can we change the doc date in a purchase order ?
i have created PO with wrong dates but now want to correct it, but its not letting me do it ...why ?

I don't think DOC DATES can be changed. You can only change the posting dates of the Goods receipt and Invoice documents as that is what matter for your financial consolidation.

Hi Shetty,
I am assuming your issues is around posting the PI document and the count date i.e.Posting period is in last month and hence you are stuck.
If your client is ok to perform posting in previous period then try MMRV and allow posting in previous period and complete the Inventory counting posting and adjustment (write off differences and revert back the settings)
Other option would be to used above suggestion post PI doc without difference. Then create new PI document with correct count date.

I'd like to know how can I change the posting date using CO13.
So I have a confirmation in date 30/6 for exemple, but I'd like to cancel it in posting date 1/7, but the systems takes the date of the original confirmation. Can I change it any way?

Dear Roger,
this is only possible in case if the bookin periode is closed. In this case it's allowed to change the booking date in CO13 and the date field gets automatically inputable, normaly it's greyed out.
As long as the booking periode is open, the system automatically use the date from confirmation.

There is an initialization parameter called FIXED_DATE which lets you set a fixed sysdate for testing purposes, and you can alter that date using the ALTER SYSTEM command, but as implied by the name you are setting a data/time that doesn't change. Since the normal sysdate is derived from the O/S it cannot be altered through SQL

Hi,
You can easily change ur decimal place in OY04 by seeting number of decimal place to ur currency.
But be careful as it cause a huge effect to ur finance documents, read system message carefully before applying.

Hello, Amit,
no, but you can change the partner functions in the PO, like "Invoicing Party", "Vendor", "Goods Supplier" -- depends on you customizing for partner schemas.
However, this should be used only in case when during the purchase order lifecycle the partner has been changed (as result of merger, bankrupcy, factoring); otherwise, it is much easier to simply delete the PO and create a new one.

How can i change the Creation Date of a video (mts-Format)?

I work with Phohoshop Elements 13 an i use Online-Album (Revel)
My Problem:
I would like to change the Creation Date of a Video-File (mts-Format). I don't no why but the date (in Metadata) is wrong and i would like it to change. If i change it in Photoshop Elements the Date (Edit... Change Date...) it seems that the date has changed, but in reality in the Metadata is still the wrong date (see attachment).
Why this ist important for me:
The Adobe Revel (Online-Album) takes always the date from the metadata which is wrong.
Any idea how i can resolve my Problem?

I just ran into the same problem. Except that after a while Adobe will undo the changes I have made to the date.
Here's a screen shot I just made of one of the files.

follow this and check.
1. u can change your pricing date directly in the Sales order document. but the required delivery date u have to see. b'coz in std sap it is for 7 days.
2. u can change the pricing date in the sales document header level (VoV8) under requested delivery date/pricing date option.
3. while at delivery the selection date u should check. Its should be selection date= material availablity date/tranportation planning date.
4. posting date u should check while u r doing MB1C.
after all u create the order and see.

I accidentaly set my Nikon D50 to the wrong date and time recently (2005 instead of 2006) and only realised it when I had imported them into Aperture.
I can't seem to see how to change the date and time within the EXIF data - anyone know how to do this?

Use "search discussions" on this forum to look this up -- there was a lot of discussion a while back. As I understand it (but don't take my word on this), the long and short of it is that you can't change the date/time embedded in the master image. A much-requested feature. There's a shareware program called Timeature that lets you work around it. But the question gets messy when you get into what data will export with an image, and so on, so it's worth going back to those earlier threads.

My requirement is i need to change the Delivery dates( Picking date, Transp Planning date, Loading date and Planned GI date ) . The delivery is being made by the Purchase Order through transaction VL10B .The source dates are the dates from the PO. The dates are to be copied for the condition that the order should be of ZDL type and delivery ZXN1. Now there is a routine 301 for this condition .
I tried to change the dates in this routine but these dates are overwritten by a function module SD_SCHEDULING .
So is there any other method or exit or any other routine for this.
I would like to have a copy of the following dates :
u2022     Mat. Staging(PO) = Picking
u2022     Transp. Planning(PO) = Transp. Planning
u2022     Loading(PO) = Loading

How do I convert a PDF to a doc that I can email and receivers can't change the doc?

I am emailing a 20 page PDF to a Board and need to have it in a form that can't be manipulated once it is received. Suggestions and how do I do it? (Obviously I'm very green in working with PDFs!)

Open the file in Acrobat and select ctrl-D, followed by the security tab. Request security to restrict changing the PDF and related issues. You may still want to allow printing. The save and close the document. It should be ready to go. Keep in mind that the security is not absolute, but is fine for most uses.

No you can't, I have not even come across any 3rd party application that can do that. The time stamp (receive & sent) is made by the provider message center.

You ask ABAPer to write a program in that program you give one text file as input with old GL and new GL corresponding to that old GL so that the program will replace it with new GLs.
firat extract all POs which you want and give those PO numbers and GL text file as input in this program and execute
