Can we download Action Voip Software on Mac Book Pro?

You can download absolutely anything to the MBP, but if you want to run Action VOIP on it, you'll have to install MS Windows to run it in.

  • Can I download MS publisher to my Mac Book Pro?

I have a disc with microsoft publisher but the macbook pro won't read it.

    You can't.
Microsoft Publisher works only on Windows PCs.
You can install Windows using Boot Camp (already on your disk) or via Apps like Parallels. If you consider doing so, you need a Windows CD with serial number.
In my humble opinion: don't do it, it's pain in the a..!

    Hi...
If you are referring to iBooks on iOS based devices, no, they cannot be read on the Mac OS X. Two different operating systems.

I can't download the itunes in  my mac book,What can I do?

There is a OneClickdigital ereader available in the App Store. Download that to your iPod to read pdfs and books from the library. And you might need to download the OneClickdigital eaudio player to listen to audiobooks from the library. Once both are downloaded sync you iPod again to transfer them.

how can I download microsoft package in my mac book air

Without office installer dvd: visit office.microsoft.com, go to Store, and then select Office Products. Download/purchase what you need.
If you have the office installer dvd already, and another Mac with a dvd drive neearby, the other Mac (with DVD Sharing enabled) can host the dvd and you can access it from your macbook air using Remote Disc. See http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5287?viewlocale=en_US
You can also opt to buy a separate Apple USB Superdrive.

  • Can't get WIFI on my new Mac Book Pro

Setting up my new Mac Book Pro and on the WiFI page, I see and select my network name.  Enter password and it hangs.  Try other networks and get same result.  I have two iPads and they work fine as do other devices. I thought I maybe maxed out on my router so I disconnected two iPads from the network and the Mac still hangs after I enter the password.  I know the the PW is right cause I can reconnect my iPads.  DSL router is a Century Q1000. Does the Mac Book Pro require a different WiFi router?

A sad loss to bundled software, with, I presume, their thinking being that optical media is soon to be a thing of the past. Superdrives have been done away with in the newer MacAirs and MacBook Pros and will eventually disappear in all devices. Downloading Apps, updated, visual and audio media, etc. will all take place via wireless transfer, as with SmartPhones and Tablets. Therefore who will need a program that makes great DVDs?
Me for one. Still have iDVD on my iLife '11 DVD and will keep it until all my Macs are no longer supported, which could be next year or next decade, who would know. So as babowa says, get a DVD while they are still available.
    Good Luck

  • Can i connect two monitors to my mac book pro with HDMI?

can i connect two monitors to my mac book pro with HDMI?

I retract my previous "No." If you can live with limited performance (slow refresh/choppy action video/no gaming) on the second external monitor, you could use a USB video adapter and a DVI-HDMI adapter to connect it to a USB port on your computer.

Just a note about the system information that appears below your post: iOS 4.3.3 does not run on Macs, only on iPods, iPads and iPhones. When you're posting about your MBP, it would be more useful to those responding to know which version of Mac OS X you're running. Doesn't matter for purposes of this post, but something to remember for future posts.

  • I downloaded Mountain Lion on my Mac Book Pro but when I go to install it, it says "OS X cannot be installed on Lion."   Any advice?

I downloaded Mountain Lion on my Mac Book Pro but when I go to install it, it says "OS X cannot be installed on Lion."   Any advice?

Right-Click the "Install OS X Mountain Lion" installer under /Applications and select Show Package Contents and drill down through the folders; Contents/SharedSupport.  Drag the InstallESD.dmg file to your desktop.  Grab an 8GB USB stick as the file is 4.35GB's and might not fit on a 4GB USB stick.  Then mount the DMG by double-clicking it and stick your 8GB USB stick in and that will mount then you can use Disk Utility to restore the DMG to the 8GB USB stick.  Then shutdown and reboot while holding the Option key and select the USB drive.  See if that will let you install Mountain Lion.
One more thing, you have to format the USB Stick first and ensure it's set to GUID mode (under Partition tab Options button) or it won't boot.

  • How can I retrieve deleted trash on a mac book pro?

How can I retrieve deleted trash on a mac book pro? I inadvertently trashed and then deleted a file from my computer. Is there any way to retrieve it?

Only be using data rescue software - and there's always the chance that the file has already been overwritten.
I've used Data Rescue 3 to succesfully retrieve files that I've trashed. It's an $100 gamble, tough, and there's no assurance that you'll be able to retriebve the file.

  • Can I instal Lightroom on my two mac book pro?

Can I instal Lightroom on my two mac book pro?

Apple decision to remove iDVD will deter me from recommending Mac to fellow Windows users.
Many other Mac users feel the same way.

Now that my newly bought Mac does not provided a avenue for me to burnt DVDs, I am
    really disappointed.
If you are still within your 15 day return period.  Call Apple they will sent out iDVD at no charge.  (There are no realistic substitutes.)
Nicely explain that you may return the computer without iDVD. That usually does the trick.  You MUST speak to a senior advisor to get a free copy. The first tier people cannot do it.

If that doesn't work you can purchase iLife 11  (includes iDVD) on disk.
IDVD is a wonderful piece of software and well worth the low cost of $40.

  • If possible can i show todays date on my mac book pro screen?

if possible can i display todays date on my mac book pro's screen

I use my Date&Time in the MenuBar to show day-of-the-week and time with AM/PM, and flashing time separator as a check against system hangs.
If the Calendar application is showing in the Dock, it will display the number of today's date in its Icon. As far as I can tell, you do not need to have EVER run Calendar to have it automatically update its Icon from the default 17 to the current day-number.
