amount of content (music and apps) under the existing AppleID, and I am pretty sure from looking at the posts on this Community that you can not transfer content away from the AppleID under which it was downloaded/purchased. And so, if I create a new AppleID, she will have to re-purchase the content to get it all in one place. I have a similar situation however a bit more complicated! It seems that when I was setting the birthdate I forgot to change the year so now my seven years old daughter shows up as a two months old! There is no way to change the birthdate because it shows up in light grey when I login into my daughters account and doesn't allow a change! The birthdate can be changed only when the child turns 13 however according to this she will have to be 20 before she can change it to show property 13 and here is where this is getting completely out of hand! Now to make things more complicated I have twin daughters and they came up with their unique but similar Apple ID, so changing one will require to change both Apple IDs! After being on the phone with Apple's customer support for about one hour I talked to a supervisor and the supervisor of the supervisor and their only solution is to create a new Apple ID! Of course in my case I will have to create two new Apple IDs, and I'm considering doing it. However when I started reading it becomes more complicated because I already made their Apple IDs part of my family group. It seems like you're not able to just let go of family member that is less than 13 years of age. You can only transfer it to another family, so Apple is making sure there are no kids left behind It seems like the only option will be to "abandon" the family and then create a new family with the new Apple IDs. If all this sounds bizarre to you it sounds bizarre to me too! If I can just put the kids in the car and drive them to the nearest one hour away Apple Store and have them show their credentials confirming their birthdate I would rather do that than having to spend more and more time with this issue, but that was not an option pointed out by customer support. So folks keep in mind that if you make a mistake your children's age is set in stone until he or she turns 20 if they happen to be seven at the time you made the mistake and no one can change this, even Apple! Now on the positive side I'm glad I didn't do the mistake when she was 13 or she will have to wait until she's 26 Most likely I'll be calling customer support tomorrow again and I will let you know how it went!

You need to add that attribute using the config tool for your view configuration. Select the attribute All Day from the context node BTDATE in the available fields to your display field and then save it. It should now be visible in your UI and now you can select or uncheck it to make the time field enable. Check the below image

To change the screenshot capture location to a new place on your Mac, first think of a location that would serve you properly. We like to place ours in a "Screenshot" folder located inside of the User's "Pictures" folder. To change the location to this new location, open the Terminal and enter the following command:
defaults write com.apple.screencapture location /Users/[u]/Pictures/Screenshots/
Replace "[u]" with the name of the user on your system. Once you have entered this command, let's restart the screen capture utility by restarting the SystemUIServer by entering the following command:
killall SystemUIServer
You can optionally log out and back in instead of entering this second command, thus restarting the SystemUIServer. Once restarted, all screen captures taken from here on out will end up in your /Pictures/Screenshots/ folder in the User's home folder on your Mac.
